She is the reason I got two samples today....and she does chores and things in exchange for items such as the $1.00 Orbit 3 pack a few weeks ago...where actually there was a 3 pk on sale at target for 99c. so we got the gum for free.. It is the price total of 10.00 before coupons. I had a manager tell me the same thing before and blamed it on the coupons reducing the price. So we rang the items without the coupons just to see if it would print a RR and guess what no RR printed. You should of seen his face! I would call the main/head manager over the store and ask why it did not work and he/she can look up the transactions on the receipt by the numbers on the system and let you know what happened. I was given a gift card for my trouble once when The RR simply was not working. Some of the other managers do not use coupons and and do not understand the system of the RR.
