Times) and this week the Citizen did not have the Smart Source insert and the Red Plum in the Citizen had a lot fewer coupons than the Times Free Press. Still enough coupons to make the expense worth it this week anyway. Also have noticed that freqently the insert is gone out of one paper but in others. Check your papers before you buy to make sure the same inserts are in 2-3 papers. If not buy the one with the most.
