Score a great deal at JC Penney right now with $10 off any $10 purchase!  Use the code 4THECITY at check out.  The coupon is good on clearance and regular priced merchandise!

Remember to go through Ebates and get 3% cashback! (New users will also get $5 for signing up).

      I think the $5 Jenny is talking about is for signing up with Ebates that gives you cash back for shopping online if you go through their site.

        thank you but I was going through there site and when I was checking out the shipping was 5.95 so I wasn't sure if I will get the credit later. It was my first time using Ebates.

          It will give you the $5 when you make your first purchase but you can't request a check until you total cash back adds up to at least $5 (which excludes the credit). So depending on the percentage of cash back, you would probably have to make a few more purchases (through any store) to earn enough. HTH

      I had the option of choosing 'check out' or 'check out with codes' (or something like that)….I chose the code one and it let me enter it. I did notice that some items will not let you use any codes or free shipping deals — did you pick one of those items?

      It worked for me… when you check out on the right side near the bottom it asks if you have a promo code. Then it took me to billing….

    I just ordered two tank tops for 5.99 each….paid more for shipping than I did for the items….total was still only $8.49 :-)

    When I checked out it took $8 off my total purchase price (which was $10 before tax) and then charged me full price for the items instead of the clearance price that they were listed under. So my grand total (including $4.50 for shipping) was $15.87. So using the code actually would cost me more than just buying the items on clearance.

    tried to buy something and even with shipping to a store the shipping was more than the item. not worth the hassle!

    The coupons isnt going to work on small appliances, cookware, levis, furniture etc etc…normal exclusions that JCP has on their coupons.
