    It lets me pick my sample pack but doesn't want my info to mail it to me… it just drops me back onto their facebook page after I choose… what am I missing?

      It did the same thing to me so I wonder if it worked.

    I selected my sample, filled out my information and hit submit and nothing happened. It just kept coming back to that same screen where all my info was. I don't know if it went through or not.

      Well, I finally got it. I had to redo everything and then it said my zip code was invalid (which it wasn't) and I had to hit submit 2-3 more times and finally it went through!

    All that time waiting and on the last step it finally says: “Sorry, our site is down. Technical issues. Please try again later.” Bummer…looks like I was a little too late on this one!

    I submitted my info like 4 times and it always went back to the same page with my info. No confirmation that it was received. Did anyone get one?

    Once I submitted it I was told that I'd already done it and I checked the status and it said I had.

      So it must have gone through. You can see the status link at the bottom of the page where you add your name and address.

    The first time I tried it took me back to the facebook page so I tried again w/a different offer (homestyle maccaroni offer) and was able to get my info entered and it went to a screen that said delivery would be here in 3 to 4 weeks. Cant Wait!!!

      Same here – I changed my selection (from BBQ to Road Trip), and it went through. Obviously not my first choice, but still free stuff – I am not complaining!!

        i think that's the key. the ones that are getting hung up must have reached their limit. i went and changed which offer i chose, and i got it after that. :)

          I meant to respond, not hit like. Whoops. Anyways, I didn't have to change my choice. I just had to close the address page, reselect my option and resubmit my address. It finally worked! I think it has been different for everyone. So silly, but I am glad I got the offer finally! :D

        I changed mine from picnic to road trip. I didn't really care which one I got to be honest; I really just wanted the rebate form.

    I keep submitting and it looks like it's thinking, but keeps me at that page even though all info is entered correctly. Wish they would make sure systems are working before they make this stuff available. Not enough time in the day to keep trying. Thanks anyway Jenny!!!

      Mine kept doing that as well, got stuck on the address page. I kept submitting as others had done, but it just was not working. What I did was close out the address page, reselect my sample choice, put that page through and a fresh address page then came up and I re-entered my info and submitted. It worked the first time and gave me a thank you page. I think an error is occurring on the page when it won't go through and it just gets stuck. You can also track your samples on their site and confirm receipt of your sample order. Hopes this helps!

    I submitted my request for contest and like everyone else waited forever. Process finally went through, but when I went to print the $2 Oscar Mayer coupon it just wouldn't print. Waited a looonng time. Just on a guess, I decided to hit the “back” button and the coupon printed. I tried it again but it said I had already printed all I was allowed. On reading the comments, it looks as if many are having trouble with the coupon. The reply was that the coupon was being reloaded. So try again! Maybe some tried when the site was being upgraded. I also went to my daughter's facebook page and printed out the coupon (and another with the “back” button. So the coupon is now available. And the pages loaded differently each time I went in, so just keep trying to get the coupon. Hope it works out for all.

      What coupon are you referring to? I finally got the sample to go through and that comes with coupons and samples, but by mail. I hope I didn't miss out on a coupon too!

    If you are having problems submitting your info on Step 2, close out the page and try it again. That seems to work better than simply hit “submit” over to refresh the page.

    I have a question about the rebate thing. So on my reciept I know I circle the price I paid before coupons but with the Publix B1G1 sales do I circle the price it would have been or the price I paid.
    For example I got A-1 is says 2 for 4.29 under the description but 2.15 on the right side. Which one do I circle? The price it should have been or the price it was (before coupons)?

      The price you paid before coupons is what you circle.

          you would circle both items ..even though you are getting one free..you are still purchasing two and they will show up on the recpt. as individual items..helps you to get to the 30.00 much quicker.

      I live in Alabama so ours is not really a BOGO…Im assuming we have to go with the half price on ours? Kind of stinks b/c I added up the true costs and I would have my $30. But now Im up to around $15. Can anyone let me know if Im correct on this…I don't want to have to buy more (of things I don't really need) if I don't have to! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

    I do realize that you had to request the summer savings through Facebook prior to May 10th and the rebate form would be in that package that came in the mail. I don't use Facebook so I didn't request Kraft's summer savings freebies. I just wonder if anyone who did is not going to use their rebate form.

      I also had thrown mine away. I called Kraft's customer service line last week and they forwarded my information to the company in charge of the promotion. I received a replacement in the mail yesterday.

    How do we know what products qualify? Is it basically anything that is made by Kraft? Sorry….I usually look at whatever list is on the internet and go by that as I don't always know who makes what.
