Yoplait sent me a great package to try out their Greek yogurt,  I got strawberry and did enjoy it.  The strawberry flavor is not overpowering but definitely tasty.  There are no fruit chunks though and the texture is slightly grainier than your average yogurt.  On the whole, I would say that if you like Greek yogurt and are looking for a healthy option, this isn’t a bad way to go.

Yoplait Greek Yogurt is a great healthy yogurt choice! It has 12 grams of protein and comes in Strawberry, Blueberry, Honey Vanilla and Plain.

    I actually enjoy scrapbooking or smocking as a way of relaxing. In terms of pampering, I love to get a manicure and pedicure.

    If I ever get a free moment, I really like to run OUT, away from the kids, and just walk around Target or somewhere, BY MYSELF. I don't necessarily buy anything, but it's nice just to get to look, rather than diving in and out of the store without my kids fighting, crying, grabbing, and doing all sorts of fun things!

    Turn off phones and tune out other distractions. Steam your face with camile tea, while having a towel over your head for 10 minutes. Make a facial mask with plain Yoplait greek yogurt, honey, and ground almonds. The almonds will exfoliate your skin. Then apply Yoplait greek yogurt face mask/scrub.to your face and neck. Massage on face in upwards, circular motions. Leave mask on for 20 minutes, while soaking in a hot bubble bath with candles and a glass of wine.

    Then settle down in your favorite PJ's, make some Taziki sauce with plain Yoplait Greek yogurt for a dip called tzatziki and have some tapas for a light summer treat for dinner.

    Yoplait is just so good for you, loads of protein, rich and decatant. All the flavors are so delightful and the plain green yogurt is so versatile! I use it in smoothies, substitute for sour cream, make creamy sauces, etc.

    Take a long bike path with my DD, picnic, come back and then we both take long baths, while she has her bath I garden. Nothing makes me happier and less stressed then sweaty and dirty! I track our paths on my tracks app with GPS and it is fun to see all the off road tracks from above
