Food Lion has a brought back the Guiding Stars game. Go through and guess the nutritional value of certain foods. If you get 10 correct you get a Guiding Stars coupon.

The current coupon is for $1 off Food Lion frozen vegetables, which makes some vegetables FREE!

      Their website will let you print as many as you would like, but you can only use 1 coupon per person per day. I printed !5 and went to food lion on my way home. I bought a box of frozen broccoli for 99 cents and the mgr had to override the coupon because it was for a $1. She said that you have to purchase at least $1 worth in order to use the coupon in the future. But a great deal anyway!

      Not real happy with Food Lion on this.My husband works for Food Lion and I shop there but family can not play…….Its not like employees get any kind of discounts or advantages for working there.

      I went to Publix last night and they let me use 6 of these coupons all at one time.

      Went to publix and bought 14 bags of frozen vegetables for $1.07. I couldn't believe it.

      Food Lion is not my favorite place to shop. They don't double coupons, and apparently if an item scans at the wrong price they don't refund your money (Bi-Lo and Ingles will refund you the entire amount of the item). I purchased an item today that was supposed to be BOGOF, but it didn't ring up right. I called the store & they said they would only refund me the difference. Just knowing how I am treated at other stores, it's a bit frustrating.

        Food Lion has a scan guarantee, you just need to ask for it. They are supposed to give you one of the items free and pay you the difference on the rest of the items. You have to have the correct item and excludes alcohol and tobacco. There is always the 800 customer service number on your receipt if you are not happy with your service. They will contact the store manager and he will call you to satisfy any complaints that you may have. I know I work at Food Lion in the customer service dept. The customer has to ask for the scan guarantee policy and they should honor it

          I had to call customer service this week due to a situation at the check out (cashier and bagger talking about their dates and my food being smashed and being treated poorly) but never received a call from the store. Maybe it is just that particular Food Lion!

      Used this and other Food Lion and Bi Lo q's at Publix with no problem. Will try E-VIC q's next at BiLo and/or Publix. Both take competitors q's in Charleston, SC.

      If you use this coupon at Publix do you have to purchase a Publix brand of vegetables since the coupon is for Food Lion Frozen Veggies?

      I just printed out the coupon, but it expires on July 13, so I just wasted my printer ink on an expired coupon. :-(
