Not sure how may Carvel's are around, but we have one in Greensboro, NC. Every weekday they have a B1G1 deal of some kind. Wednesdays it's Sundaes, I'm not sure what the rest are.

The best deal is groupon when they had Cold Stone :) 5 bucks for 10 bucks of ice cream as rest prices are way too much even with a coupon.

I own Bruster's in Spartanburg, all 3 locations, and we have specials every day of the week. Monday is double punch on your sweet rewards card. Tuesday is $0.99 kid's sundaes for children under the age of 12. Wednesday is $1.00 of all milkshakes. Thursday is, like you said, bring your own banana and get half off a banana split. Friday is $1.00 strawberry shortcake sundae.
