I did for another product same deal. Jenny said when you get an item rung up the manufacturer considers it purchased so there is no ethical issue here. But here is where I think the order of your printed qs are applicable. I think you have to have your wyb2 q scanned b4 the two $1/1 for the body wash if the body wash is $1 ea. I had same deal for deodorants free when body wash purchased and it didn't ring up right but I explained this to clerk who manually rang up the receipts–I still don't think it was all done right but now I can't rememver everthing. I think this is what happended to Lrae17 who posted after your post (near the newest posts).

Kroger in Smyrna said they didn't and Target was going to take them but no barcode to scan; how did your kroger scan or enter them? I'm waiting for the Smyrna Kroger coupon policy…

I would think you log onto your P&G account and your kroger account and it should show if it worked right. I don't know how a ecoupon shows on the receipt because it didn't take any of mine!

It shows up as a negative amount in bold type right underneath the item.

Got totally frustrated at Kroger yesterday, but it's partially my fault. I guess I didn't use the BOGO coupons correctly for the Old Spice Body Washes, etc. and ended up paying way too much out of pocket. I'm going to return some today because I wouldn't have gotten them if they were more than pennies. Plus, the cashier didn't take off the right amounts for the “get one free part” and my e-coupons didn't come off. Argh. Still pretty new at this.

I check my receipt as soon as I get it and then go right to Customer Service if an e-coupon did not come off. I do take my printed list that shows what coupons I have loaded. my Kroger will go ahead and give me the refund right then.

I'm having trouble reading my kroger receipt. I saved a ton of money during the P and G event but cant tell what ecoupons were used. How can I tell if the ecoupon on the receipt is redeemed from Kroger or PandG?

Hi Elismomma, 7/31 is the last day that you can use them. They expire 7/31, so on 8/1 they are no longer valid. I hope this helps!

This may be a dumb question, planning for my trip tomorrow and I didn't realize that many of my P&G coupons expire 7/31; does that mean they won't scan on 7/31 or is this just the last day I can use them?

Great Day here! I just went to Kroger after planning and loading my ecoupons! Wow! I saved 90%. My bill was $91 before kroger plus card and coupons…I walked out of there with paying only $11.70. I bought 2 bounty packs, a tide stain pack, 2 head n shoulders, always pads, 2 crest toothpaste, 1 lady speed stick, 1 oral b power toothbrush, downy fabric softner, cascade packs, safegaurd soap, old spice body wash, 2 febreeze products. Amazing! Thanks Jenny for all you do to help us!

I’m glad you posted this. There was a bit of time when I had misplaced my card. I didn’t worry about it because I just had the cashier type in my phone number. I always wondered why my e-coupons didn’t come off. Mystery solved!

Almost every time I try to load them to my Kroger card, I get all of that red ERROR stuff. However, when I click on the selected coupons (or My coupons or whatever it’s called) it always shows that they loaded. Try that. I hope it works!!
