I went this a.m. and got mine along with buying 120.00 dollars in groceries for a grand total of 44.13! Whoo hoo! I was glad the cashier reminded me of the penny item, b/c I almost went out without it. I LOVE ME SOME PUBLIX!

Does anyone know where the coupon is located in the Tennesean? Do you have to buy a paper or can you get it fom rhier web site?

by the way, when cutting it out you may want to leave The State's heading along the top which shows the date etc. I've had some Publix cashiers tell me that “we don't accept copies of the penny q” so I show them this was simply an electronic edition from The State and they take it.

you don't have to buy the paper. It's free on TheState(dot)com. Go to the site- go to subscribe up in the top left corner and select electronic version. You can get a free one-day pass to the electronic copy. Scroll over to page A4 and click on the ad and print. I do this every week.

this is such a bummer! The Publix on Hwy 6 in Columbia is now requiring the q for the penny item. And as it is only in Weds. paper, it is no longer a savings to buy the paper just for that coupon… :(
