      I went to the website created my mug and at checkout entered the FREEMUG code and it said it had expired, so i clicked on to the live chat link and the customer rep helped me by crediting the free mug to my account and the 50 free prints!

      I just went thru all of it and made my mug, and it says the freemug code ended on july 30th…..

      Shipping is 5.99 on the mug. It didn't show free until the last page.

      on the snapfish website if you go to 'your account' in the top right, there is a place that has credits and offers the free mug offer is there. if you hit the redeem button and make the mug when you put it in your cart it doesnt come up free until after you place your order. they will only charge you for the shipping.
