Update:  Many of you are getting 50 Free Prints and not a $10 credit.  They are looking into it.

      if you don't get it go on the support chat and they will give you a 10.00 refund with your order number.

        I was not able to get the credit, and when I spoke to support chat, I was told that the promotion ended last month and that there was no way they could issue a credit or refund

      I just used a coupon code and got 100 free prints for free…I paid $6.36 for shipping and handling. The code I used was WOW10OFF, and I think you can actually get up to $10 off of any order. Hope this helps!

      Just so y'all know, I have had a terrible time with Snapfish's support, both chat and on the phone. They all say something different, and when one says he will apply a credit, it doesn't get done, and of course, the next time you never get the same person, and the next person you get says you can't do what the other guy promised. I doubt I will be using them again. I have had issue on 3 separate occasions. To those of you who had a good experience with them, kudos to you.

      I just did a live chat with Snapfish. They told me I could not redeem this because I didn't get it in an email. Hmm…. Not fair!
