      To say this site is slow is an understatement. I've been trying off and on for the last couple hours trying to get this, and I've made it as far as step 4, and then I get an error message due to high volume.

      My friend just called, They are saying that the Server is done, but nothing can be done untill tomorrow, and to keep trying they say….who knows….

      Seems like every single time i try to get in on a free item..it never works or is alwys done.. WHy bother. They now have my contact info though. probably just a way to get the info and use it.

          I had the same problem and hit the back button and then pressed continue again and it went through. It is a server error on the site. Try again, I just did and it worked

      I got through it took about 15 minutes. If you really want this keep trying , using the back button to go to the page before and click continue till you get it all done and it says it has been processed and will be sent. Good Luck to you all.

      I had trouble even this morning, but after about 5 minutes, it finally went through. On the print order receipt, it says that they are backordered. Guess time we will just have to wait and see.

      I tried for quite awhile last night for this to go through. It finally gives me a number to call, but, of course, they are not open until this morning. I call it (Mattel) this morning for them to tell me to keep trying and they cannot do anything for me over the phone. I try again just now for the site to tell me the promotion is over! :( :( :(

      I just got it to work @ 10:37 AM east coast time. It gave me a receipt that says it's on backorder. I'm not really concerned about when it comes but am just to excited to have gotten a FREE TOY!!

      It is 12:54. I tried to get this yesterday and this morning. I just went through the whole process in less than two minutes and was told I would receive my order in 8-10 weeks. Can you say “stocking stuffer”?

      I've gotten all different messages in the past 24 hours trying to get this. Just now I got a screen saying that the offer had ended, but then re-started my computer and tried again and it went right through. So if you're getting an error message, try rebooting computer and check again!

      Called Fisher-Price. They advised the promotion was for one day only and that it is no longer available. Not listed on their web site now either.
