I have been making The Lady and Sons' Boston Butt for years and have it bookmarked in my recipes on foodtv.com. IT DON'T GET NO BETTER THAN THIS YA'LL!!!

Don't really have a recipe for it … but I'll be using the FREE Healthy Harvest pasta … the really cheap Purdue Chicken strips … along with some stockpiled pasta sauce and shredeed cheese to make an EASY Chicken Parmeasan tonight.

Hi Debbie: There really isn't a recipe … I just bake the chicken strips in the oven as directed and cook the pasta in the meantime. I usually heat a jar of pasta sauce with a can of petite diced tomatoes added (just because I love tomatoes & like the sauce chunkier) and then serve the chicken strips over the pasta, topped with the sauce and sprinkled with shredded cheese.

To make it a little more authentic, you can actually pour the sauce over the chicken strips in the baking pan and top with cheese and place back in the oven till the cheese melts and starts to brown a tiny bit … but I found that this was a step (and a messier dirty baking dish) that really didn't seem to matter much to me and my family.
