    I have a credit in my account for a free 11 oz. photo mug, but it won't let me use the free shipping code. I guess because it isn't just free shipping, so the 30% off code messes it up? Oh well.

    I had several credits that I wanted to use with the free shipping, but would not let me use the coupon with the purchase. I checked the fine print on the email I recieved as well as details on the site and I couldn't find where it couldn't be combined with the use of credits.

      It was doing that for me also but i had free pictures in my cart–once i took off the free pictures and only the calendar the code then took off the 30 percent and the free shipping
