The email I got said it was only good for one day – today. Are the points instant or are they added later? When I added points they went in completely normal.

Is it just for the 1st code? I had 2 codes from 12pks i got 20 for the 1st and then 10 for the 2nd?

Wondering if this is product specific or size specific…….It doubled the points from a 12 pack of Coke but not the points from 20 oz or 2 L Sprite.

I got 20 points for a Sprite 24 pk, 20 points for a Coke 12 pk, 6 points for several 20 oz Cokes, but only 3 points for my 20 oz Diets. So glad I had been saving them up!!!! :) Thanks Jenny!

just an fyi, these are private offers and everyone is getting different offers.. some of my readers got 3 days, some got a week, I got 1 day. Readers that didn't get the email aren't even getting double points when they enter the codes

How to enter codes? I'm embarrassed to say I have never figured out how/what to enter on the website. I buy 12 pks of cokes in the carton. Can someone help me with this? There are 2 rows of codes.

On the pull-away part of the fridge pack there are two rows of letters and numbers. You type in all the letters and numbers as one “word” into the 'enter codes' box on the website.

I entered codes from Regular Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite the only points that doubled were on the Regular Coke codes.

Didn't work for me either and I got the email in my inbox today. Entered in a code for a 12 pack of Coke Zero and only got 10 pts. Bummer!

Just entered a code from a BOTTLE of reg. Coke and it gave me 6 pts. I think it's normally just 3. So that appeared to work.

Hey Jenny – where did you find this promo? I can't find it on their website & like others, I have entered codes and only rec'd the regular point value. I can't find where they are listing this promo and which drinks are the dbl point ones (probably all the diet ones which we don't drink…) Thanks for any info or update.

I'm very frustrated with the My Coke Rewards lately. Every time I enter a code it tells me there was an error. Then when I re-enter it, I get the message it's already been used and my points remain the same. Any ideas/suggestions?

I got the email, but mine said it was only good for 1 day. I keep these saved up for special offers such as this. It did not double any of them :o(

I also got the email and mine said for one day (the 25th) I entered quite a few codes today and none of them were doubled. Not sure why.

Last year I couldn't find or remember my account info (hadn't used it in awhile & wasn't even sure which email address is was LOL) so I set up a new account. I've never used this account because I found my original info; however, I still get My Coke Reward emails to both accounts. The one I use all the time got the email for double points for 1 day; the one I've never used got double points for 1 week. Since I've already used most of what I've entered on the active account, I'm considering canceling it & switching so I can get a whole week of double points! How desperate is that?! LOL

You are going to be locked out of coke as if you read their fine prints it against the rule to have two accounts. If you google many people are banned from coke good good for this just an fyi.

Diet Coke IS NOT working for DOUBLES but all my Coke codes have doubled. I received the email and it's unfair that it doesn't specify the flavor. I put in 2 diets, and was cheated out of the lost 6 points that could have been doubled. (I have 4800. It's taken/taking forever but I'm saving for that flat screen tv.) Email only says “Double points will be given on product codes entered from 12:01am et 1/25/2011 through 11:59pm et 1/25/2011.” The mail does also say “when you enter codes from participating coke products”, but unless it's in really tiny print under some obscure link on their site, I can't find a list of what the participating products are that are supposed to double.

I haven't entered mine yet…watching what's going on. There are lots of complaints on the My Coke Rewards facebook page. Maybe they'll get this straightened out before midnight…

I have 2 accounts with mycokerewards. One for me and one for my husband and we both got emails for 1 day only double points. Just wish they had said which brands were the participating brands.

if you don't put in codes for a few months then they go away! so remember to put in some every month if you don't do it very often!

I entered all the codes I've been saving (actually been to lazy to enter them) and I got double points on the 12 pack regular coke but not the 12 pack diet/caffeine free one.

you don't have to capitalize, I have been entering them for a long time and you type however you want, as long as they are the matching letters and numbers!

did you try entering plain regular old coke codes? People have said it only doubled their regular coke codes, not sprite or diet coke… and it doubled all of my red coke top codes, I didn't try any other product code!

Actually, her post reads “Starting TODAY THROUGH Monday 1/31, get DOUBLE Mycokereward points” meaning you should get them today.

My Coke Rewards posted on their Facebook page that they are aware that people are not getting double points and they are working on a solution.

The length of the promotion varies by account. Some people got emails stating 1 day, others got notices stating 1 week.

I have just spoken with someone with Coke and they said they are aware of the glitch in the system and all of my points should have double. He credited my account with the points that I should have gotten. I entered Diet Coke and Dasani Water. HTH!!

I got the e-mail and entered all my codes for poweraid, coke zero, minute maid and vault 2 liters 20 oz and 12 packs and I did not get any points doubled.

I got the email but it did not work for me. I don't have time to call though. Coke rewards is overall a good program, but they have a lot of glitches I've noticed.

I got the email that points would be doubled for me, one day only (January 25). None of my codes are doubling so I checked “My Account” and see that all codes I am entering today, January 25, are dated as January 26. No wonder they're not being doubled when the date on their website isn't correct. I emailed customer support and hopefully they will correct the error.

It doubled my Coke 12pk code but not my Mello Yello 12pk code. I didn't even know about the promotion so it was a plus for me!

I'm very upset with the Coke company. I have been busy caring for elderly relatives in poor health. I finally got a free minute to log in to the MyCokeRewards site only to find that on January 15, 2011 ALL of my 1991 points had been deleted due to inactivity. I had no control over my situation, and I feel that they were very wrong to delete my points.
