        Hey guys this is an awesome post however I think the quality of food is as important as the nutrition…I try to buy organic food most of the times but *always* with meat and dairy products.
        Not saying that it's Jenny's fault that it's so expensive to eat organic but I just find it hard to equate 'low cal' with 'healthy'.

          WW isn't about low cal = healthy. Take a look at their website and educate yourself before posting stuff like this

    Some thoughts on broccoli without cheese sauce if you don't like it that way or are trying to avoid the extra calories –
    - fresh broccoli just quickly steamed and tossed with real lemon juice and a little salt is really quite good. I buy one of those little lemon juice bottles ($0.99) and it lasts a good long while. Just don't overcook it and eat it while it is still hot. Cook it in the last 4-5 min of your food prep – in my house that usually means after calling the kids to dinner for the 2nd time :). Very easy!
    - many times the Green Giant froz. broccoli products are cheaper than buying fresh and they come with cheese sauce. You can open the “steamer” bags, easily remove the frozen chunks of cheese and microwave just the frozen broccoli for a few minutes as is and it works just fine. Mix it into recipes or drain and toss with lemon and salt as above.
