      except when I put them in my cart a new window pops up and says that my shopping cart is empty?? Does this mean they are all out?

        I though the same thing…until i clicked on checkout and there my bags were! Tried three different browsers – I think it's a disney issue.

        I was having the same problem, but then when I clicked 'checkout', everything was in the cart.  (even the items I had multiples of, so make sure you only get what you want!)  HTH

    I just got 2 medium duffel bags with Buzz and Lightening McQueen for my boys for $9.99 each.  They are selling out fast, though! :)

    This is the one thing that really irritates me about the Disney site.  They say “personalized towel $7.99.”  And what they really mean is “regular towel $7.99, but it can be personalized for $4 more.”  It's not really a personalized towel for $7.99.

    Had to call the 800 number because it was telling me that things were not able to be purchased but they had them in stock!  Call and check if it is telling you not able to purchase, they had over 2000 Cars towels in-stock!! :)

    Thanks Jenny! I used a gift card I had for a few years now and got personalized beach towels for both my boys! (though I do agree with others who have said they dislike the fact that Disney advertises Personalized Towels giving you the impression that the persnoalization is included in the base price only to find out during checkout that you have to pay extra. All-in-all $12 is still not bad for a personalized towel.) Yay!
