Looking for something to kick you back into gear??

Amazon is currently offering Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred for $6.72!  Just take a second to read the reviews – people absolutely love her workouts.  I’ve had a few friends that have done the 30 days and lost 10-15 lbs (of course with eating right too), and they rave and rave about it.

I just grabbed one. Now to figure out how to workout to a video at 6 am without waking up the whole house…

    This looks like a great deal. I’d like to know about the shipping as well. I use MyFitnessPal.com to track my calories, carbs, and excises. It really helped me realize just what I was putting into my body.

    You won't regret this purchase! I just did the workout this morning…I am a workout FANATIC and always poured a ton of time into workouts until this DVD.  Now I rarely do a workout longer than 20 minutes and have lean muscle! It's fabulous!

    I've lost 110 lbs and hit a plateau a few months ago. I got this DVD, have been doing it for a week and BAM! The pounds are coming off again. Highly recommend this!

    Tip: Have a towel handy because you are going to SWEAT. Her workouts are no joke…only 25 minutes and it works!

    How much for shipping on just the DVD?

      It was $2.98 for standard shipping for me.  You have to change the shipping to standard b/c it automatically calculates it as 2 day shipping.

    Does anyone know if the DVD comes with a suggested meal plan ? Since I am sure as Jenny said above you have to eat right to get the maximum benefit from the workout.

      At one point you use hand weights and you will do some workouts on the floor if you wanted a mat

    I have all off Jillians DVDs and they are the best.  30 day shred is great when you don't have more than 20-25 minutes available to workout.  It is AMAZING how much you can sweat in just 20 minutes.  My husband does these with me and he ends up with a puddle of sweat on the floor even though he is in great athletic shape.  You will not regret this purchase (unless you never open it!)

    I just finished level 2 of 30 Day Shred and absolutely love all of her workouts. She's tough but she gets results. I've lost the last 10 lbs of my baby weight that just wouldn't budge for the last 3 yrs with her workouts. If you can stick with it no matter what you will see results! Good luck!

    I have amazon Prime and didn't pay shipping.  You can purchase $25 worth of product to get free shipping w/o prime or I think the shipping is about $2 if you just buy the DVD.  HTH!

    I'm so excited to try this!  Just snagged it for FREE with a Amazon gift card I had.  I've been talking to my husband about joining the gym and we're trying to figure out where the extra $50 is going to come from.  I'm a stay at home mom of 4 (oldest is 6 and youngest just turned 6 months).  I've got to get back in shape as you can imagine.  This will be PERFECT if I can stick to it.  No gym membership-no gas-no leaving the house.  Whoo Hoo.  Now I just need someone checking up on me to make sure I'm doing it :)

      thats a great plan! You can do it!  I love doing the DVDs instead of paying gym fees. I have this DVD and its great for loosing baby weight! I've lost all my baby weight from DVD's such as this one.  I would recommend *if you can* go ahead and do your workout first thing in the morning. I find that if I just get up early and do it  instead of say trying to do it during nap time around 1 or 2 it doesn't tend to work as well b/c I get busy doing something else.

        I totally agree!  I think if I don't get it over with in the morning I won't do it at all-I'll always find something else to do.

    Did anyone experience back or knee problems?  I was reading the reviews on Amazon and there were a lot of reviews saying it was so bad on your knees and discs in your back..?  I'd really like to try it, I've tried everything to get rid of this saggy stomache from having 2 kids :(

      I've had 4 kids so trust me,I hear ya! I also have horrible knees and the workouts,if done at my own own pace, have helped strengthen my knees…Do what you can…

    Anyone know how much shipping would cost?  I have never used Amazon so I do not belong to the program to get free shipping and I am not going to spend $25 for the free shipping either.  Walmart has it for $6.96 with free shipping site to store.  This dvd seems to have lots of positive reviews!!

    This is the BEST workout video ever!  It helped me lose the last few pounds of baby weight from #2 that were stubborn this time around!  Just be diligent and do it every day.  It's great because each workout is only 27 minutes, so it's super quick but very effective!  Lots and lots of sweating!

    Not to sound ugly, but what about if I don't like her?? I'm willing to try the video (anything to lose weight), but I don't really care for her. I'm afraid I won't do the workout if I can't stand watching her. I've never watched Biggest Loser, so I don't know what she is like when it comes to workouts. I am basing this on watching her on talk shows and such.

      just a suggestion…most libraries have her workout videos if you want to check it out before spending your money….I dont care for her either but I lost alot of inches with her workouts…

    Just a suggestion for those that don't like JM or just can't stand to listen to the same DVD over & over again: I put the 30 Day Shred DVD in my DVD/tv but I put it on mute. Then I put a DVD that I love in my laptop and sit it on the fireplace, which is right by the tv. So I actually watch my favorite show on the laptop & exercise at the same time. It works really well! Just an idea!

    This is a fantastic DVD.  For those looking for her eating plan, check out your local library for “Master Your Metabolism” or one of her other books.  Used with the DVD, you'll be set.  She also has a website that offers a pay by the month eating plan but you can usually find a free 2 week trial (might even be in the DVD) and you can go online and print what you want during the trial period.  I don't use her diet, but her workouts are fantastic and the only way you won't see results is to not do the workout.  Even if you don't diet, your body will thank you for the strength you'll gain from the workout!

      Sometimes you've got to weigh out not just price but “who” your giving your money to. This happens to still be cheaper even if its just small change. I would much rather buy from anyone else before buying from Walmart.

    Today is my second day and I'm in some major pain – which is a good thing.  I can do it all except for the push ups.  It is my favorite dvd I own and she does not get on my nerves at all.  She really is calm and keeps you going.  I can't wait to see the end results!

    I've got one but if you don't and you want a serious 20 minute workout.  It is challenging but fun.  My favorite is the 3rd level.  When I've got limited time and want a real workout this is my favorite.
