    The code is unique. The code I received in an email today from MyPublisher is different from the one given above. My code worked for me. Check your email to see if you received a code.

    I have tried 4 different card selections and I keep getting charged additional for the ‘super deluxe ecru’  envelope.  Not a lot of money at $1.90 total, but what gives??

      that happened to me too, i think it charges that because i kept trying to use “alternative layouts”. when i just ordered the original layout it didn’t charge anything.
