      Definitely their site has issues. Apparently, they had it serviced by someone else before (I think Amazon?), but recently took it back. A couple months ago I got the jeans deal, and it was a nightmare to deal with all the computer glitches, credit card charges, etc. After two months (and hours on the phone) I finally got the charges corrected. Maybe in time they’ll work out the bugs…
