With Valentine’s Day around the corner, daily deal sites are a great way to save on some fun date ideas!

Right now, there are several local deals on Groupon that I just wanted to highlight. Some are practical, and some are just for fun – so enjoy!

The Practical Deals

Orlando – 1 year subscription to Orlando Sentinel for $20. (Wed.-Sun. papers)
Orlando – 6 month subscription to Sun Sentinel for $13. (Sat. & Sun. papers only)

Atlanta – Small box of home delivery produce from Nature’s Garden for $19.

The Fun Deals

Greenville – 1 Ice-skating rental from The Pavilion Recreation Complex for $5.
Charleston -$125 Cinderella carriage ride from Olde Towne Carriage Co. for $60.

Chattanooga – 2 tickets to standup-comedy show at Vaudeville Cafe for $12.

    I clicked on the link for the Orl Sentinel deal and it just took me to the Sentinel homepage…I then went to the Home Delivery tab, and it said I need a 4 digit code for any promotion….? Please help!  Thank you!

      You might just call the sentinel. I purchased a groupon last year for $10 for 1 year subscription to Sunday delivery, and they offered me a renewal at the same price. I actually have two subscriptions delivered to my house. Even $20 is a great deal, just saw a sign at our Publix that a Sunday copy of the Florida Today is going up to $3.

        Glad to see that they renewed it for you at that price.  I was just looking at the questions in the Groupon list and there were multiple unhappy customers who were annoyed that there was this deal for new subscriptions, but they were still stuck paying $200 buck for the year!  I can’t say I blame them… that’s just craziness.  Hopefully I can renew next year at this price!

      I did that, too… but then went back and clicked on her first link in the line.  Click on the ‘Orlando’ link rather than the ‘Orlando Sentinel’ link and that should take you to Groupon.
