I have recyclebank and I didn’t get my points. has anyone else had this issue when signing up?

I’m wondering the same thing, but maybe you will get the points once the entered the Zumbox verification code.

I had the same problem. I went through all the steps including “get your points” and a big Zumbox sign came up with a blank page below the name. No place to go from there and I didn’t see where my points had been added to my account. Weird. I doubt if it will give us the points now. In the past, when I tried to repeat the steps, it says I have already received the points even though I didn’t.
