-$3 off store coupon in “One Stop One Store” booklet

(thanks to everyone that emailed!)

    • http://prokuponivusa.livejournal.com/ Kuponi (blog in Russian)

$3 off store coupon says “May not be used in conjunction with any other coupon”. Is it means it can not be used with this $5 off printable?

      • Misty

yeah mine won't let me use with another coupon if it says “May not be used in conjunction with any other coupon” Although some cashiers do not check, I guess it is YMMV.

      • jennifr1966

Honestly, if they don't work together, I'd just use the $5 off coupon. That's still a fantastic deal at $3. I don't know about the SC Johnson rebate, but it sounds like that would help even more!

    • lovesavingmoney

Thanks Jenny!! Now if I could only find that booklet at Publix!!!!! =)

    • courtney_80

thanks! i've been wanting to try this, so i'm excited to be able to get it for $.99!

      • Jeri

I have been wanting to try this too but at 7.99 no way. I got mine at Walgreens tonight and after RR it was .99. Woohoo!

      • jhoran

Wags had this same deal a month ago and the q was for 3.00, so the cost was 3.00 after the RR. It's works great and smells great, but it get lousy mileage. After cleaning two showers, the bottle was almost on empty. I did get the last 2 at the store for .99, so it was great. Also, I found out that there are refills for this bottle, so I just bought the other kind with the regular trigger (2 bottles at target for .58 and sent in the rebate to boot) and refilled them. Hey, It works and I bet it will work with any other liquid.

    • http://thehomematters.blogspot.com/ Jennifer @ HomeMatters

I just received my email with the $5 coupon and was wondering where I could find a deal on this…so glad you posted this. Thanks!

    • Mom2teenagers

And this should be elgible for the $5 SC Johnson Rebate which would make it a MM.

    • CarolinaGirl80

Yes thats what it means. But still…$2.99 is a great deal instead of paying $7.99.

    • sharmn25

so sad…i received this in my email too and when I went to print…it said i already printed the maximum times allowed. I haven't even printed yet :( This happens to me a lot…anyone know why?

    • no_one_special

WOOHOO! I picked up 8 of these today at Walgreens…and for a profit! I've already done the SC Johnson rebate, but I have an employee discount, so each one was a $.21 MM for me. Thanks for posting this!

    • Lucy

Yea, Publix coupon says “cannot be used in with ANY OTHER COUPON”. Anyone tried using 2 coupons in Publix?

      • Marina115

I just bought 3 sprayers and used both coupons on each. The cashier didn't have a problem with it.

        • Lucy

          Thanks! I'll try tomorrow :)

      • CPancake

I was able to use both coupons, but the cashier did give me a hard time…not because of the “not to be used in conjunction” bit but because she didn't understand the product itself. She didn't think I was buying the starter kit. It even came up on the screen “starter kit” so I was baffled at the confusion. Eventually after she conferred with a manager, she scanned the coupon and I was on my way with my FREE sprayer. Woo hoo!

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Parrish-Nored/1226497135 Parrish Nored

what does “$2 RR wyb (1) Sprayer Kit $7.99” this mean? Specifically RR wyb.

      • 3kidsandamom

        RR= Register Reward
        wyb= When You Buy

So when you buy one sprayer kit, you will get a $2 Register Reward at the end

hth! (hope that helps :) )

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/DeAnne-Kaney-Johnson/12704206 DeAnne Kaney Johnson

I just got back from Publix and they will NOT let you use the store coupon and manuf. coupon together so i just used the $5 off and payed $2.99. The cashier even told me that they were starting to pay more attention to coupon users because they were losing money.

      • Victoria

Which Publix did you go to?

      • RebeccaFer

Why do cashiers say things like that?!?!?! Ughhh! If she was properly educated she would say couponers are making them more money because they're buying things they might not have at their store using them coupons AND bringing in money. She is right, they do need to look at coupons more so they can make sure their store is getting the right coupons and being reimbursed for them so the system works but that's none of your concern. You weren't trying to do anything wrong, you just didn't realize they couldn't be stacked. I don't like off the cuff comments like that because it seems like she's implying something and sometimes that annoys me to the point I won't shop at that store for a while.

      • kelly1369

I don't see how they are losing money from a manufacturer coupon – the company pays for that – not Publix. I thought they tried to combine these deals together the only thing publix loses is the $3 coupon they put out..

        • 3monkeysmom

Excatly. They also get an 8-12 cent handling fee per coupon for sending them to the manufacturer. They are MAKING money on coupons, not LOSING money. They'll lose money over this item in particular, if they won't let us stack the coupons, b/c we can go to Walgreens this week and get it cheaper.

          • http://www.facebook.com/people/DeAnne-Kaney-Johnson/12704206 DeAnne Kaney Johnson

i went to the publix on lady's island (beaufort) SC. her comment was out of line but i didn't argue with her because it just showed her stupidity. i should have just went to walgreens and got it cheaper because it's right next door to my publix!

        • Lucy

I totally agree. Also the fact that we use coupons makes us come to Publix. Believe me, if I didn't have coupons, I would NEVER shop at Publix, it's too overpriced for me.

    • abneuhaus

Where do i find this “One Stop One Store Booklet”

      Thanks

      • Lucy

It was in my last Sunday paper. You can also find it in front where the weekly ads are, if not there, then ask behind the customer service counter.

    • BMESS

just saw this before i headed off to publix for a quick “saving trip.” thanks! i got the product for FREE!

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Parrish-Nored/1226497135 Parrish Nored

Thanks for the answer. In regards to what will happen at Publix with this coupon I think it is just going to be store dependent and for that matter cashier dependent………. Good luck!

    • andreadgoodman

Did any one else have a problem with the scrubbing bubbles sprayer coupon at walgreen ?

      • RebeccaFer

I haven't tried using this at Wags yet but I will say that I usually have a problem using coupons there anyways. They are the least coupon friendly drugstore chain I've encountered. Target is the least coupon friendly store, period.

    • http://profiles.yahoo.com/u/XBLI3W4BVIR7LB6M3D5AC32O5I ASHLEY

Your cahier is full of it. Publix will be re-imbursed 5$ from Johnson and Johnson Company. The only thing Publix will be out is the 3$ from their store Q and i bet they have some incentive deal going with J & J as well. If corporate Publix doesnt want Q's used they wouldnt spend millions on printing them up and distributing them.

    • http://southernsavers.com/ Ruth

No problem at my WAGS. I purchased the Power Sprayer used a $5 off coupon and got $2RR back just as described!

    • Tapp

I redeemed both Q's at Publix no problem. Started using it this morning– it's pretty cool!

      • dobycat

The Publix coupon for the Power Sprayer clearly states that it ” MAY NOT be used in conjunction with any other coupon.” Not all the Publix store coupons in this booklet have this disclaimer, but this ONE does and I assume it does so for a reason. As a coupon user, I don't just depend on the cashier, I depend on my own conscience. I save a lot of money at Publix on their deals and in return I try to read and follow a coupon's usage as it is clearly stated so that Publix is fairly treated. Personally, I don't see how this coupon could be stacked with any other type of coupon. The coupon doesn't read that way. Maybe your cashier didn't read the coupon, who knows.

The Walgreens deal on the sprayer, which I did twice, is great because you don't have to deal with the Publix coupon and still get a great deal for 99 cents each.

Just my two cents on this! Remember, there will always be other deals.

        • http://profiles.yahoo.com/u/XBLI3W4BVIR7LB6M3D5AC32O5I ASHLEY

How is Publix unfairly treated by using a manufactures coupon? They get their money back from the company that put out the coupon. Your money or my money is not any greener than theirs. I dont feel like i/we are cheating Publix or feel bad about using a manuf. and store Q as you imply we should.

          • dobycat

Just how do you interpret the coupon wording “May not be used in conjunction with ANY OTHER coupon?”

As I read it, this means it can not be combined with any other coupon. Once again, not all the Publix store coupons in this booklet have this disclaimer printed on them. However, this one does. As a consumer, I feel it is my responsibility to read a coupon to make sure that the coupon is being used correctly on my part. If you have a different way to interpret the wording written on this coupon, please let me know.

I know there may be some folks who don't feel bad about combining the two. That's interesting because I know after reading the coupon, I personally would have felt bad for combining the two. I can't speak for others, but I do have to give an account for my own actions.

I have only been heavily using coupons for a little over a year now, and I have come to know that I can't always do what others may do when I feel it conflicts with what I see written on a coupon.

I guess you could always call the Publix corporate office for a better understanding. I have already done what ” I ” felt was right after ” I ” read the wording written on the coupon, no need for me to do that.

can't get the $5 scrubbing bubbles coupon to print!!!

    • http://profiles.yahoo.com/u/XBLI3W4BVIR7LB6M3D5AC32O5I ASHLEY

Went to 3 Publix's in the Charleston SC area, not a single bottle of the Scrubbing Bubbles Power Sprayer anywhere in sight.
Shelves were completly emptied. Power of Southern Savers… poor Publix cant keep up.

    • Lucy

Just confirming, I WAS ABLE to use BOTH coupons and get this in Publix for free. I even asked the cashier if I could use both coupons. He read the fine print on both and said “sure”. He scanned the manf. coupon first and then the store one.

    • ivegotcutekids

Thanks for sharing! Picked mine up at Walgreens this morning.

    • ardenblend

So does Publix take CVS ECB's offers off of an item if you bring in the add? I am just wondering because I saw how you used the Walgreen's $2RR (I am guessing that is similar to ECB's)???? I am new to stacking and I want to make sure I do it right. I plan to attend a workshop next week, so then I might not have to ask silly questions :)

      Thanks, Jenn A.

      • diane

In general, Publix does not take cvs ecb's. Some might if you ask, but they generally don't.

    • blessed2save

I was able to use 2 coupons the MQ and store coupon with no problem in AL yesterday. I plan on submitting for the $5 SC Johnson rebate Woohoo Money Maker.

    • Sam

It worked for me — I sprayed down the shower this a.m. I've already done the SC Johnson rebate, so I guess that's out, but still a nice deal.

    • Frugal Gal

Where can I get the J & J rebate form?

    • MrsBubba

Hey Jenny! I have used all 3 $5 rebates for SC Johnson from late last year and earlier this year. I keep hearing that SCJ has a NEW $5 rebate deal out but all the links go to the old form. Are they going to honor a whole new set of 3-$5 rebates or is there a little mis-information circulating? Thanks for everything you do. Your site looks great.
