Wow! Does anyone know if a paper in Atlanta (AJC or maybe the Marietta Daily Journal) sells the insert bundles like Tallahassee started doing? That would be awesome to be able to just buy the insert (since that's really all I get the paper for anyways).

      • I'm not aware of any but sure would love to know that as well. All the insert services I have found only benefit you if you purchase 10 or more copies. If you purchase any less than that it's more cost efficient to buy per paper when you figure in shipping costs

        • Joyfinesse

where are the insert services located? can you share the contact information please? thanks

      • Mackenzie

I sell the inserts from the AJC. I sell 5 for $6.50 shipped. That is $1.30 per insert which is cheaper than buying them in the store but they do get cheaper the more you buy.

        • Kelly

how can we get the AJC inserts shipped?

        • @6e7bd1f9f8baa85a3072ca94a0033f62:disqus Is this price for 5 sets of inserts or price per insert? And how do we contact you?

        • Jazzyjasminus

@6e7bd1f9f8baa85a3072ca94a0033f62:disqus how can we get the inserts from you?? Would love to get those, I'm in Snellville, GA

        • Kristin

I'd like to know how to buy from you too. For the Atlanta readers, Publix does sell two papers bundled for $3.00 pls tax. Walmart does too. The bundled papers don't arrive in the stores until Sunday morning.

        • bella

Hi, I would like to know how to get the inserts from you to please.

        • emerson

would love to know how to buy from you as well

        • Lisa031466

I would like to know how to contact you as well, Im from TN.

        • Carriedawn

I am interested as well to buying the inserts from you how do I get in contact with you?

        • Dslekhobbs

would love to know too! I drive from AL to get AJC papers!

        • Rmtn926

Hey I woud love to ge more info about those inserts. please tell me more…

        • Rchampion

          Mackenzie:

hi I would like more info as well. Is this 1.30 per insert or is that the price for all the inserts in one paper?? Thanks :)

          • Mackenzie

Sorry. I didn't realize there was so much interest or I would have responded sooner. $6.50 is the total price for all five. That includes 1st class shipping. I don't get mine until Sunday morning so I ship out by Monday before noon. Anyone can contact me at
            ajcinserts@live.com
            for more information.

        • Brandy

@Mackenzie, I'd be interested in buying from you also! Please email me @ brandysanders33 at gmail dot com.

      • Raynesmw

My dad lives in Lilburn, Ga. I was there about a month ago, and I noticed in one store, they had two papers bundled together with rubber bands, and I think it was 3.00 for 2??? I'm not sure about the price-I can't remember. It was the Atlanta Journal. I wish they would do that in Charlotte. I have emailed the newspaper in hopes they will listen to me.

        • Danielspo5

that was gwinnett daily post and AJC and they both have the ad inserts

        • PigBetsypen

They used to have a box that had Atlanta Journal around Augusta but stopped. I always found more and better coupons. You could subscribe for the weekend only and many ask for two copies. I recycle my newspapers and scraps paper and boxes. They have a roll bin with a blue lid and pick up once a week.

        • Rgnurse911

Yes, it is two Atlanta papers. I buy them every week but you have to be early because they are gone fast. It is $3 for two papers instead of $4 for two single papers.

      • Cstallworth2000

Chris — not sure wher eyouare in Atlanta but you can buy the AJc on the side of the road for a $1 from the AJC paper sellers. I buy 4 – 5 at a time!

        • Chris

Yeah I'm rarely out on Sunday AM and I've never seen them here in Smyrna (like they have north in Acworth selling them at intersections and such). So I just get the AJC and MDJ delivered but if I could also just get some inserts sent then that's great. Am going to try and get a few tonight.

    • Emily

Yes, I will be getting a paper this Sunday!! Great coupons for me!

    • Raiden Aj

Does Dothan, al sell the bundles as well? Since January all i get in the sunday paper are PG and Redplum (which mostly has pet coupons.) I want the smartsource for the huggies.

      • Amie Royer

You can but the Atlanta paper at Publix and it has the smartsource

        • Amie Royer

Meant to say you can “buy” the atlanta paper at publix

      • Rgnurse911

Email me your address and I will be glad to mail you my diaper coupons and anything else baby related. Right now I am recycling these and sending them to the troops since they can use them for 6 months after they expire. I never use baby products.

        rgnurse911@aol.com

    • sharon

      Thanks bunches..

    • Belinda

I hate to throw the paper away without reading them but I only want the coupons so I buy 10 papers. I would like to buy just the inserts in the Birmingham Al area. I am new to couponing on a large scale but have couponed for years without really seeing how much I could have been saving if I had known what I know now. Can anyone help me??? Thanks B You can email me at
      GGto3@yahoo.com

      • non-abuser

this is why the shelves are empty when i go including the papers this is why the stores are changing their policies because of extreme couponers leave some for everyone else

        • Davahodges

The store could just ORDER MORE of the items they know are going to be good sellers. They know what coupons are out there and that someone is going to get up early and go get the prodct. I don't mind REASONABLE limits because I would like to get the deal too, but these stores never order any extra.

          • prissy87

Ask for a raincheck. Most stores will give one if you ask but won't offer to if you don't. I never get there early .I have envelope with just rainchecks.

          • Struckdeals

The stores keep track of their own inventory, and replace as needed. They don't keep a list of coupons stock merchandise based on coupons. If an item seems to be selling well they might order more, but that takes the time of placing the order, waiting for the truck, and stocking the item.

            • Toni

Also,  drug stores are often small and don't have enough room in the stockroom or on the shelves to carry large quantities of product.

        • Sandy

          Nonabuser, It's 10 inserts not 100 or 1000. Just 10. Sheesh.

Belinda, I'm pretty sure you can't get the inserts without ordering a paper. I think I remember even reading on websites that just sell the inserts alone that they get them from ordering mass copies of the newspaper so, either way a paper is being tossed (or recycled). If you don't want to recycle them see if there is a school in your area that will take them. Art teachers always need them!

          • non-abuser

you all are are abusing the system realize it and get over it you are the ones that will corrupt this system because you are greedy imagine if i went and wiped out all the product theres only 24 products in a case not a 1000

          • Being reasonable

“Just 10” and she's asking for more… so more than 10. And how many drugstores stock much more than 10 of any item other than candy bars or something? Stocking only has to last 6-8 weeks and the sale will likely be back again. Stocking does not have to last until the end of time.

            • Alabamahomeschoolmom

Not everybody who buys in quantity is being selfish. I have a large family plus I help stock our church's food pantry with what I get with coupons.  It's not a bad thing for the stores to sell more.

          • Jillmaek

10 is an insane amount! i can't believe you said “just 10” rule of thumb is one insert per person in the household. VERY few and i mean VERY FEW households have 10 people living in them. its just greedy.

        • Tyler

If it's a free deal at one of the drug stores in the Tuscaloosa AL area you can forget it. I have to get rain checks and pray I can find it before my manufacturer coupons expire. I hope they end up limiting all coupon items to 5-6 per person then maybe the majority of us can find the sales product. Couponing is to help you save money not hoard a years supply at one time.

      • You can Google search for recycling places where you can drop off the remnants of the newspapers so you can feel better about getting rid of them.

      • Amhand

When I pay more then one paper. I take the actual paper to my local McDonalds and leave it on the tables.

      • Rgnurse911

There are a lot of recycling bins around. Ours are at the local post office, all the schools and Kroger parking lot. All have bins in the parking lot. And when I go recycle mine I always look in the bins and find tons of coupons. It's just paper so they are all clean.

      • ireneY

I take my extra paper to the retirement home. They thank me graciously every Sunday!

      • Belinda, I can't help with inserts, just wanted to say: you know what you need for your family. Ignore people who don't know you, your family, or your circumstances who somehow think they have some license to comment as if they do. Have a good weekend!

    • Sarahniky7

I know that the Hickory Daily Record in Hickory, NC will be selling just their inserts too, not sure at what price though!

    • You guys can buy inserts off eBay :)

      • Tyler

Not the biggest fan of eBay can you recommend some reputable websites that offer bundles of 5?

        • Fivebrinsons

You can buy whole inserts at
          http://www.couponbeat.com
They ship very quickly (I receive mine in 1-2 business days) and have everything.

        • LaurieSPS

the problem with purchasing inserts online is that alot of times they cost more than just going to the store and buying multiple papers. CVS & Walgreens sell Sunday papers for just $1

          • Chris

I WISH they sold the AJC here for $1! They want $2 per paper, $3 for the bundle if you wait until Sunday (and by the time you get there they are mostly gone or picked over), and if you get home delivery they try to charge more than $3 per paper! I talked them down and got a decent price but I started getting the Marietta Daily Journal at home and it is only $30 something dollars for the whole weekend (Sat & Sun plus holidays) and that's for 6 MONTHS versus 13 weeks with the AJC.

            • Tunisia

we have the AJC people standing on the corners every Sunday, and they sell the papers for only 1.00

            • Tammyreed

Chris,Thanks for that info – does the MDJ have the same inserts that the AJC does?
I've never even thought about the local paper for inserts, but I am happy to change if they do.

            • Chris

They do!  I checked into it and it was a whole lot cheaper to order the MDJ than the AJC I already got.  You get 6 mos of weekends (both Sat and Sun) for around $30 and it, so far, has included all of the same Qs as the AJC.

            • Tammy

              Awesome!  Thanks!
I'm going to check into the MDJ now.
I was also looking for some paper recycling bins that would be easier to get to than the Cobb Recycling Center.  Don't know where you are in Smyrna, but I haven't had any luck in my area.

            • Chris

Depending on who your garbage pickup folks are Waste Management does curbside recycling (when I lived in a house that's who I had so I had my own bin).  I live in a townhouse near Campbell Middle and we have our own gigantic bins for recycling here.  I think the middle school has a recycling dumpster but I haven't checked – have been thinking about finding somewhere to go so I can “dumpster dive” for more Qs (only if it's paper recycling – not interested in smelling like garbage or anything – LOL).

            • Tammy

I'm with you on that!  That's why I was hoping to find some newspaper bins to check.  WM picks up our trash, but our condos don't have recycling bins.  They've tried several times, but these folks don't understand the concept and treat them all like dumpsters.
Maybe I will get up some courage and check the school bins tomorrow evening and see if I get lucky.

            • Chris

You know if you find some place hit me up at cmetzger at metzdomain dot com and I'll help.  We can split the bounty (and you can have all of the womens, baby, etc stuff).  I would LOVE to have a partner to be able to do this with!

            • Chris

I meant split everything except what I obviously don't use LIKE those products.  And I obviously only need so many of something so maybe we can both benefit.  WOOHOO!

          • Tyler

Yea I see that now. Just going to buy 2 papers I mean most of what I use is print offs anyway.

    • Katie

The insert bundles would be a lot better if Tallahassee GOT a lot of the good coupons! One of the inserts my parents get in SWFL are the same size as 2-4 inserts here. I am glad to not have to buy papers any more though!

      • Lindsey

Agreed, Tallahassee is not the greatest for couponing between the inserts we get and the lack of any stores that double coupons.

    • Brandy

@Mackenzie, I'd be interested in buying from you also! Please email me @ brandysanders33 at gmail dot com.

    • Mackenzie

Sorry. I didn't realize there was so much interest or I would have responded sooner. $6.50 is the total price for all five. That includes 1st class shipping. I don't get mine until Sunday morning so I ship out by Monday before noon. Anyone can contact me at
      ajcinserts@live.com
      for more information.

    • prissy87

Ask for a raincheck. Most stores will give one if you ask but won't offer to if you don't. I never get there early .I have envelope with just rainchecks.

    • non-abuser

you all are are abusing the system realize it and get over it you are the ones that will corrupt this system because you are greedy imagine if i went and wiped out all the product theres only 24 products in a case not a 1000

    • sarah

does anyone that sells the inserts have any left from the 5/01 paper? i was out of town and by the time i was ablr to get to the store, there were none left. you can email me at
      kymama397@aol.com
      . thanks!

      • Stephanie

i sell inserts and coupons, send me an email pattcoupons at gmail dot com

        • Nani

what area are your inserts from? im looking for a supplier :(

    • Terry Smith2727

Don't think i will be buying very many papers this week again> For the past 3 weeks the inserts have really STUNK!

      • Phillis

I think that sometimes too and don't buy many those weeks then later they turn in to great deals somewhere down the road.

      • Smilin'

Sorry Terry doesn't like the coupons, but I think they are great! Lovin' the Q's.

    • connie

I've noticed that SS has more coupons that I like, but so far I've not gotten one in the sunday paper. Is there a site I can go to that will tell me what papers SS inserts are in. I live in SC in laurens county on the border of greenwood county so I can get either paper.

      • Misstree63

you should look for the Greenville News. It is a much better coupon paper then the Greenwood Index Journal.

      • Tballenger5

        Greenville News has them

    • Stephanie

I am new couponing and I want to know if there are certain times products are on sale, like i need detergent or will you all just let us know when it is on sale for the best price.

      • Amy

Jenny will let you know what is on sale and what coupons to match with it. Just check your local stores here to see what she says. I never have to look at sales flyers any more. Save your entire coupon insert from your Sunday paper and file them by date. Then you can cut the coupon you need when she tells you.

      • cashew

If it is a good deal, Jenny will also put the chestnut icon next to it to let you know.

    • Rgnurse911

Wish I lived in Tallahassee! Maybe Atlanta will start doing that. Wonder if they will continue if the sell of papers drops off. Coupons is the only reason I buy the paper, 4 every week.

      • Suzanne

I flip through every paper that I am buying to make sure the inserts are there.

      • Aday837

What are the best papers to get around atl. Area. Still pretty new here. Ty

        • Chris

Well the big paper is the AJC (Atlanta Journal-Constitution).  I live in Cobb County so I also get the MDJ (Marietta Daily Journal) which is cheaper than the AJC but gives me the same Qs and most of the same ads.  I just get both delivered so I can have more Qs without having to worry about ordering inserts online.  Most counties in the Atlanta metro area have another paper available aside from the AJC so you could check for your local area.

    • LaurieSPS

is this a new comment program? – it looks different

      • Disregard that statement…. it was an issue on my end making the screen look different… technical difficulties

    • Lindsey

Wow, I live in Tallahassee, that is great news! as Katie says the only downside is we often don't get a lot of the great coupons but still I am glad to hear that they will be doing that.

      • Carmanij

        Lindsey,
I've learned to look for coupons being sold online on Ebay. I look for the ones being sold in big cities like my own here in Charlotte. That way I know I get alot of good coupons even when I dont get the paper on Sunday.. You can usually get between 50 and 100 coupons for a few bux..

        • MaysonD

I use eBay too, and I love it! 20 of each coupon for about $1!

        • Angeline4483

can you suggest any coupon sellers on ebay? thanks

        • Lindsey

Thanks for the advice, I have been considering going that route!

        • Can you tell me which sellers on Ebay sell the inserts from the CO? I buy 3 of these papers every week, but sometimes it would be more economical to buy the inserts, because I have to drive so far to get the papers.

    • Veryfrugall

I collect the inserts from our local nursing home and assisted living centers. Many of the residents still have the paper delivered but none of them are interested in the coupons. It's not unusual to have 15 -30 inserts a week that way. I also take their old papers to the recycling bin at the school for them. It's a win for everyone!

    • Silverwolfgodess

is there any w ay to see a preview of the inserts sooner? like i am needing to see them at least 2 weeks or more in advance. i am working with my local walgreens to try and get enouhg product on the shelves. some one was waithing at the door sunday morning and bought all the the clean and clear body wash and the coupons expire on the 15th . i awas not happy at all i evenchecked with a georgia store and they are out. why can t pl be considerate? it makes me so mad.

      • Tracy

go to cleanandclear.com and get a $5 coupon for this product and the coupon doesn’t expire until 6/10 and in most stores its totally free or they have been giving me up to a $1.00 back. GREAT COUPON!!

      • MaysonD

Hate when that happens! Our local drug stores all give rainchecks and staple the coupons to them so even if they expire we can still use them. Have you asked about that?

      • Hollandsavers

We have a brand new walgreens, and they are out of allthe sale items quickly. I really think they do not have enough stock to begin with, so Im not impressed at all.

    • Robpuryear

Does anyone know if I can use my B1G1 Gillette body wash coupon with the upcoming $2 off Gillette body wash coupon?

      • Earl326

Use it on the second one.

      • Lisa

yes you can. as long as you have 2 items for the two products they should do it

      • Pauladeshazo

Use one B1G1 along with the $2 off. Or wait until there is a sale B1G1 and use the $2 off each. Either way great savings.

    • momof3

I live in Citronelle AL, went to Winn Dixie had a coupon for B1G1 and they fixed the register so that it would not take a coupon for something on the B1G1, is there a way around that? Im not an extreme couponer just trying to save some money! Thanks.

      • Chris

Um, pick another store to shop at? LOL Just kidding – I've never heard of that before but it sounds like a load of BS. No Qs on an item just because they have it on BOGO? Why shop there then? That's kinda the point – use the Qs on the items when they go on sale. Maybe they have enough business and they're trying to drive shoppers to their competitors.

      • Lacey

I had that issues once and I complained to their corporate office, they informed the mgr. of the mistake and I was able to use my coupon.

      • Lindsey

That does not sound right, I would give corporate a call and ask about that.

      • Creekindiannana

That was not right at all!!! Always speak with a manager and corporate. I am not extreme either… but in todays economy, I want to save as much as possible. You just stand your ground and you will do fine. One thing I have noticed, If you tell a retailer that you will shop someplace else and you are going to tell all your friend…they will usually fix the problem quickly!!!! Good Luck=)

      • Knm2330

I live in Wetumpka Al, and I noticed that our Winn- Dixie was doing the same thing, however, last week when I went I went and scanned all of my coupons for the the BOGO deals and then swiped my store card. It worked with letting me use a coupon for each item. I noticed that the BOGO deals only show up on the regiister after the store card is scanned. Hope that helps

    • thank you this helps so much

    • Cheyenangel

The more I look at this site, the more I LOVE IT!
I took some of your advice and I went shopping at wal-mart, I ended up saving 56%!! the last time I went shopping I saved 30%.  I love it! the next time I see that you are in TN, I am deffently going to have to go to one of your conferences, even if that means taking a day off of work to do it.  Forget going to a concert I want to go to a Southersavers conference!!

    • connie

I asked earlier about the SS inserts and what papers they were in around my area. I complained to my husband that they were only in the Greenville News. Today we were out and stopped by our local Dollar Tree and on the way out he saw a stack of the Greenville News Sunday edition. The cashier saw us and told us we could have all we wanted because she'd already turned in the amount they had sold. I took 3, a lady behind me took one and we left 3 behind for someone else.

      • Cheyenangel

Very nice of you. If I was you I probably would go back and get what is left because the cashier might just throw them away….  or leave your number for her to call you before she thwos them away. I usually get as many papers as i can, because when i find i good deal,  I take advantage of it.

    • Lazara100

awesome cant wait to get my newspaper tommrow!!  lol

    • Shaina

Thanks so much for all you do, Jenny! This site is the most extensive one I've found. There's only one thing about couponing I haven't been able to find a tutorial for–how do you know how many newspapers to buy each week since there are so many variations in coupons and values?

      • NiaLennay

Hi Shaina, I have heard that one should buy one newspaper for each member of your household. I on the other hand am still creating a stock pile for many items so I may do a lil more. I have gotten as many as 25 RP at a time, [found in a crate…just layin there, yeah I HAD to do it!] However this would all depend on your stock pile size. Since sites like these help us preview what's coming u can decide in advance on what you wanna do. Last week I only got 3 papers. This week I will do about 5 I think. Hope this helps! NiaLennay@gmail.com

        • Shaina

Thanks so much! If I found a crate full of inserts laying around I'd have to pick them up too!

    • Jenny

Are these different than what you can print out?

      • Jonathan

Yes, they are different.  There are many coupons in the weekly inserts that do not appear on any of the 4 major Internet coupon sites.

    • Emma

I'm not understanding as to how many coupons you can use for a certain item. I see and hear people 'stacking' and getting several of the same coupon booklets, but am confused.

      • Wendy

In most cases you can use one manufacturer and one store coupon per item, such as at Publix.  I used to be able to stack a manufacturer coupon, store coupon and competitor coupon on the same item, but those were the the good old days.  I am in GA.

    • Savemoney08

Just checked my newspaper today. I only got the redplum insert. I live in FL… i wonder why i dont have smartsource insert. Anybody have the same situation?

      • LD

LOL I live in Florida the times union is what I got and only Got a SS my RP was missing . UGGG

        • Savemoney08

I got the same newspaper. :(

      • Happy21234

i live in FL & had both SS& RP in my 2 FL times

    • Caryd23

My Florida Times Union had 0 cpn inserts today. Bought 2 expecting the great inserts…Got Nothing! :-(

      • You should call them.  This is why I check my paper before I pay for it.  Let them know you did NOT get your inserts and you want them.  I think people “take” them  and end up with tons of inserts like the extreme couponing people.

        • Lynn Mccrady

Are you saying that the extreme coupon people are thieves?

    • Nikki_mccluney

I Live in South Carolina I only had SS in my local newspaper:(

    • I am in Aiken SC and got both, but the Sure coupon was not in my SS section. it is on sale and this is the only deodorant my husband uses. i NEED that coupon!!!!

      • Stephanie

I sell coupons and inserts. If you want to buy Sure coupons, send me an email pattcoupons@gmail.com

    • Karen

Everyone always says they are buying extra to donate but do they ever think of the people who live on a fixed income & really need to watch their money? My mother & 2 of her friends give me their coupons, I organize them, & the 4 of us go grocery shopping together. As items are placed in their carts I give them the matching coupons. This is a great help for them because couponing is confusing to them. Also when Kroger has a mega event we can pool our items to take advantage of the 10 item discount. They would never ask for help – they would just do without.

      • CouponDiva39

Thank you for this post!! My mother has been unable to work for over 5 yrs and was unable to get any kind of help until just recently.  She has many health problems now, although she would rather be able to work again.  I am an only child and she feels like a “beggar”.  Learning to coupon a few months ago has been great on so many levels.  It saves my family money and I feel a great burden to donate b/c of dealing with my mother.  She is very excited to learn to coupon because it helps her to conserve what little she has.  People have lots of opinions on  fixed incomes and things, but so many people need our help, not our judgment.  As I said said in an earlier post, I haven't been couponing long.  My mother cuts a lot of my coupons for me.  She has her own set and my recently married daughter coupons too.  It is great that we can do this together!

    • Brittany

Word to the wise…here in southeast GA we are having a major issue with people stealing inserts and/or fluffing one paper with the coupons they want. If the Sunday paper isnt right up next to a manned counter you may want to assume that there are no coupons in it anymore. Check the paper before you buy it…people are getting desperate :(

      • Fullers2001

same thing is going on here in southwest va

    • Shelby

In Oklahoma I only got the SS and no Rp ! I even bought 2 papers for the first time! ;(

    • emerson

i live in moundville al so the only paper we can get is the Tuscaloosa News i go to the gas station around the corner they sell papers inside i pick up two papers and always stand at the register to check to see what coupons are inside one paper had 1ss and the other had 1ss and 1 rp so i bought just the one. then went to the grocery store machine and put my 1.50 in it wouldnt open the clerk said she would have to get the money back tommorrow and i could come back and get my refund. I decided that i would try one more time and it worked only to find there was only one paper left so i still have to go back and get my 1.50 back which is worth it to me. but why cant they cant they get the darn inserts in every paper the same

      • Mistys

I live in the Tuscaloosa area also. I bought a tuscaloosa news at Walmart in Northphort and it had (1) RP and (1) SS. Half of the coupons mentioned were not in these inserts. Last week I purchased a paper from walmart that had no inserts at all. Not even the sale flyers.  I only purchase one on sunday just to see what is in it. I go to the Tuscaloosa news office during the week and get more from Ms. Vickie. I told her about this site having a list of what coupons were available and she said she would check it out and notify the girl who orders the inserts. She explained to me that the girl orders a certian number of inserts and distributes them to certain areas. She makes sure the papers you buy from her has all the inserts for this area. I told her about the target coupons people had gotten in other areas but we don't get and she is going to check into it. I went to our local target and they don't have coupon books you can get. The lady said they were suppose to be in the paper. They aren't. You might also want to get the Birmingham News. They have different coupons in there paper. They had (1) RP and (1) SS but the coupons were different and more. Not only are the coupons in the papers not the same but the ones online are different. I have to use other zip codes to get some.  If you don't want to pay $2.oo for the B;ham paper you can get it at Dollar Tree for a dollar.

    • SarahR

i live in las vegas and i only got ss and bought 3 papers… pretty disappointed :-(

    • Stephanie

If you want the Atlanta Journal coupon insert list, send me an email pattcoupons at gmail.com.

    • I'm in Wilmington, NC and only received the SS insert. the SS insert.

      • Kimiej66

I'm in Winston Salem, NC area and only received the SS incert

    • ReneeG

I went and spoke to our local newspaper, The Valdosta Daily Times, regarding the amount of inserts we get in the paper.  I was told at the paper, it's to my advantage to get the Sunday paper from them each week because they are only allowed so much insert room for paper that are placed in the machines.  But, the papers sold from the paper office have ALL of the inserts and local sales papers.  The price is no different so instead of getting my paper on Sunday, I pruchase it on Monday and the price is the same plus they keep up to 4 weeks with inserts so if I need additional coupons, I can go back and get more.

      • Nikki H

Do you know why Valdosta doesn't carry the P&G inserts?

    • Zena Sue

I get 'The Tennessean' and got both SS and RP, yea!!!

      • Marglenna

Where are you? Brentwood only had SS!

        • Shultz1a1

Spring Hill Tn here, 1 Paper delivered to home with both SS & RP, Bought 5 more at Spring Hill Walgreens- they only had SS. Will be placing a call to Tennessean in AM to see what's up!!!!!!!!

          • Guest

I went to 5 different stores in the West End area and not a one of the Tennessean papers had inserts!  Walgreens even had a sign posted on the newsstand stating that none of the papers had coupons.  This is why I canceled my subscription.  This paper is pathetic.

            • Tiffany

Same thing here!  I checked at Walmart off of Dickerson Rd. and every stack of papers was missing coupon inserts.  Funny thing is the front page of the paper said “coupons inside”!  ha

          • Jdubb10

Did you ever get through? I was put on hold for forever. I would like my RP inserts

        • Zena Sue

I'm in Portland and have 'The Tennessean' delivered.

      • Airvan

i bought 4 papers at kroger for the first time and none of them had redplum or ss inserts in them!!! i am so mad. not sure what to do…

    • lindacorbean

I am new to all of this, I got my first sunday paper and cant find the alluminum foil coupn that this site says is in the smart source insert?????????  any help?

      • tygirl13

Newspaper inserts are very regional.  You will rarely get every coupon that is listed.  If you check back on Wednesday, there will be a post of regional coupon variances for different newspapers that volunteers send in to southernsavers.  Some people order coupon inserts or clipped coupons from various clipping services.  HTHs

    • Shortgalal

I live in Madison, AL (next to Huntsville).  I went to 4 different stores this morning and could not find a paper (after looking through 6 or 7 – I would quit looking) with either inserts in them.  This is very frustrating.  Anyone else from Huntsville area have issues with getting papers with inserts in them?

    • Selahpraise

I live in the Huntsville area. I have this problem as well. I have recently started going to the Huntsville times office on Mondays to get my papers.

      • Shortgalal

Thank you!  Sorry others have the same problem.  At least I know I am not crazy!

      • Diane

Do they sell the whole paper or the inserts only.  I can't find the Huntsville paper here in Hartselle, they sell out. A neighbor has seen them get stolen out of bins early in the am.

    • gues

No colgate coupon in the Fayetteville observer :(

    • CouponDiva39

I live in Northwest Alabama East of Phil Campbell.  The Times Daily stopped carrying SS shortly after I started couponing.  The only large paper stands around here are B'ham News and sometimes they are hard to get.  My daughter, my mom and I travel to Decatur to do our coupon shopping.  We have considered purchasing some of the coupon inserts occasionally to supplement our coupons.

      • Rainey993

I live in the NorthWest also and I went to decatur yesterday and all the papers where gone. The decatur Daily , Huntsville and B'Ham. I hope people are paying for them and not just taking them.  It's crazy. Thats alot of papaers.

    • Fullers2001

does anyone know of websites besides this one that has printable coupons but you dont have to subscribe to other stuff to get them? ive found lots of websites that want u to sign up for stuff and then the coupons they have arent what u need

      • Fullers2001

i mean i love this website..i just want to wander around and see what else is offered

    • Nursebeccaroo

where can i find a sunday paper on monday morning. i forgot to buy one.

    • Sabrina

I was not able to find a news paper at a store or stand for the second time this month. Does anyone know what's going on? This paper shortage also happened on the 1st of May. If anyone was fortunate enough to get more than one and would like to share I'd be happy to pick it up as long as the inserts are still in it. Thanks.

      • amy

Thats exactly why I just went ahead and subscribed to the sunday only addition. Its only .70 more than what I pay anyway for 4 weeks and I don't have to drive all over town looking for one just to be disappointed! This is my second week getting it delivered to my house and I LOVE it!! Just a thought!

      • Wyattabbymom

that is also why I started getting it delivered to my house.  Call your local paper and see if they have any deals, I only get the Sunday paper for $13 every 3 months.  which is only a tiny bit more if I were buying it for $1 at CVS

    • Lisa

I am visiting Savannah Ga and bought their paper and it had 2 different SS and 2 different RP!!!   Great surprise plus the free Mc Donalds drink.  Thanks Savannah!  Thanks to Jenny for keeping this site going!!!

    • Chris

Was glad to see my home delivered AJC and MDJ both had all of the inserts and the Micky Ds Qs.

    • Skludwig

Does anyone in the Greenville, SC area know if the Greenville News only had the Redplum (very small) flyer in this week's Sunday paper?

      • Browneyedgirl__87

        no we had both

        • Skludwig

Thanks.  I will call the paper office to receive what was not included in the papers I picked up at Barnes and Noble.

    • Rainey993

Where I live only had 1 Red Plum insert.

    • Docajaly

I live in the Nashville TN area and had to go to 4 stores yesterday to get a paper with both the rp and ss coupons in it!  I found this inWilliamson County.  I would really love to know if the Tennessean sells newspaper insert bundles like you said the Tallahassee paper is doing?  Thanks for this site–I really rely on it!

    • Docajaly

I also get the Tennessean I have it delivered on Sunday's and was just going thru mine and found that the SS coupon insert was not in it!! I am so MAD!  I am gonna email them and see if they will send it to me.

      • adozi

I live in Nashville too, and I didn't get the Redplum insert.  Is there any logic to this?  Why do some Tennesseans have one insert and others have both?

    • Ilene

I work at a Walgreens here in GA. I have had customers coming in saying that the new wannabe extremers are stealing the coupon inserts from the papers at the local Krogers!! It was so bad they had to move the paper rack by customer service!! So all you new couponers, STOP STEALING THE INSERTS..its coupon FRAUD and you could be  PROSECUTED FOR THEFT!!!!!!

    • Heather

We are in Chattanooga, TN area…just found out that we can go the newspaper office on Tuesdays or Wednesdays and buy as many copies of the Sunday paper you want. They are still $1.50 but good to know! The reason to go on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is because that is when they get the ones that didnt sell at newsstands. And you can also buy any paper within the last 30 days at the office.

    • Lynn Mccrady

So I guess you think they are on this legitimate site, reading this hate message.  This site used to be awesome; no whining, no name calling and positive.  What is wrong with you!  Be nice.

    • Bunnys57

how do i get coupon books from these companies
