Was just fixing to email you. I had gotten an email from sundaycouponpreview.com letting me know they would be in there this week and even checked P&G’s page to make sure. Yeah something to do while hubby BBQ’s.

    • tammy f

has anyone else noticed the p&g coupons the cents off is getting smaller and smaller???????????

      • cokersupermom

They need to bring back the high value ones. Come on P&G is it because people have really gotten into couponing now. Not only low values they limit their stuff to 4 items per transaction. Use to not be that way.

        • I actually like this, and what the stores are doing to limit transaction quantities.  As someone who holds a full time job, and attempts to coupon, it's beginning to be much easier, lately, to coupon.  I can actually do my shopping on the weekends instead of trying to grocery shop before work on Thursday, and get up to go shopping at 6:00am on Sunday Morning.

          • Carla

I agree Jerry it sucks when I get off work and go to the store and the shelves are bare.  With the quantity limits I am actually having more luck getting the items I need.

          • Ahart1063

This is so true. I went to CVS last night and for the first time was actually able to get everything on my list! Was very happy!

      • Nogesby

I think with extreme couponing do so well, and companies especially in this economy, are starting to give ( q value) so much smaller so they lose less. Notice the corresponding change in coupon policies right alongside the q value drop. hmmmmm…..

    • Jenndennmk

They are def getting smaller! I really hate that the pampers q is for a box or 2 bags!

    • cokersupermom

The values are low. I just got my Home Made Simple coupons today in the mail. Has anyone else gotten these yet?  I signed up about 3 weeks before it was posted on here so if not they should be there soon. Curious to see if the ones we signed up for on the bounce sight will come or not. I signed up for those before and never got them. Checked the sight and they are still running the deal to get those coupons. Weird.

      • Teri

I signed me and my grandmother up for one at the same time. I didn't sign up for mine until I saw it on here. My grandmother got hers last week and I got mine today.

      • Musicallover62191

I got it…..It is ok, not too awfully impressive.

      • Emily

I got mine, I was NOT impressed.  You have to read the fine print.  You think you are getting a free swiffer sweeper refill but it's WYB a starter kit.

    • Persuas1on

P&G has some of the lowest coupon values I've seen.  Although we've always been a brand-specific Pampers, Crest, Bounty, Tide family…I'm starting to try other brands because I can get much better deals on them with coupons!

      • Squirrelhater

        Good H&Shoulders,though.

      • Heather

i know seriously!!! $.25 off of charmin?? its cost like $6….that doesnt help at all!!! so i have  been buying Angel Soft or Cottenelle because they have better deals

        • Thomas Hand

Instead of giving us $.25 cents off coupons, Charmin should come with a free plunger with purchase. Never fails one clog per roll! LOL

        • Oliverla

My mom who lives in the northeast always sends me her coupons. Her charmin and tide coupons are always $1.00, while mine is .25. I guess because the cost of living is higher in her area than mine.

    • Willy009

I paid $32.67 for a XBOX 360 and my mom got a 17 inch Toshiba laptop for $94.83 being delivered to our house tomorrow by FedEX. I will never again pay expensive retail prices at stores. I even sold a 46 inch HDTV to my boss for $650 and it only cost me $52.78 to get. Here is the website we using to get all this stuff, GrabPenny.com

    • Jessicaf844

ya but you have to pay 100.00 to sign up

    • Dtcox

got the p and g today in a small local paperw hat  a surprize /// at cvs today the manger said he got a fax on p and g  coupons said it will change some on policy for useing their coupons soon will let me know later was very busy

      • Jdesantis

now all p& g coupons say only 4 of like items are allowed.

    • I just put my newspaper delivery on vacation hold. Thanks for the listing ahead of time, Jenny!

    • Fcasvu13

Super glad  we are getting some kind of insert. I'm going to try and show my mom how I do my couponing, so having a new insert will help a lot.

    • Amber

If you got the free Herbal Essences and/or Aussie product today on facebook, that should pair well with the $3 off Herbal Essences or Aussie stylant wyb any product, excl trial size. Right?

    • We used to get double newspaper bundles every Sunday morning, because it is cheaper.  For the last month, we have not been able to get a double paper.  One Sunday, my husband had to go to multiple stores to find one paper.  I'll be glad when these new “I want to coupon like those people in the show” coupon clippers get tired of the reality of coupons and quit.

      • vs1999

I agree Jessica.  And more bad news,  they renewed Extreme Couponing for another season.  12 new shows will start in Sept.  Guess there will be another million people thinking they can save 99% off their grocery bill.  Will this madness ever end?

        • Rlynn103

I was at my BiLo last night, and the cust. serv. supervisor said that BiLo is presently re-writing their coupon policy because of all this extreme couponing! That show has really HURT the purpose of using a coupon!

        • Ayleen

I started to seriously coupon about three weeks ago and went from saving 20% to 49%. Once I hit the 50% mark, I'll say I have succeeded :)… Extreme couponing is virtually impossible.

          • Scarlett

Lately; with Jenny's helpful hints, I've been saving in the 72 to 90 percentage points.  I've got a pantry full of cereal, cereal bars, crackers, cookies, and nuts.  I saved so much at Publix on the Whole Fruit Bars from $3.79 a box of 6 to .80 cents a box!!  Between CVS toiletries and Publix I have virtually stopped shopping Walmart altogether.  I stocked up on Chicken from Kroger, ground turkey, and now ground chuck is $2.99 at Publix.  I am loving life thanks to the coupon craze!!!  But I am respectful and leave what I don't need…

      • Self3530

I know what you are talking about!  Last week I did not find a paper in my town to buy.  I contacted the newspaper and asked where the location are and what time they are put out, and I have not received a reply.
I have been using coupons for 30 years and this is the worst I have ever seen people be.
I know people want to save money, but we don't have to be greedy!

      • Mchspk

What about the people that clean the shelves, c'mon aren't we all in this together.Save some for others

      • Becks

the same thing is happening to me with the sunday papers, it's driving me nuts! and i can't tell you how many people have asked me about couponing in reference to that crazy show. i'm hoping that once they realize it doesn't quite work like that show portrays that it'll all settle down

        • Scarlett

I never would've gotten this far had it not been for that silly show… BUT c'mon!?! LOL!! .31 cents for $1500 worth of product, really?  I'll settle for my half off and sometimes more with Publix.  I just hope Publix doesn't change it's policy… I got so much free yesterday thanks to Jenny!

          • Lynn

I saw the benefits from that show too…my husband had been laid off for 6 months and we're really looking for ways to help out the budget any way we can.  Watching the show inspired me to start couponing, and I'm very thankful.  BUT the more I have watched the show, and the more that I have learned about couponing, the more that I have really felt that the show is completely UNREALISTIC!  It is not the real world at all.  Getting free mustard and gatorade is great, but you can't feed your family on that stuff.  I would love for TLC to change their approach — show people using coupons buying normal food for the family's meals that week in a store that doesn't double, limits the number of coupons that you can use AND is out of stock of half of the items you need.  Then I'd be impressed :)

      • Avkallen

I am kinda new at this but not an “extreme” shopper.  I only get 1 or 2 papers on Sunday.  Very aggravating one Sunday, went to buy my papers and all of the inserts had been removed by someone.   Hope alot of these people do slack up soon, hard to go shopping when nothing left on the shelf.

        • Wendyk28054

I get the same thing in the Charlotte area.  I have to go through every paper I pick up to make sure inserts were in there.  I started having my hubby who is an early bird, to go get my papers at around 7:00 am Sunday

        • Kccoupon1

Remember to chk you paper b4 u even buy them. that way u do not make that mistake any more.

        • Sewingmom2

If you call the newspaper and report the missing coupons to them, they will mail them to you

      • Wow, that sucks. I live in a very populated suburb of Atlanta and even if I go in on Sunday evenings, there are still hundreds of double papers available.

        • Scarlett

I also live in a populated suburb north of Atlanta, and get multiple double AJC papers… love it!  Hope it doesn't change with the popularity of the “Extreme Coupons” show.  Really, $1000… w/e!

        • Oliverla

what do you mean by double papers?

          • Atlanta Journal puts coupons in Saturday and Sunday papers. Early Sunday morning, they take the left over Saturday papers, and put them with Sundays in a wrapper, so you're buying Saturday AND Sunday's paper (double coupons) for $3 instead of $4.

        • Kccoupon1

Which suburb of ATL, b/c out here in Roswell, it is a mad hunt for them. I use to get them on monday and even tuesday, but since there are more ppl trying couponing it has been a lil tougher.

          • Thepetiteyoungblonde

I'm in Dallas, GA and I can get $1 Sunday papers on Saturday from folks selling them on various street corners.  You may want to venture out and see if you can find some in your area or maybe the AJC can tell you. On a good coupon insert weekend I'll buy about 5 papers.

          • Tighress1321

Here in paulding county it has been bad lately too. My newspaper guy last week sold my papers that I called and told him I was coming for and he said ok they will be here and they weren't and he called all the people he knows who sell papers and still couldn't find any. This is ridiculous.

          • I am in the Smyrna area. The Marietta and Austell Walmarts are where I always find the papers, and I KNOW we have lots of couponers.

Have you tried just buying them on Saturday?

        • Sewingmom2

I live just south of Atlanta, and if I do not go to the store by 9 am on Sunday mornings, I do not get a bundle and there are usually only a couple of bundles left at 9 am.  I usually get 2 bundles each week

      • Susan

I was inspired to coupon from that show… you're entitled to feel sorry for yourself… it's a shame you feel that way because others choose to save money for their families like you do.  I guess our timing is off.  I guess we should back off until you're ready to accept new couponers among you.  Thanks for the GREAT welcome.

        • illinois mom

Since the show on TLC stores in my area are wiped out of any free drug store items Sunday morning ! Seems everyone wants to try this so they hoard all the free or bargain items and then feel like “saints” if they donate something to a food shelter !

          • Wendyk28054

Its really sad because really, who needs 150 bottles of aspirin?  I saw one episode where the lady literally picked up a barrel of aspirin and turned it over in her cart…why?  That just seems a little neurotic to mee

        • Kccoupon1

Susan, i do not think Jessica meant it for u, those who are gonna really coupon and be reasonable about there shopping. I too have seen a change in the coupons, store policy and even products avail. since the airing of the weekly series came on TLC. I did stated couponing about 8 months ago after watching that show one late night and had a Ahhhh hah moment. I just hate when i see some1 say they do not eat mustard and then buy all of them b/c they are free. WTH, why buy 135 of them if u dont even care for them and they are not making you a profit,  that's what she is referring to. I myself get a lil mad when i see ppl shopping without them. :)

    • Charline181

Is it worth it to subscribe to a national paper to get coupons? If so which one? I’m just starting out and have no clue … sorry!

    • Sdanorth

So glad we get these previews… now I know I can sleep in Sunday morning!

    • Norris Dorothy

Question: If I buy a discounted paper from the one of these websites will I have a guarantee that there are going to be all the coupon inserts inside them when delivered?

    • Sarcasticnagel_82

Awesome…its nice to at least have 1 on a holiday weekend! :)

    • Mari Galloway03

These were in the last one too!!  That was the first week i started couponing 6/5/11

    • Self3530

I like to use proctor & gamble products, but I have been told that they support Devil worship, does anyone know anything about this?

      • This is a huge hoax. That story has been around for over 20 years. It's a fallacy, one perpetuated by people who don't know better. Check out Snopes for more info on it.

      • saavyshopper10

wow Ive heard that too…years ago in the church I grew up in.  I remember the pastor talking about something having to do with the logo they were proposing at the time being something satanic….hmmmmm I hope thats not true

    • DebTN

Proctor and Gamble – if you're reading this:  Good grief!  25 cents off Charmin is the best you can do???   What about throwing out a $1 coupon every now and then.  And make it one that everybody can get easliy and not have to “win”  from Facebook.  I'm a loyal P & G customer, but loyalty only goes as far as the pocketbook allows, ya know?

      • Iesha

I agree what is 25 cents off Charmin going to do when its the most expensive brand of toliet paper

      • Guest

If you buy Charmin at Costco they give a $2 off coupon pretty regularly, and it is always much cheaper per sq. ft. than anywhere else.

      • Lucy2778

I agree. Those 25 cents off are a waste of time, I never cut those coupons. It's like an insult.

      • Littlemommyshannon

I know the coupons are horrible this week, 1.50 off 20$ box of diapers are you serious whats happening to all the high value coupons?

    • Cynnara

This is great to know. Helps me plan for the coming month!

    • Look instead of $4/1 on the Gillette Profusion razors it is now only $2. I see an end to the $.89 WAGS deals.

      • Jmarie P.

my Wags has stopped giving the RR if you use a coupon on the item.

      • Alau141067

how did you do that. how do you double coupons

    • …but $4/1 cartridge. Maybe this is a misprint or they will start doing cartridge deals. :)

    • Me_n_jazlyn

WHERE ARE THE FOOD COUPONS LOL  !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Iannone6

anyone do the spend 30 on proctor and gamble products before coupons and send in receipt to get a 10 visa. I did but I still haven't received it.

      • KK

I did and just received it this week!

    • I work at a radio station and we get a local paper every week about local events and such and we always get the P&G coupons early, so I've had these since Tuesday, I love that I don't have to go try to find a paper on Sunday morning!

    • Lpalmer1006

I must agree with alot of people about the TLC show hurting reasonable couponers and for those who go and get things you will never use only because it is FREE is SELFISH… I mean really, I only buy 6 papers a week because you don't need to go and buy 100 of one item, or even 50 for that matter, I understand why stores are now having more strict coupon policys and that is fine to insure that its fair to everyone, BUT the problem I have with all this is EVERYTIME I go to my local Harris Teeter I am always treated like crap when I use my coupons, they ALWAYS want to give me a hard time and this really bothers me because I am not one of these HOARDER couponers, I go and get reasonable amounts of what I NEED and the cashiers STILL wants to play hard with me and be hateful, several other people I know are being treated the same… So thanks to the ones that RUIN it for us reasonable couponers, now they THINK we are ALL the same… I have only been couponing since May of this year and YES it was TLC that sparked my intrest, HOWEVER, extreme couponing CANNOT be done around here to that point, and if you ever notice, MOST of the time when they truly save 90-100+% its because they bought EXCESSIVE amounts of the same item and are not really getting sufficent items to feed their familys, its mostly HBC products and condiments. For those that are GREEDY and not NEEDY with your couponing… give it a break and SHARE the oppotrunity with everyone. We ALL are in hard times right now, and it's important to think of others and not just yourself. ::?:: Larrisa ::?::

      • Salovescb

I completely agree. I buy two Sunday papers a week and have never bought more than 5 of one item! It's really sad to go to the store and find the shelves cleared every new sale day. It's unfortunate that people feel they have clear the shelves. To the people who do this, please stop. Let everyone have a fair amount of the product. Go back to Kindergarten and learn to share.

      • Esmcopie

Everything you are saying is so true lpalmer!  The people on these shows never buy meat or fresh produce.  They buy 60 bottles of mustard or 100 bottles of bbq sauce.  Now they are saying things like, “oh I donate it.”  Really?  Does a food pantry really want 75 bottles of your bbq sauce?  They guy with the 250 things of deoderent really kills me.  And the chic who bought diapers and does not even have a child???  And you cannot get deals like that where I live either.  Anyone can be on that show extreme couponing if you go to your store and don't buy any produce or meat.

    • Brooklyn925

i am sick of going to the store on the first day of the sale and everything is already sold out.

      • Work It!

Me too!  Couponing used to be so much easier.  I often think “greed exceeds need.”

    • Lynsey

Does anyone know what papers in Georgia and Alabama will carry the P and G insert tommorow?

      • Oakmohunt

I went to P & G's website and put in my zip code and it told me what papers would have the insert.

        • Sara

You can go to the managers desk and get a rain check for the product when they get it in…it will remain as a sale price.

          • Lpalmer1006

This is true, however, if the store is running a triple or superdouble couponing sale, this sale can not be included in the rain check and they usually do not restock the items that are cleared out on the 1st day UNTIL the BIG SALE is off, and this is crap…. I have even talked to the store manger and request that they be more prepared for these large sales, we only have ONE Harris Teeter in our area and if you dont get there super early (like 4 am) get your stuff and WAIT around until 7am when they start they decide to let people start checking out, you will never get the items you want/need. Its RIDCIULIOUS! We just had a superdouble sale at HT and I got there at 5 am and got what I NEEDED and was finished by 5:30 (since you are only allowed to use 20 coupons to be doubled) so I had to WASTE an hour and a half, lucky for me I was one of the first to check out, and glad I was because I had to go to work, but when I looked back, the line for check out was wrapped around the back of the store to the frozen section (THIS IS PLAIN OUT NONSENSE, that we have to fight each other at the grocery store!) The only answer I get from management is “we try out very best to prepare for these sales, however we are only allowed to order but so much at one time” but yet the 1st day of these sales the shevles are CLEARED and stay that way until its over. There is no reason why they can not reorder on day 2 and have the products in within a few days before the sale goes off, TRUST me, I know because not only was I in retail food store management before, I also was a scan analyst and DSD reciever for a local grocery store for 2 years, I know it can be done  :)   I just hope everyone realizes that if SHELFISH extreme couponers continue with their actions pretty soon stores are going to get fed up and quit doing the massive triple/superdoubles and may eliminate coupons all together… do we REALLY want this to happen? I want to contact TLC and have them do a show called REALITY COUPONING, back to back with the EXTREME COUPONING show to let people know you can coupon REASONABLY without being SHELFISH and GREEDY.  ? Larrisa ?

      • Jondebperry

In GA the Atlanta Journal has the PG coupon insert.

      • tiff

        Bham has it.

      • Meshell

Tuscaloosa & Birmingham have it. I looked through P&G inserts from one of each, and they appear identical. Which isn't always the case. :)

    • Russianm

whats the deal with PG, i just started couponing, does pg have better coupons then rp and ss. just wondering and just because its a holiday does that mean u dont get all the inserts plz explain, thx

      • Christieanthum

There isn't always coupons if the Sunday is a Holiday or if the following Monday is a Holiday. As far as the P&G insert, there are usually loads of good deals at Rite Aid, CVS, WAGS using this insert.

    • Pam

I purchased  2 local papers for me and my sister this morning. What a surprise when I got home and both papers didn't have the Proctor & Gamble insert in them.  Has this ever happened to anyone else?

      • It happens lots, thats why people warn others constantly to check them before buying.

      • Michelle

This happened to me this morning also- and I did check; took four different Asheville Citizen-Times from the box to check for coupons & none in either paper; and when you've already put your money in the box… very frustrating… being that I've been seeing entire inserts selling on Ebay, someone somewhere must be making some money…

        • Llstewart

Wow.  No wonder they can afford to clear the shelves!!

        • Pam

I will check the paper next time before I close the box.  I sent an email to the local paper.  Maybe they can be on the look out for the employees that are taking the coupons inserts!

          • Jenn

This happened to me once and I contacted P&G and they sent me coupons.

          • Michelle

I sent an email as well-

      • Mbaideme

has happened to me a few times. i reported it because i believe either the carrier that was loading the machines or someone else was stealing them. it sucks

I bought a paper this mormng just for the coupons.  (I'm a newbie.)  When I got home–no coupons.  I went across the road and took my sister-in-law's paper out of her box–no coupons.  We get the Herald Citizen in Cookville, TN.

Happened to me a couple of times at first. Now, I stand there, rack door open, and look through the paper to make sure any and all inserts are there. If I see anyone watching, I tell them that I'm just trying to make sure the inserts are there. If they aren't in the first one, I'll go to the bottom & check from the bottom up. Takes a little time, but much better than wasting our hard-earned money! I'm also fortunate enough to work a few blocks from the offices of a local large newspaper. The receptionist there gives you a free paper when you buy 2. And she makes sure ALL inserts are there.

I was also told that sometimes the newspapers aren't shipped enough inserts. When that happens, the inserts go to subscribers first. So maybe some of the rural newspaper racks don't always have inserts for that reason. I dunno. It is very frustrating though.

yes…check them before purchasing!  They may be picked through!!!

I went all over town here in south GA looking for a Tallahassee Democrat and fuming when I could not find any with the P&G coupon insert – an employee at Walmart even opened up a brand new package because I thought people were being dishonest and taking all the inserts out of new papers that they did not purchase.  Turns out that the coupons were not even included in the paper – very frustrating for those of us that have been waiting for this issue of P&G.  Not impressed!

Coupons not very good this Sunday.  Only P&G products coupons.
Gotta hate it when you purchase extra papers.

      • Sillysnicks

that's why this site is great for knowing in advance what coupons will be coming out

    • My area (Lakeland, FL– Lakeland Ledger) didn't even post the coupons in the paper at all. I'm really ticked on that. I like P&G products so this irks me to no end. Though they had a huge thing on couponing in the paper too. Go figure.

CVS lady told me all the tallahassee, FL newspaper in the store miss P&G coupons.

Walgreens  has the Oral B Indicator toothbrush 2 for $2.00…..with the coupon from this Sunday's paper it makes them FREE

      • nolanmom

be careful how many you use in one transaction…our Walgreens only allowed me to use 2 in one purchase…you may need to do several transactions.

Does anyone know where the Tennessean is on sale now?  Walgreens $0.99 deal ended last week.  I checked Walgreens and Krogers (who usually picks it up when Wags ends, and vice-versa), but haven't seen them for the $.99 yet.  Am thinking maybe Daily's or Publix?

FYI to those who are dealing with coupon THIEVES in your area, instead of getting your papers from the vendors boxes, try going to your local grocery store or walmart, at least there you can check the papers for your inserts before putting you $ in  :)  hope this helps! its so sad that people have to be so GREEDY, this is obserd…
      ? Larrisa ?

      • Valleriroberts

I agree.  I went into town to get a paper out of the vendor box and after checking FIVE locations, they were all out of papers.  I even went first thing in the morning to get them!

    • Qwennjay

You know what. I went to my grocery store and still did not get any p&g's. I looked thur 5 paper and thry didn't have it, so I thought it didn't come in the paper. You can tell I'm new to the coupon game.

    • Couponaclippin

Atlanta Newspaper will have the P&G next Sunday too!

    • Judy

I emailed my circulation department today and asked if someone was taking the coupons from the paper or perhaps they didn't get enough for their paper subscribers. I didn't realize that just one coupon insert (P&G) was in my paper this Sunday…guess I owe my circulation department an apology…does anyone know if there are usually no coupon inserts from SS or RP on holidays?
