Blue Bonnet Quarters are a spread; CountrySide Quarters are real butter, therefore not a good comparison.  Blue Bonnet does not work well with baking.

      Hi there,
the milk for 1.99 gallon was listed last week but when I went to purchase my milk from aldi it was priced at 3.39/gallon.  Do all Aldi stores carry this kind of milk?

      • sunset

I live in Cleveland, Tn & that is the price for milk at my store but about 2 weeks ago they marked it down to $2.99. It must depend on where you live. When they first opened, about a yr or 2 ago, eggs & milk were really cheap. Dozen eggs were about 49 cents now they are about $1.49. If they keep going up on everything I’m going to stop shopping there because it is more of a hassel because of bringing a quarter for a buggy, bringing your own bags, and they don’t accept checks.

You can go to Aldi’s website to view the ad for your store.  There are alot of variations.  You can also sign up to recieve their emails and the ad will be emailed to you on the day that it begins.  We never have milk for 1.99 and almost never sales on eggs.

Just got back from the Aldi in Gadsden, Al.  They have avacadoes for $0.10!!!  Three pack of green peppers was $0.69!  Those were the best deals that I found today.  But as always, produce is MUCH less expensive here than anywhere else!

    • Cheryl

The baby carrots and multi-colored peppers are a great buy! Thanks.

    • Nonnie Mouse

Aldi in the Lousiville region had a dozen eggs for .69 today. As this was not in ad, this price may continue into the next week. So be sure to check the eggs when you go in!

It would seem you would have to go to at least 3 stores to only beat some of the  Aldi prices. (Sweetbay, Kroger, Bi-Lo) If that’s not an endorsement of How great Aldi can be, I don’t know what is. Especially since there is no Kroger or Sweetbay in Charlotte where I live. Go Aldi!!!!

    • Kate Perkins

I got the Conversation outdoor set last week. It’s the love seat, two arm chairs, and a coffee table for less than $200!!! It came with the seat cushions and 4 accent pillows plus a 2 year manufacture guarantee. I could not find a better deal on a new one anywhere else!!! I love me some Aldi!!

    • JanaGad

On the back of the ALDI flyer in the Sunday paper was a coupon for $5 off an order of $30.  Anyone else get one too?

    • Krystal

About the….Choceur Milk Chocolate Bar, 5.29 oz, $1.49….at Food Loin the have Hersheys for BOGO at $1.09

      • Couponer

You definitely can’t put Aldi’s chocolate and Hershey’s in the same category.  Yes, you’ll find cheap Hershey’s at Food Lion.  And you’ll find lots of coupons for cheap candy elsewhere.  But go ahead and buy one of Aldi’s chocolate bars and see for yourself…

    • Darrrrksunshine

How is their meat quality?  We bought some beef filets here today.  Are they comparable to Kroger?

    • shelleyschu

I’ve been shopping at Aldi alot recently. I picked up several $5/off $30 coupons from a local festival that don’t expire until 7/31/12. Their hamburger and chicken seems to be good quality. Also LOVE the $1.99 milk and cheap veggies.  I will admit it was difficult to spend $30 there since I still buy the Publix BOGOs and really good deals at Publix. Aldi gets my vote!
