If you have been on Southern Savers for any time you have learned two things about me, first I love food and second that means that I am going to be a life long journey of watching my weight.  I am always up for learning about new options to help, and was asked to share with you guys the alli system.  We have a few family friends that have lost a ton of weight using alli so I know first hand it works!

First, the alli pill is not just a quick weight loss fix.  Alli is a complete weightloss plan that combines the pill, better eating habits, exercise, and support.  For every 2 pounds you work to lose, alli helps you lose one more pound.  The pill blocks about 25% of the fat you eat.  If you’ve ever thought about trying out alli for yourself, now is a good time to start!  You can go to their alli page on Walmart.com to clip your $5 coupon (the coupon is good at any store).

To help you get even more motivated in your weightloss journey, be sure to check out the FREE calorie counter app, watch testimonials, and start your own personal alli plan.

Once you’ve purchased alli, you can activate your free myalliplan membership and access helpful online tools and features, including:

  • the alli Overview, a 10-day program with simple and focused steps to guide you through your first week of myalliplan
  • your personal myalliplan home page, where you can chart your progress, check out the latest steps, meal plans, and more

Not saying that I still haven’t been tempted to try it, but cannot afford to have that uncontrollable symptom. Otherwise, some of the patients did loose weight (not all of them). Good luck with your weight loss journey to those of you that try this!
