I can’t seem to get this to work…It keeps telling me there’s something wrong with the code…

Did you already enter the code once? It will tell you that if you’ve already redeemed it. Go to enter it again and it will show you your promotional balances off to the left of the box you enter things into. See if your credit is already there?

I’m new to buying MP3’s on Amazon. I tried this and it showed I successfully applied the $2 credit to my account but then I downloaded a song for 99 cents and it charged the credit card I have on file with Amazon.com : /  I can’t seem to find the $2 credit anywhere. Can anyone advise me on where I can see the credit and how to apply it to a purchase? Thanks.
