Head over here and get a $4 credit from Amazon for any Video On Demand.  The biggest New Releases start at $2.99, so this makes for a great movie night (or two).

There are also a lot of old Holiday movies that are only 99 cents, so you could stretch your $4 out to 4 movies!

One we watched last night that I would highly recommend “It Happened on 5th Avenue (1947)” (it’s an old black and white holiday movie and is very funny!!).

The credit expires on Jan 3rd, so make sure you watch your movies over the holiday.

(thanks Freebies4Mom!)

Thanks for this little holiday gift, Jenny! I clicked to get my credit to find that somehow I’d already had a $5 credit. Now I have a total of $9 in credits! :) My son is going to have a blast watching the last three Harry Potter movies tonight!

Thanks again for all you do. I hope that you and your family have the happiest of holidays!

        Same here!!! LOVE That!!!

    • Michelle in Martinez

do you have to have special equipment to watch these?

    • Sara

These movies download really slow for me, just a warning. One movie is taking about 3.5 hours to download – so plan ahead!

    • Thanks so much for the heads up. I posted it to my blog also!!

      Thanks again!

      Merry Christmas!

    • Karen

Thanks, my kids watched speed racer and bob the builder christmas.

      • Karen

Me and my kids are also going to see Alvin and the Chipmunks tomorrow, just wanted to say thanks for letting us know about the free movie tickets from codes on general mills boxes. Thanks to you the movies are free!!!

    • Jennifer

Fabulous! They have Emmet Otter’s Jug Band Christmas. My favorite Christmas special!!!

    • Tonya J

You saved Christmas! My daughter and I had been watching The Sing Off from our dvr and, for whatever reason, it neglected to record the 3rd episode. Amazon had it for $1.99 and now we’re ready for the finale which airs again tomorrow. And if it fails to record again? We’ve got a back up! Thank you!

    • Traci

I see Alan Hale Jr. was in the movie you watched, Jenny. I think he was the father of Alan Hale, the Skipper, from Gilligan’s Island. He shows up in a lot of movies, like the classic Errol Flynn’s “Robin Hood”.

    • valorie

do these have to be watched on your computer or is there a way to watch them on your tv?

      • Jennifer

If you have to capabilities to do it, you can watch it on TV. Unfortunately I don’t, so I watched it on the computer screen.

    • Ruthie

Where do I go on Amazon to see my balance? I can’t find it anywhere. Thanks!

    • Carrie

Thanks for the free movie! It took 2 hours and 45 minutes to completely download to the computer so we didn’t watch it that night. But I am sure we will within the next 48 hours! :)

Plus the husband was impressed with all the pc to dvr technology and seems to think this will be our new way of renting movies. I still like the old fashioned way of getting the disk and watching it for a few days until we’re sick of it then taking it back. The amazon rental is for 24 hours only. Depends on your preference I guess.

Thanks! That was a treat!! If you all just watch online it will play right away, no download time.

    • Very good text. I’ve found your blog via Bing and I’m really glad about the information you provide in your articles. Btw your blogs layout is really broken on the Chrome browser. Would be cool if you could fix that. Anyhow keep up the good work!
