best baby deals

Looking to stock up on all things baby?  Here are the best deals on diapers, wipes and formula this week.

You guys asked for two changes so I’ve added them.  First a price per diaper, I did it for a size 3 pack for all brands just to be even all around.  Second you asked for Amazon deals, so I’ve added some for diapers using Amazon Mom with Subscribe & Save.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for figuring out price per diaper – you really go above & beyond anything we could all wish for!

    • Romy

Hi my publix in miami, fl have on sale gerber lil meals at $0.75 each and you can use $1off from publix Ohh and Ahhh over big baby ( or something like this) booklet to get them from free plus $0.25 overage. romy

    • Tamara

Harris Teeter also has select Sprout Organic Baby Food Stage 1 for B1G1.  You get 2 for $1.15.

    • Cyndi

I don't have a kid, so I hope I noticed this correctly..  Target at Stonecrest in Charlotte, NC had really large boxes (sorry don't know how many) of Pampers Prints on clearance for 19.99.  They were on the end of the aisle by the books.  Hope this helps someone!

    • guest

how do we get a Walgreens home mailer?

    • Just4yall

Target had Similac sensitive 1qt on clearance for 3.86. Had 2 $5 off coupons I got in the mail. Made it free plus overage.

      • Lindsey

just to clarify its the ones for spit up that are on clearance (green cap). they wont have the sale price on the shelf. But the past few months its been on sale when I price check it!

    • EricaMartin

I was able to use both store coupons at Walgreens for huggies wipes (and man. coupons)! I got 5 bags for $9, I saved$32!!!!! woohooo

      • Sajantz

OMG!!! that is AWESOME!!! how did they let you use both walgreens store coupons AND a manufacturer coupon on each bag???

        • Walgreens store policy states: “When purchasing a single item, Walgreens accepts one manufacturer coupon and applicable Walgreens coupon(s) for the purchase of a single item, unless prohibited by either coupon offer” The coupons say: “Limit one coupon per customer per offer”, “Not valid with any other offer”…etc, etc…..So literally we can not use both coupons but you can ask your store manager about it, right? If you are allowed to use both coupons then your wipes will be even cheaper than $3.49! Hope this info helps! Have a nice day everyone!

        • EricaMartin

          YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! awesome deal

      • Takeishamsmith

Please explain to me how you did that< I have a four month old baby, and I am in desperate need of diapers.  We will follow your directions to the tee.  We are down to just a few diapers.

        • EricaMartin

I am not too sure about the diaper deals, but the computer will take 2 store q's…I used one from the August q book and the infant care book…and used 5 man. q's also!! I have a 4 month old also and am stocked up on diapers so I have yet to try it with diapers..but if it worked with the wipes I don't see why it won't with diapers!

      • Theresa

WOW!!! I have a 6 month old and it would be very helpful it you would explan how you did this…you did AWESOME!!! Good Job… what city do you live in?

        • EricaMartin

I live in Beaufort, SC….I used the $2 off august coupon book coupon and the infant care $2 off coupon, 4 .50 cent and 1 .75 cent man coupons also…..the clerk wasn't sure if both in store q's would work but they did!!! Sorry it took so long to respond I forgot I posted!!!!

    • cde

If you buy 3 you automatically get $.20 fuel perks.. I have 3 $3 off Huggies so I will be using one for each bag getting 3 bags for $5.99 each

    • JenW

Some of us were lucky and had an eVic special (Harris Teeter) – jumbo packs of diapers for $5.99, can be paired w/ P&G $2 off coupon – making them $3.99 for a jumbo pack.  (They were out at my HT, so I got a raincheck).

    • Jeannie

winn dixie has some great deals sometimes on diapers, too! plus they let you combine store coupons with manu coupons, and if your a member of the baby club, you get 10$ off for every 200$ you spend. doesnt sound like a great deal, but the catch here, i know probably most of us mothers are on WIC, they let you scan your winn-dixie card when you use your WIC checks, and even those WIC dollars go towards your baby club points!  this really only leaves about 65$ in cash you have to spend, and you get 10$ off the total order. i do this every month at winn-dixie. hope this info helps someone! :)

    • Renee

At Bilo I bought 3 Pampers jumbo packs and 2 tubs of wipes (used 3 $2 off pampers and 2 $2 Publix pampers and $1 off wipes) for $18  and a mail in rebate from P&G printed for a $10 prepaid card and 20cents were added to my fuelperks

      • Theresa

Does BiLo take other store coupons? I live in the Columbia SC area.

    • I hope this is appropriate….I just wanted to say that I recently started doing cloth diapers, and it is much easier than I expected! Since I have 2 in diapers right now it has saved us probably $12 to $15 a week, which is a huge part of our tiny budget! It was also much cheaper than I expected to get started, only $50 or $60 to buy maybe 22 reusable diapers. I found them used at thrift and consignment stores, and bought the cheap ones off of eBay. Anyway, I know we all love getting the most for our money, or we wouldn't be on this blog! Just thought I'd pass that along (I thought Jenny would approve!)

      • GUEST

I recently quit work to stay home with my son and as a result our income level has really dropped!  I've considered using some cloth diapers to help save some money but I don't have the slightest clue on how to use them…ie securing/pinning them and keeping his clothes from getting wet.  Do you have a site you recommend that could help teach me how to get started?

        • Southernsavers has tutorials on this site as well as videos on youtube.

          • GUEST

Thank you!  I've tried searching for the tutorials on this site but I'm not having any luck finding any on cloth diapering.  :(  Also, any youtube videos you recommend?  I'm assuming you have some experience in cloth diapering.  Do you have any tips or words to the wise based on your experience?  Thanks again.

          • Ok, I did just find this link that Jenny posted. http://simplemom.net/tools/cloth-diapering/

          • I didn't know southernsavers had info on cloth diapering either, where would I find that?

        • I have used cloth diapers off and on over the span of 11 years and 5 kids.   I am all about easy and as far as I am concerned once you get over the learning curve and initial investment they are EASY.   I have used basic prefolds with pins and covers and I have used bumgenius and happy heineys and have loved all of them.   My favorite site is cottonbabies dot com.   They have lots of good info on getting started; lots of customer reviews and wonderful customer service.   I don't work for them or anything, just love them.    I have splurged with my last two little ones and spent maybe $500 total to have nicer bumgenius one size diapers and prefolds with flip covers.   That being said it would be hard to buy diapers from Sam's or Walmart and only spend $500 on diapers and wipes for 2 years and one kid.   And now I have a new one in cloth diapers and the diapers are still in great shape and will probably last a few more years.

With my older kids I spent less than $200 to cloth diaper them b/c I used mainly old fashioned prefolds and pins with good covers.   But there are so many more choices out there that make cloth diapering a real option compared to just 10 years ago.   Oh, if you take the plunge don't forget to get cloth wipes/baby washcloths.   We save a ton by only keeping disposable wipes in our diaper bag.   Use the wipe toss in pail with the diapers.   Very easy– I put them in the wipe warmer and pour maybe 1qt water, with 1 tbsp olive oil & 1 tbsp favorite baby shampoo.   That easy and they clean so much better and don't dry out their skin.

          • GUEST

Wow!  THANK YOU!!  I will definitely be visiting their site.  :)  I appreciate the time you took in replying.  I'm sure I will revisiting your comments multiple times.  :)

        • I'm so excited that you are staying home with your son, that is really wonderful! It does require a LOT of sacrifices to be able to live on one income, but it's so worth it! That is why I started cloth diapering as well. I have heard good things about the more expensive cloth diapers, but like I said, I got most from eBay auctions for around $2.70 to $3 each, with free shipping from China. I'd rather buy something made in America, of course, but it just wasn't an option with our budget. I got the one size fits all Babyland brand, and have been VERY happy with them (especially the price tag, lol!) Some of them come with inserts, and I use the prefolds as well, I like both. I used safety pins at first, which was pretty hard since I have a wild stallion of a son – I never poked him, but I poked myself every single time, lol! So I finally got a couple of plastic “Snappis” off Ebay, and they have been invaluable, let me tell ya! I think they were about $4 apiece, and you really only need 1 per kid.
I haven't bought any of the expensive detergents or anything, we can't afford that and so far it hasn't been necessary. My son did get rashes sometimes, until I started using a little vaseline or Desitn with ever diaper change. Also, I cut up a bunch of old t-shirts and flannel blankets we had lying around, and made little “liners” – that way, if there is poop involved, I just throw the poopy liner away, and none gets on the diapers themselves. :) I'm sure the other Mamas will call me wimpy, but it's just simpler and morning sickness does not go well with scrubbing poop off anything, haha!
I really hope that helps – I got so intimidated reading about it online, it seems like a lot of websites try to make it SO complicated, and everything can get so expensive, all the fancy diapers and detergents and wet bags, etc. I'm doing this to SAVE money, people! :-p
Sounds like the other ladies are very knowledgeable, I've already learned quite a bit from the other posts!

    • I found Huggies wipes cheap at Walgreens and I bought Pampers at CVS.

    • dmscottusauk

Does anyone have any formula convenience checks that you are not going to use? I am in desperate need! Any brand will do. You can email me at: dmscottusauk@hotmail.com Thanks so much!

      • Momofpiper

I have some Enfagrow checks for $5 off.  That is for toddlers though so I don't know if you can use those.  They expeire 8/31. email me at aprilhampton1@yahoo.com if you want me to mail them to you.

      • Takeishamsmith

I have formula checks from enfamil and gerber and smiliac. I don't need them because my baby is WIC.  Send me your email, or mailing address and I will mail them to you.  I just save them and never use them.

Thanks, but I am looking for baby formula still.

    • Spiveycoupons

I love how you put the price per diaper…I never know how much a jumbo vs mega pack has…

    • Veronica

How do I get the Walgreens home mailer?

      • sheryl

I was gonna ask the same thing…

        • Theresa

          So was I…lol

    • Lilybug1030

Idea: buy a pampers mega pack at CVS-8.99. Use a $2 pampers q. You'll get back 3EB (and in my case a 3 off 15 baby q). Using the EB, the $3 baby q and a 2 huggies q- you can get a box of huggies diapers (currently on sale for 29) for $12. Plus you'll get 5 EB from your 2nd purchase! Total spent: 18.99 (price per diaper-.148). Price pee diaper could vary based on the size your buying. The more EB and purchase qs you have, the better! Not the best ever but definitely good if your in a diaper drought!

      • Lilybug1030

Oops! Huggies on sale for 20 not 29!!

    • Nocurtain

the deal is even better on wipes at Walgreens…you can use BOTH the infant care booklet coupon (code 5519) and the $2 off 1 coupon that is in the august coupon book.  makes them 2.00 per pack.  amazing!

      • Sajantz

can you please tell me where to get the infant care booklet? :)

      • Theresa

If I dont have a Infant care booklet can I just use the code (5519)?  I have asked several times at the store but they never have any.

    • Quilhil

How do you get the Porque Sabes Chorrar Compras booklet

      • patagonia

I think it is a publix book.

    • Scoutsami

The walgreens deal this week on the wipes is even better than published. Besides using the infant care booklet for $2 off and the august coupon book for $2 off you can also use a manufact. coupon for $0.5 (or higher if you have one.) making it $1.5 total

      • Theresa

Can you tell me how you got your Infant Care booklet?

        • Kristina Akins

I went to http://www.americanbaby.com/free and subscribed to something…can't remember….next thing I know I received a big envelope full of coupons and to my surprise the INFANT CARE BOOKLET!!!!!  I've been looking for this thing everywhere!

      • GUEST

Can you elaborate on how you do this?  How can you use both the coupon in the infant care book and the august coupon booklet on the same item?  Aren't they both store items?

        • Tonij

both those coupons are walgreens coupons and you can use multiple store coupons with the mfg coupon.

          • Mandy

I've never realized that you could do this, I thought you could only use one store coupon and one MF coupon per item; so you're saying you can use more than one store coupon for just one item??  Is this in their coupon policy, I think my stores will not accept this…

            • cassie

I didn't think my store would either so I bought two packages (all that was left anyway!) and used to manu qs and the one infant care q and the august wags q.  That way it looked like I had a manu q and a wags q for each item.  Worked just fine.  No beeping or anything!  Wish they'd let me keep that infant care q though!

          • GUEST

I'm sorry but I still don't get it.  The infant care $2
Huggies coupon and the $2 coupon from the August coupon book both say Manufacturer coupon on them
(even though they have the Walgreens logo) so how can you use all 3 (including the 50 or 75 cent man. one too)
            manufacturer coupons?

        • Jaimie Redd

The $2 off coupon in the infant care booklet is actually a manufacturer coupon good only at Walgreens, and there is a $2 coupon for huggies wipes that is a store coupon on their website! Since you are already using a manu coupon, I don't see how you could use another manu coupon, but then again I don't shop at Walgreens often at all so I'm not sure.

      • Mandy

Wait, what??!! You can use BOTH the August booklet wipes coupon and the Infant Care Wipes coupons TOGETHER – aren't they both store coupons….???  I'd love to know for certain, because that's HUGE stock-up price!! Wow, please let me know, thanks! :)

    • Quilhil

      and the infant care booklet

    • Jaimie R

I wonder why Publix isn't listed here for diapers? Pampers Jumbo packs are on sale for $8.99, and there's a $2/off any Pampers in the P&G 7/31, and $2/off any Pampers in the Ooh & Ahh Baby Booklet, so a Jumbo Pack for $4.99! If you have other things to buy at Publix, you can use the $5 of $30 and they'll technically be free, along with the few overage items this week!

      • Mandy

Can you tell me where you got the Ooh and Ahh Baby Booklet and also the $5.00 off $30.00 coupon?!  Thanks! :)

I actuallly got the booklets on eBay lol. I have no idea how else to get them. I think I paid $2.66 for 10 of them. And the $5/$30 I get in the mail every other week or so, but I have no idea how lol. They send it to my maiden name, which is not linked with my home address since I've been married before I've lived here!

          • Mandy

Wow, every other week?!  That's awesome, lucky! ;)  I'll def. check Ebay for those booklets and the Walgreen's one, hadn't thought of that, thanks for the tips! :)

The Ooh and Ahh Baby booklet is in the stores. Ask or they had a display by the pharmacy in my store

Anyone have Similac checks they'd like to trade for Good Start or Enfamil? We only use Similac so I have I think (6) $4 Enfamil checks (4 expire 8/31, and 2 expire 9/30), and at least one $10.25 Good Start check & a $3.25 one (both expire 9/1). I should have another set around here of those Good Start checks but can't find them. Please e-mail me, iheartbandalot@gmail.com. Thanks!

      • Kcooley6815

Hey I have two $5 checks and two $5 coupons for similac if you wanna trade me the enflamils. exp 10/31 and 9/13

Harris Teeter has an evic coupon for $5.99 big pack pull ups.

    • Kim

I checked my CVS card on Sunday and got a $3/$15 baby care coupon.  I combined it with my $3 Huggies coupon and the $.50 wipes coupon, a $5/$25 CVS coupon I got over email, and I used $15 in ECB I had on hand to basically walk out with a free box of diapers and a jumbo bag of wipes.  Remember to swipe your CVS card when you go in for extra deals!!

    • Momsangels9606

I got the Pampers deal at Target. In the boxes is a coupon for $4.00 off one pampers diaper box coupon. I plan on going back and using my two $4.00 coupons and using my $20.00 gift card from previous purchase and then will be getting another $20.00 gift card back. That only makes it $22.00 after the gift card before taxes.

      • BuckeyeSara1982

Great idea! I think I'll be following this plan, too. :)

    • BuckeyeSara1982

IF YOU ARE A HARRIS TEETER SHOPPER, CHECK YOUR E-VIC E-MAIL! One of the sales I received in mine was a “jumbo” pack of pampers or pull-ups for $5.99 (regularly $11.99). This is a good deal, but I was also able to find a local store that was out of them and got a rain check. If you've bought Cheerios lately, you've probably seen the “$1.50 off any pampers” coupon that's on the back of some boxes. I have two coupons and super doubles start tomorrow, so if you can also find this, you can get two jumbo packs for $2.99/each! Today's the last day for this promotion, FYI.

our Walmart had Huggies Jeans boxes size 5 on clearance for $17

    • Kcbear16

I actually got the wipes at Walgreens in the 184 count for $1.50 a pack, and then, I used left over RR from the previous week and got them for free.  You can stack the $2.00 coupon from the August coupon book with the $2.00 coupon in the Infant Baby Care booklet.  Then, you apply your $0.50 or $0.75 coupon, and it takes them down to either $1.50 or $1.25.  AMAZING!!!

      • Sajant

so they let you use 3 coupons on each pack of wipes?? ($2 infant care Q, $2  August Q book, AND the Huggies $0.50 Q) where is your walgreen's??? lol

    • kmorgan

How do you get the Walgreen's home mailer? Someone asked this earlier but no response???

      • Jaimie R

Not sure, but I know you can get them on eBay. Might be worth it if you can use most of the coupons!!

      • Jaimie Redd

Actually, I found the infant care booklet at Walgreens by the register in the make-up department. Not sure about the August coupons but it seems Walgreens has all those on their website!

    • Gingiraffe

I found Pampers Sensitive Swaddlers size 1 on clearance at CVS for $2.74!  I used the $1 off 2 bags coupon, got another bag for the ECBs deal and used $2 off.   With my $8 off in existing ECBs, I paid $3.99 oop and got back $4 ECBs! ($3 pampers, $1 Greenbag tag)

How long is the Amazon diaper deal going on?

      • Jaimie Redd

You can always get 30% off on diapers & wipes on Amazon, if you are an Amazon Mom & get subscribe and save. The prices do fluctuate though and I don't think there's a way to tell for sure how long sale prices will last.

    • Msmusicgirl

Where do you get the Infant Care Booklet at Walgreen's?  I have asked at the stores in my area and they act like they have never heard of it?

      • Erica Breton

Some stores do not carry them, I have an aunt that lives in another town that gave me hers, but when I used them for the huggies deal the clerk said she wasn't sure if it was going to work because they never heard of it…weird I know.

      • Jaimie Redd

I actually went to Walgreens today (I never go) and there were a ton of them right by the register in the make-up section! I used the $2/off coupon in the booklet for the Huggies wipes (it is a MANU coupon good at Walgreens only) and a $2/off coupon I printed from their website and got 216 wipes for $1.99!

    • Jaimie Redd

For those confused about the Walgreens Huggies wipes deal, this is the info:
The $2 off Huggies wipes coupon in the Infant Care booklet is actually a MANU coupon! There is also a $2 off Huggies wipes coupon on Walgreen's website, under the store coupons link at the bottom of the page. Combine them both to get the wipes for $1.99! I got one pack today and will go for more tomorrow. Don't think you'll be able to use an additional manufacturer's coupon, but 1.99 is good enough! :)
I found the booklets at Walgreens by the register in the make-up department.

Got my jumbo pack of Pampers at Publix for $4.99 tonight! Used the $2 off any Pampers coupon from the 7/31 P&G, and the $2 off any Pampers Publix coupon in the Ooh & Ahh baby booklet. I found the booklets at my Publix right by the yellow & green flyers! I also got 10 booklets on eBay for $2.60.

      • shom_mom

thx.. jamie… I was so sick of hunting those booklets… finally ordered on ebay.

    • C. Cain

If anyone has any Enfamil checks that you don't need, please send them my way!  It would be greatly appreciated.  Email me at cmjgcain@gmail.com and I can give you my address.  Thanks!!!

    • GUEST

I'm not quite sure how some of you are able to use the infant care $2 Huggies coupon and the $2 coupon from the August coupon book and a 50 or 75 cent other coupon.  Both $2 coupons say Manufacturer coupon on them (even though they have the Walgreens logo) so how can you use all 3 manufacturer coupons?

    • Carinapeters

I am in need of formula checks!! If anyone has any please email me at carinapeters@comcast.net. I am willing to trade pampers or Huggies coupons or any other coupons you might need!
