striiv pedometer

Head over to Best Buy to get the Striiv Smart Pedometer for $49.99 (reg. $99.99) plus FREE Shipping. Striiv is a personal trainer in your pocket as it’s a little car key-size device, plus it’s so much for than a regular pedometer.

Striiv’s walkathon, games and challenges are designed to motivate you and get you moving. The device is currently $70 on Amazon, so not only is this a great deal at Best Buy but it gets some great reviews too.

I’ve personally had one of these for a few years and it really does make you move more.  The only thing that doesn’t work… if you don’t wear it.  It will give you little tasks that you can’t help to say no to, “Climb 10 stairs for an exta 1000 points” you want the points for the game part of the program… so you quickly go and climb your 10 stairs.  Your kids will think you are crazy, but taking the little challenges throughout the day you’ll move so much more than you were!

Offer valid today 2/10 only. Shipping is FREE.

I wanted to chime in because I have had one of these for about a year now. It is so fun, and it works better if you do it with your husband. We are constantly competing with each other. Also, if you lock it and then unlock it a few times, you can force it to give you the challenges. So for about 45 minutes each night, we go through all of our challenges, running around the house randomly climbing stairs. You do look silly, but its worth it :)
