Would anyone have any extra coupons they would be willing to share? I would like any food coupons.

    • Brandon

Is it just me, or do these posts always feel sponsored to me? Not exactly complaining, but I wish it was explicitly noted if so.

      • BananaMom

Sadly, I often think the same thing on this website. I would prefer to see Gushers and other similar treats labeled as “gummies” or “jelly candy” instead of “fruit snacks”. I thought Jenny was trying to feed her family more healthy? Labeling candy (even if its marketed as a “fruit snack”) as candy is a good place to start.

        • Danielle

Jenny may be trying to feed her family more healthily, however she is still running this site and people want to know what is on sale…and I don’t think this site has anything to do with how candy/fruit snacks are labeled.
And no the posts don’t seem sponsored- I personally prefer to see what brand is on sale so I know what coupons to look for.
You really can’t please everyone…and there will always be complainers…

Betty Crocker Fruit Gushers is a specific name-brand product that happens to be on sale at Publix at this time. If you want to go to your store and take advantage of this deal, use the link Jenny has most generously provided to print the coupon and go buy it. If you don’t want to, don’t. This is a blog about saving money by using coupons that match up with what’s on sale. If you’re looking for a healthy eating blog, you’re not at the right location. The woman who runs this site is providing a tremendous service for those of us who want to save as much money as we can wherever we can. She may not buy this product to feed her family, but I do. My husband loves them. She’s not advocating I buy each and every product she lists, but I thank her endlessly for creating this site saving me from having to figure it all out every single week on my own. She should be charging us for this service and I’m extremely thankful she doesn’t.

The whole site has sponsored ads, but Jenny works really, really hard and has built a sucessful blog with lots of readers so the ads are how she makes her money. I can’t blame her for trying to maximize her income considering how much work she does. Blogs make money through ads. When we click the link for coupons.com through this site, she also gets $$. We don’t pay her -but she is not doing this for free!
