pizza again? and pizza rolls free? I need a change lol!

      • Allie in SC

We (okay, it's just my husband and me) loved the Meal Deal last week. The Birds Eye Voila! chicken and frozen veggies. This was the first time I did this Meal Deal more than once in a week. It was a great price after coupon. I hate “pizza weeks” at Bi-Lo.

        • Kelly B

What are the meal deals. How does this work out? What do I need to do? I'm new to Bilo'ing…

          • Jacketfan24

You buy a certain item and then get others free with it.  This week it's buy 2 pizzas and get a loaf of frozen bread, pizza rolls, frozen cake, and a 6 pack of coke.  Overall usually a pretty good deal but they are usually not very healthy items.  My teenage boys love the pizza, though.

      • Lana

I don't do pizza weeks either but my 22 year old son who is out on his own loves them!

    • Paige

I hope the Breakstone Zesty sour creams are included!!! They are delicious!! Also, I found .55/1 coupons for them at Food Lion right by the Breakstone.

      • Mhaubrey

which flavors are good? I have been hesitant to try…plain sour cream is perfection!

        • Paige

I have loved the 3 I tried. If you like smoky spicy – Chipotle is FANTASTIC!!  If you like Jalapeno spicy, it has pieces of chopped jalapeno inside, YUM!  If you want a different garlickly herb, then that one – I used it like a pesto for a pita pizza base and it was great!  Also for a dip, mmmm.  I really like them all if you couldn't tell!

      • MtnMama

They are 0.17 with coupons at Ingles this week!

      • they also have the .55/1 at my bilo in greenwood sc but u got to watch it cause they will not double and the coupon does not say do not double anywhere so i had to get the manager to give me a 2.75 extra discount to make up for them not doubling!!!

      • The ad says all varieties.

    • Kristy

Nothing for me this week. I have been very disappointed the last few weeks.

Do these sales start tonight? LIke after 6pm? I know some store do that.

      • Not where I shop! I used to work nights and I tried to shop at 2 a.m. and the cashier said the prices don't kick in until 8 a.m. or whenever the manager gives the go ahead. It's not automatic. Not a my store, anyway.

    • BB

    • Other than the chicken, not much here. I don't know what is wrong with my SS 6/19, but it didn't have a bunch of those coupons! Gonna go check Food Lion's offerings now. So much for Fuel Perks!

are the combo snacks the pretzels with filling?

      • Ltrotter8518

        Yes

    • Hannah

i am soooo jealous!!!!! I would LOVE to see Fuel Perks in the North GA area. Is there anyway to get Bilos attention and get them to move it here?

      • Heck yeah! Contact them directly. Also, you can like Fuel Perks on Facebook and if you post a comment, that might get their attention, too. Businesses pay attention to social networking. Worth a shot!

      • Couponista87

I talked to a manager from Bi-Lo in North Ga and he said they were suppose to launch this program in May, but they are having a hard time finding a service station that will partner with them in this area.

    • Fate5001

The Bi-Lo's in Summerville, SC don't accept the Saving Star e-coupons. :-(

      • Fate5001

        *Bi-Los

      • Savingstar coupons do not take any savings off at the register. The savings is only reflected in your Savingstar account and it can take up to 30 days. The people on store level may not know anything at all about it.

      • laura

Check again, cause I shop at the Galleria, sangaree, and at greenwave depending on which friend I meet up with, and ive earned from saving star. I've cashed out like times this month. So make sure you double check…..good luck!

    • Julierichbourg

I think this week looks pretty good. The Dasani water for 3.99 is a good deal.

    • sweetie3989

Those of you who bought the Greenville News, did you have the $1 or .55¢ off coupon for Skintimate shave gel in your Smartsource from 5/22? That's if the Greenville News even had the smartsource insert…

      • Ltrotter8518

No it wasn't in my G'ville News.

        • sweetie3989

aw. =(  well, thanks anyway for looking!

      • Anonymous

Jenny posts regional differences each Wednesday so if you are unsure if you got a specific coupon you can look there. If it’s red (I think) or not posted, your paper didn’t get it. Even if we didn’t get it here, it at least gives me peace of mind!

    • Lopezshopping

Is it just my area or have some of you experienced Bilo doubling on coupons up to 0.99 instead of the 0.60?  For the last month and a half or two (probably the length of time I've started couponing), I've noticed the double off.  I'm not sure if that's their policy now, or if it's because right across the street from where I am, there's a Harris Teeter there which may prompt this one location on doing the 0.99.  I noticed it with my Cheerios Multigrain that I bought today that doubled off on the 0.75 I had on each of 2 coupons I had, so I was able to get a box each day from the 2 for 5 they had it, for only a dollar each box due to the doubled 0.75 off.

      • Staciejade09

The Bi-lo in my area, Concord, states in ever paper that they double manufacturer coupons up to 0.99 everyday. I have read the coupon doubling policy on the website and it doesn't say a 0.60 or 0.90 limit. It may just depend on the area now.

        • Lopezshopping

Oh okay… works out great that it's not 0.60!  Now if they could only do super doubles or triples on occasion as well. LOL

          • Staciejade09

Agreed, super doubles would be awesome.

          • Squirrellyec

My area is still only up to .60cents. Check with your store.

        • Bi-Lo doesn't have a corporate coupon policy – they leave it up to the stores – so it really does just depend on your area and your particular store.  My store only doubles up to .60 and only 10 like coupons in one transaction (which I usually find more than liberal enough).

      • CLooney

Concord, NC Bi-Lo's double up to 99 cents.  I noticed it posted on the the front windows so it might be something new???

      • Twofer

My Bilo in Rock Hill, SC doubles up to 0.99. Just checked our ad for this week and sure enough on the last page in BIG LETTERS it states “Double Manufacturers' Coupons up to 0.99 Everyday.

    • Staciejade09

how do the -$1/2 coupons double? Is it counted as .50 on one and then doubled or not doubled at all?

      • Deb

My store only doubles up to .60 so it would only be face value.  So for a 1.00/2 q, the store will deduct a total of 1.00 for 2 of the products or .50 off each. Does that make sense?  HTH

        • Staciejade09

That makes sense, I just wasn't sure if the computer broke it up into two seperate things or just the one. Thank you!

    • Deb

Don't forget to look for the Bi-Lo Gold Star coupon booklet.  There are several coupons that can be used this week.  Some are even store coupons that should be able to be stacked with manu q's.  There's a Hellmann's Q 1.00/1 and a 1.00/2 Hershey 6pack.  (Oh, BTW I found it back by the meat dept. at one of my stores.

      • Myboyskeepmebusy

Where do you get the Bi-Lo Gold Star coupon book???

        • Deb

I found it hanging by clips on at the back of the store by the meat dept.  Some on here have found it at the entrance or customer service.  Hope you can find one.

          • Myboyskeepmebusy

            Thanks so much!!!

        • GracieJ

      • Staciejade09

        Tearpad?  Where!

        • Deb

I haven't looked at this item but you may try looking at where it is shelved or on display at the store.  They may or may not be available at each store.  Good luck

      • Bernie Mac

where are the tearpads? I can never finnd them in the summerville goose creek area. any suggestions?

“Save $1.50 wyb Kraft Singles AND Kraft Mayo” – coupon found in the Bi-Lo Gold Star Meats booklet

Sounds like crazy flavors, but for 49¢ my husband should like one of these :)

      • Deb

No.  The coupon states “when you buy both Kraft Singles AND Kraft Mayo”.  Using another Q with this Q would be considered fraud.

Where do you get the Kraft Food & Family booklet???

      • Deb

It was a booklet with recipes and coupons that was available in January.  They're no longer available but you might be able to work a trade with someone, if you're looking for a particular Q. (also, they don't expire until 12/31/11)

        • How did you get the booklet??? In store, send a way, mailed to you???THX

          • Dharvn

read comments below, booklets are in the store.

          • Dharvn

*were in the store. sorry. during superbowl time.

          • Deb

The booklets with the coupons were only available in the store, they were on display by the front entrance, etc.  They are no longer available but I'm sure one could make a trade for a particular coupon if you had a need for it.

    • What is with the meal deals lately pizza with pizza rolls, pizza with pizza bagel bites???

bounty napkins small pack on sale  10/$10 free after $1Q PG. so excited unable to use Q's for Super Doubles at HT b/c OOS. smaller pack but still free and Q's got used  up before expired.

    • Bernie Mac

I was in BiLo  on Main st in Summerville and they had the small packages of bounty napkins marked 1.29 w/ the $1.00 off coupon they would have been .29, but they are on special and rang up $1.00, w/ coupon they're free:)

      • sweetie3989

I was excited about using these too, until I saw a lady buying about 22 of them when I was in the store. She cleared the shelf. =(  I only wanted two. Is that so hard to ask for? lol

        • Kym

I am tired of this kind of behavior. It gives couponers a bad name, and makes the rest of us miss out on the deal. How hard is it to leave some for others…and come back at the end of the sale or work something out with the store manager??? sigh….

          • Twofer

Years ago stores would put limits on how many items you could purchase at sale price. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't eventually reinstate some of these old policies.  I shop for two and don't do a lot of “hoarding” but would like to be able to buy at least two of whatever.  Instead, more and more, I find empty shelves. Standing in line at cust. service for a raincheck is a pain in the &*(%$.

            • anniesantics

Our Bilo only lets you use coupons on 10 like items….

            • Erin

I am seeing more and more of this lately.  Three times this week I have had a list and coupons all ready for a trip and the shelves are CLEAR!  It's not fair that people can't police themselves better than they do.

            • Amy Y

I am a firm believer if you want excessive amounts you should call ahead and place an order.  I do this with my Kroger and Bi-Lo stores if I want more than 3 or 4 items the same and have NEVER had a problem with either store.  I get what I want and I don't leave everyone else empty handed or the store writing tons of rain checks.  Simple courtesy needs to be learned.

        • Dharvn

there's a limit on the coupon “4 like coupons”

    • krazykooponer

Went shopping at Bi-Lo in Irmo last night.  Noticed they had the Emery Cat scratcher on sale from $19.99 to $14.99.  I was sure I had a $5.00 coupon for it, so I returned this morning – coupon expires tomorrow.  Item rang up at $9.99, so I got it for only $4.99 + tax.  Great Deal!!

    • Christinemariew

In my area (chattanooga) they don't offer the fuel perks so instead they give a oyno coupon. So for the Kraft Mayo and BBQ sauce they are giving a $2 oyno coupon when you purchase 5 products.  If you the the 55/1 BBQ sauce coupons this makes it a $2 money maker!

    • kaylarb

I was excited to get McCormick Grill Mates for 12 cents using the 50 cents off coupon from the free bilo coupon booklet!!

    • Aperk1971

Weber Seasoning are B1G1 free at ours AND there's a coupon for them. Also (I don't have time to read comments as I'm working..shh….so if someone posted please disregard) – There are Bi-Lo Coupon books (Gold Star Meats) and they have the McCormick $.50 off in them. They are manufacturer coupons, so you can use them here or at Publix – at Publix, they are B1G1 $1.99, so that makes them free.  There is $1 off Hellmanns too that is B1G1 at both Bi-Lo and Publix. :)

      • Aperk1971

If I didn't make it clear, the coupon books are in the front of Bi-Lo when you first walk in – at least they were at my store today.

    • Frances

Look for Marcal tissues on closeout for .84 each in North Augusta, SC.  Bought six and register would only let me use 5 $1 coupons.  $5.04 – $5 in coupons = .04 for 6 boxes of tissues.  A wonderful addition to my donation pile for our local women's shelter!  Coupon in RP 6/5 or RP 5/22.

    • Tjvsmom

My BiLo store would not doulbe the Ball Park .55 coupon today (it says do not double on the coupon).  This is the first time this has happened and any of my local grocery stores.  Usually they just scan it and it double automatically.

      • Deb

I shop at two different Bi-Lo stores and one store doubled the coupon and the other didn't.  I'm not sure if the cashier suppressed the double or if the computer did it.  I have a few more q's left, so I know which store to go to for them.  I guess it's one of those situations where YMMV.

    • Eenglern

Skinny Cow single serving candy bars 4/$3 at my Bi-Lo  There are tearpads on them for .75/2 = FREE  ( HT also has the tearpads)    They were located on top of the beer display at the front of  my store. Go figure. I would have totally missed it. Good luck!!

      • tori729

FYI I think this is only if your store doubles up to .99. Other wise they would be .38 a piece.

    • Bbookie

There is a Coke cpn book located at the front of the store in the coke dissplay on 2 notch Rd Bilo. Everyhting with the cpn you have to purchase 2 items to get an $1 off.

    • lorib0704

I went to Bi-Lo late tonight and didn't feel like arguing with the cashier, but does anyone know if Bi-Lo changed their coupon policy in the past two days. I went on Tuesday night and my internet coupons and the coupons from the red Bi-Lo coupon book doubled. I went tonight and used 2 internet coupons and 1 coupon from the Bi-Lo book. Neither would double. The cashier said internet coupons won't double and he didn't know why the McCormick seasonings wouldn't double. None of these coupons said “do not double” so he made the necessary adjustments.

      • Tashia3378

I have been having the same issue. I spoke to a head cashier and she informed me that they are having problems with B1G1 deals and coupons for those items not doubling especially the ones that will be free or close to free. Some days they work and some days they don't. I have great customer service people at my store and I talk these issues thru with them. Some are rude and tell you crazy info. It is computer problems that have to be worked out. But if you have rude  or uniformed workers at your Bilo this can be difficult to work out. They treat us like we are doing something wrong and say they can't force their computers which is not true. Be kind and get to know your manager and ask them to help you work these issues out.

        • Staciemac623

I had two that didn't double last night and another one doubled, but only partially.  The cashier said that it wouldn't double a coupon if it made the item free plus overage – it only added enough to make the item free.

          • Tashia3378

The computer when working right will double to the amount that will makes it free. But when not working right will just not double at all. Ex. my store has Texas pete for .74cents use .40/1 coupon the coupon should take the .40cents off and instead of doubling another .40cents it should only take .34cents off. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't. I don't want the full amount off I am fine with just making it free. Customer service said the reason they have a problem with manually entering coupons that don't double it because it will double giving you overage because when manual entering the coupon the computer does not know what product you are are entering the coupon for. I asked could they not just enter the coupon (using the Texas pete item as an example) for .37 cents still making it free but not giving me overage and making everyone happy. If they enter .37cent it will double another .37cents making it .74cent and still getting it for FREE. She said yes but that I would be surprised at how many would argue doing it this way and think that they should get the overage. These type people are the ones hurting the true coupons just trying to do the right thing. When bilo doubles they are eating the doubling price the manufacture does not give them the money for this. I don't want them paying me when they are loosing I just want them to honor their policy and do the right thing. Anyway hope this makes since. This can get so technical sometimes.

            • Tashia3378

I would like to add I did not have any problems with the .40cent Texas Pete coupon this week I was just using this sale as an example . This coupon actually double the full .40cents for each bottle I bought.

            • Dharvn

they are .82 at the stores in my area, making them .02 each [not free] and we still have the problem of cashiers manually suppressing the cpn even though the cpn will double when scanned.

            • Erin

For some reason, Bi-lo has started being really picky with their coupons.  Last night when I went they told me that they were no longer doing the bag credit – mgmt had said “it would be stopping soon” so they wouldn't give me credit for my bags.  Also, my Bi-lo had always taken competitor coupons and the cashier told me they would not be taking those any more either.  I also had a couple that did not say “do not double” for 50 cents and they wouldn't adjust it to double.  I was so frustrated!

    • Kad

I am new to this. I have a few questions. Can someone PLEASE help me????
      EXAMPLE:
Ball Park Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns, 8 pk., at $2.69 ($1.34) -$1/2 Ball Park product, RP 6/05 (EXP 07/01) -.55/1 Ball Park buns, RP 6/05 (EXP 07/01) -.55/1 Ball Park hot dog buns printable -.75/2 Ball Park Deli Style beef franks printable -.75/2 Ball Park product, RP 6/05 (EXP 07/01)(use .55/1 makes it 24¢)

The price on the first line. $2.69 ($1.34) What does the ($1.34) mean? Is it the price after savings or the price per item?
I have the .55/1 coupon..That will double to be $1.10. So the final price would be 1.59 or .24?
Can you use more than one coupon on BOGO items?
Can you stack the manufacture and store coupons?

Thank you in advance!!! I am having a hard time with this! But I need to learn soon! :)

      • coupon mommy

Hi, the ($1.34) is the 1/2 price.. B1G1's at BiLo actually ring up at 1/2 price.  So.. you do not have to buy 2 packs.  If you buy 1 pack at $1.34 and use a 0.55 coupon, it would double to $1.10 off..making your pack of buns 0.24 cents!
You can use 1 coupon per item.  So if you are buying 2 packs, use 2 of the 0.55cents of coupons and get both packs for .48 cents!  I love BiLo!

        • Kad

Thank you! I am starting to get the hang of it now!

      • coupon mommy

forgot to mention – yes, you can stack the coupons at my Bilo in SC.

      • Kristie

The price (1.34) Is the price each item will ring up. When an item is bogo they ring up half price. This means that you can only get one at half price, you do not need to buy two of them. If you have a .55 coupon it will double to 1.10 making the buns .24. Because the items ring up half price you can use one coupon per item, so in the case of bogo items you may use two coupons since you are buying two items. If the store has a coupon you may use a store and Manu coupon on the same item. I hope this helps, if you have any more questions please post and I will try to help. I know it is sometimes hard to get started, but it is worth it when you save so much money!

        • Kad

Thank you Kristie! I will probably post something else before long… Some times it gets confusing. LOL.

    • Shawn

I found an awesome deal at Bi Lo I thought I would share. Klondike Bars b1g1 makes them 2.17 @ my store in the new Bi Lo coupon book there is a $1.00 off so you get a pack of 6 for 1.17! Can you tell Im excited :)

      • Tfwsaver

The clerk that checked me out last night actually told me about the Klondike deal…..so of course I had to go get some.  BiLo in Belmont is awesome!

    • laura

So I don't know if anyone else checked the Catalina deals but there's a $3 Catalina wyb 2 Pantene products. They're on sale 2/$7 with a $3 off coupon in the 6/19 SS I believe. Which bring the price to $4 with a $3 Catalina making them .50 cents a piece. However my Catalina didn't print so I called the company. Has anyone had any experience with this? I know it's a Bi Lo catalina coupon but he said it could take 5-6 weeks or sooner if it expires?! It ends on the 10th so I'm guessing that's what he means?!

      • tori729

I'm not sure what they meant by it taking 5-6 weeks… it should print automatically if you bought the products. If the store is familiar with the deal, they should be able to compensate you by either writing you a raincheck or giving you the cash back.

        • laura

I did buy the product but I unfortunately didn't ask at the Customer Service desk but I did call the Catalina number that I found on here. And that's what they told me it'd take, either 5-6 weeks or a few days depending on the promotion which ends on the 10th

    • Staciemac623

I picked up a Bilo Gold Star Meats coupon book last night and on the last page it had a store coupon for $1 off tide and for $1 off Durracell batteries which I used with the $1 off manufacturers coupons for those items.  Tide ended up being 3.99 and 20pack of AA batteries was 7.99!  My daughter actually found the coupon book.  Train them young!

      • Where does one get this Gold Star coupon book?

        • Awadreamer

these are at the registers they have been given them out for a week you will be lucky to get one now but you can ask.

      • Tfwsaver in NC

I have trained my husband…He came home with the BiLo booklet the other night….He loves the savings, too!

    • Caryn

Bilo in mauldin SC has Oat revolution oatmeal (5 pk) on sale for $1. In the Bilo gold star coupon book, Q for  $1 off 2. Makes it .50 per 5 pk box. Great oatmeal and great deal. Breakfast for .10!

    • diane

About the Klondike Bars. Someone stated that “b1g1 makes them 2.17 @ my store in the new Bi Lo coupon book there is a $1.00 off so you get a pack of 6 for 1.17”. Wouldn't the coupon double to 1.98 and they would be .19?  I'm new to this so I'm just asking.

      • Pamela

bi lo only doubles coupons up to 60 cents. anything over that is face value of what the coupon is

        • diane

My bi-lo's doubles up to 99 cents. Can you explain what at $1.00 coupon will double to?
          @02e80cd14141a1a33e81e2b93eafedbe:disqus

          • Pamela

if it is 1.00 then it will be just a dollar off and will not double. anything up to .99 cents. so if you had a coupon for .90 off something then it would be 1.80 off. hope this helps. I wish my bi lo doubled to .99 cents. what state are you in and what county. i am in sc

            • diane

I'm in SC also, York county.  Thanks for the explanation. It makes sense now.

            • Scarlett2427

Which Bi-Lo, I live in Rock Hill and ours only doubles up to .75.

            • diane

              bi-lo in Lake Wylie

          • Dharvn

your $1 cpn will be redeemed at face value ONLY and will not double since your store only doubles to 99-cents.

now if your store doubled to $1, then you would get $2 off.

When I tried to click the link for the oscar meyer printable it was not there, but i looked through the rest of the food coupons on that page and found a .75 cent off coupon for Sargento sliced cheese which is on sale at Bi-lo this week for 2.50. Double coupon makes them $1.00! I got 2 of them. Didnt try to print more, didnt think it would allow me to.

Bi-Lo coupon booklets…. Am I understanding that you can stack a Bi-Lo store coupon with a mf coupon? (just like Target?) And that unless it says “Bi-Lo” on these coupons, they can be used anywhere? I picked up a few of these the other day, my store still had plenty.

      Hey Jenny,
Maybe I missed something I have been away for the past 2 weeks and unable to do my coupons. But has there been a change in the format of the coupon screen? I don’t see the little square to click in.to make a list and I don’t see any nuts. I was just wondering if someone was helping, it was just left off, or was this a new way it will be coming out from now on? Thanks for the help.
