Bi-Lo takes competitor coupons, but if there is no Harveys anywhere close to Bi-Lo, will they still consider that a competitor coupon and accept it?

      • Carmanm

The manager of my local BiLo told me that a “competitor” is any store located within 20 miles that sells that same product that BiLo does.

        • AM

          Thanks Carmanm.

        • lorib0704

Haha, I asked the manager at the Bi-Lo I shop at what are the competitors and she said she had no idea. Told me to bring in some coupons and they would see if they would scan.

      • Ucmba97

Depend son the store.  Suggest you call your store or ask at the customer service counter.  The Hartsville store manager told me the definition of competitor was being left up to each store manager.  Our Hartsville store is taking a wide view of “local” and including Florence and Columbia (which is more like a 50 mile radius).  Good Luck!!

        • AM

          Thanks for your reply!

    • The Carrolls

The ad seems relatively small :(

      • Lori P. :)

        I agree

    • heather

What if I don't see an ecoupon listed?  I specifically don't see the one for Angel Soft when I log into my account.

      • Jacketfan24

I don't see one in mine either; not worth buying without it…

        • Kristy

They may show up tomorrow when the ad is actually active.

          • Sheila

on the bilo page right above where the e-coupons are there is a place that says browse all e-coupon click that and the 4 or 5 new coupons will show up.
            hope you find them.

      • Elainep621

I loaded ecoupons to my card last night and the Angel Soft was not listed.  I went back to the site this morning and it was available along with 3 more coupons that were not there yesterday.  Check your account again today and maybe it will be available for you too.

    • Sandra

Does anyone that shops at the Bi Lo in Hartsville, SC know which competitor's coupons they will accept?  Thanks for the help!

      • Facendagirl

They will accept any! = ) Target, publix, Harris Teeter, etc.

      • Ucmba97

I shop there and asked Mr Reggie (Mgr) the same question last week.  he said any store within Florence or Columbia.  I said including Krogers, and he sais yes, including krogers.  He specifically said they would accept Target, HT, Food Lion, Publix, CVS, wlagreens, rite aid, and any others for the same product.  Hope this helps ya!!

    • love shopping

the wise coupon may not double, i used it a few weeks ago and mine said do not double on it, and the new system did not double it

      • Krisanne_86

the second wise coupon linked above does not say do not double its for the 6.25oz or larger :)

    • Tckrhwkns

the tropicana says Bilo ecoupon available but on the bilo site after signing in there is no ecoupon for it. could it be regional ?? I am signed in for my Bilo near me

      • Vtkelly

I didn't see it last night, but I just saw 4 new ones added this morning and that was one of them.

    • merry

Jenny, you are amazing! this ad has a lot of info on it! Thank you for your time!

    • lisa

the capecod chips not in my ss only krunchers is there any other place for the coupon

      • Couponingqueensc

I am from Anderson, SC, and I didn't get any either. Since they are our all-time favorite chip, I ordered coupons for the first time to get them. They were super cheap and guaranteed within 3 days.

I am from Anderson, SC also…thanks for the tip, kept me from searching for the coupon.  I too ordered some online, love a great chip coupon, I also ordered some of the allen veg coupons since I didnt have that coupon that far back.

          • Lisa

I am in Anderson too.  Do you guys know what competitor coupons BiLo here takes?  Specifically the one on Greenville St.?  I haven't been there to ask just thought one of you may know.  Thanks!

            • Mommaof1

See the new coupon policy above. They will now take any competitor's coupon as long as it is for the same item they sell.

    • Hp

Thank you to the coupon fairy in lex sc bilo. You left a few great coupons that I plan to use tomorrow!

    • lisa

did anyone in easley sc get the capecod chips coupon

      • Jlveal

nope.  i live in easley as well, and i did not get it either.

    • Sarahk79

Thank you Jenny! You rock! What you do has made such a huge difference in my family….

    • liz

So can I stack a competitors coupon and a manufacturer coupon? I am confused how the Post cereal comes out to .88

      • Jessica D.

Yes you can stack a store (competitor) coupon with a manufactor coupon. You get to use 1 store coupon and 1 manufactor coupon per item and that is also on top of any sale that is going on in the store you are shopping at. Better?

        • Lori P. :)

The manager at our BiLo in Hixson TN told me he couldn’t stack compet. coupons/manuf. coupons even with the new policy.  :(

    • Sarahk79

PS- The Tropicana $1 off 2 is in the Gold Star Meats Booklet and is a Bi-lo coupon and not an ecoupon (at least not in my region)

      • Smallfriend3

The q in the Gold Star booklet says 89oz. Wonder if we can still use it?

        • Ucmba97

nope, it doesn’t work.  I asked and my wonderful cashier who is coupon friendly said, well lets try.  She scanned it and it beeped stying the items had not been purchased.  So glad I have a super friendly bi-lo that is willing to try things like this.  That coupon is for the larger size (and more expensive) Trop OJ.

    • Ucmba97

My Bi-Lo ad had a section that stated you could get an EXTRA $0.85 fuel perks if you did ALL the fuel perks offers in the ad.  I assume it meant in the same check out (how else would it know).

      • Ash

It means if you take advantage of all the fuelperks deals in the ad, you will earn .85 cents per gallon in addition to what you would earn from the total dollar amount of your order.

      • momto2boys

I'm not quite sure I understand what you are asking?  They are saying that the total of all the fuelperks deals if you were to purchase all of the is $0.85.  You can do as many or as few as you like but each is limited to one “deal” per transaction so if you wanted to do more than one of a particular deal you would have to do a separate transaction.

      • Ucmba97

The way I read it, on the top of (online ad page 2)  It says in a blue Banner “Earn an EXTRA $0.85 off per gallon of gas IF you purchase ALL of the fuelperks offers available this week”

The FP offer I see are:
$0.15 WYB $15 of baby items shown (also pg 2)
$0.10 WBY 4 laundry items shown (also Pg 2)
$0.10 WYB roses at 12.99 dozen (also Pg 2)
        $0.10 WYB 4 pretzel/rounds items (also Pg 2)
        $0.20 WYB 2 deli pizzas @ $11.98 (pg 6)

The sum of all these fuel perks is $0.65.  SO As I read it, the ad is offering a total of $1.50 in fuel perks if you buy all of the above items, earning the $0.65 in fuel perks in one order, then you get an additional $0.85 for that order.
It wasn't a questions. It was an observation.  Now i'm going to call customer service to see if I'm just reading it wrong.

        • My Bilo also offers $0.10 when you buy $10 of fresh Dairy Items.  It is on the circular on page 3 at the very top.  It is kind of small and may be easily missed.

Which includes cheese, butter, juice, eggs and milk on the picture. But I would think would include anything in the dairy section.

        • momto2boys

IDK…I'm so confused.  Let us know what you find out.

        • momto2boys

Although I don't know if it would be worth it if I have to spend $13 on roses to get it :D

        • Ucmba97

OK, got an official answer from Corp.  My interp is not what they “intended” although they did admit there was not $0.85 of fuel perk listedin the ad.  They said it was a printing error, and hsould have said $0.65 in the banner.  Glad I didn’t push forward and test it.

On another note, my ecoupons did NOT work.  Check your reciepts.  ecoupons shold show up in the coupon section and they begin with the code ZVR and list the item purchased.  If it didn’t work for you, write the ocmplete bar codes of the items purchased and take your receipt back to customer service.  They will refund the coupon values and submit a paper to corp to make sure the ocupons show as use don your bonus card account.  Good Luck!!

    • Carl

$1/2 Post cereals, SS 7/24ss does stand for smart source Right because i have about 30 redplum and 30 smart source insertsand they dont have a coupon for post in themBelton, sc here

    • Lopezshopping

Wow!  Absolutely nothing for me to get from Bi-Lo this week on sale!  Lol!  The lists are becoming less and less in items for me to really buy.  Guess I'll be visiting you next week BI-LO!  lol

    • Lmb072

Worst ad!!! Blah!! Def skipping bi lo this week!

    • Austinks

This might be a dumb question but on the meal deals if you use a coupon on the stuff you are technically getting for free (mayfield ice-cream) how does that affect your total in the end and will Bilo honor it?

      • Pamela

i have done this. i did the week before last. I had 2 store coupons from target and 2 manufacturer coupons on the pizza and then I had coupons off for the free stuff also and my bilo let me use all of them. it was a great deal. so yes they should allow you to. the employees at my bilo are very sweet. i really like going there. they even took a coupon that i had from sav a lot that was 5.00 off 25.00 purchase. I had a good time. i had alot of target coupons and store coupons. i hope they let you do it.

      • Jessica D.

I think it was in the workshop that Jenny advised for Meal Deals at Bi-Lo to use your coupons first and then scan your card. That way it should still take the coupon values off b/c the items still have a price value (instead of rejecting it or beeping at you) and then when you scan your card the items become free and the coupon values should go towards amount off the total bill. But I haven't personally done this yet so I'm not sure. Hope this helps! :D

        • Khall531

I tried this on 2 separate trips. The first time, the cashier asked for my bilo card. I gave her my coupons 1st and she held them and waited until I gave her my bilo card. Of course, the register rejected my coupons. On the 2nd trip, I glanced at the cashiers working and found and young guy working. He took my coupons (as I “looked” for my bilo card) and scanned them first and it worked! So I would suggest looking for a good cashier, have your coupons in your hand and your bilo card in your pcoket when you go to check out.  :)

      • Sweetie3989

It is stated in bi-lo policy that the bonus card must be presented at the beginning of the order along with any coupons.  Bi-lo is no longer accepting coupons that exceed the value of the item. Waiting until the end to scan your card in order to use coupons on the free stuff is against policy.  Plus, your coupons don't double correctly if you use the card last.  Just be happy you're already getting the stuff for free! =)

    • Tlahayne

Does anyone know if the Bi-Lo in Trenton, Georgia will take Target coupons and what stores are their competitors?

    • amberleigh

I am so happy that bilo came out with these ecoupons! So now we can use a ecoupon which is a store coupon linked to your bonus card,  1 Manufac coupon, and actual store coupon! I <3 BILO!

      • Rlynn103

Any reason why some of the ecoupons are not showing in my area?   When I signed up,  the Pet icecream and the Tropicana do not even show as available…

        • Ctrinkle

I am having the same problem.  None of the e-coupons they are showing in the ad are online.

      • Thetiller3

there is a link at the top of the page that says browse ecoupons. that is were i found them

    • salleegurl

Not impressed with these specials at all, looks like another Publix week!

      • Kdgaillard

        Exactly!!

    • Jessica D.

On the Carefree pantiliners does anyone know where the -.55/1 coupon is from? (As in printable, RP/SS and date, magazine, etc) That information which is usually there is missing. Thanks! :D

      • Wwhit

I thought it was under savesmart?

      • Momofjustsix

        Doesn't it say “on product”?

    • Lsims5523

I just received several Food Lion coupons in the mail (“$10 off a $30 purchase”). I've been VERY unimpressed with Food Lion since it changed from Bloom recently (in Greenville, SC) and can't imagine spending enough there to be able to use these coupons.  Does anyone know if Publix or BiLo accepts this type of competitor coupon?

      • andrea

not sure about other publix stores, but mine in chattanooga wouldn't take my $5/25food lion coupon after the official policy change because it required the mvp card… but you could always ask!

        • susan

The Publix on E. Brainerd Rd Chattanooga took mine.  I used it just after their coupon policy changed.

      • Vtkelly

The Publix in Mauldin will take Food Lion coupons.

      • Sarah

I know that Publix in Spartanburg, SC would accept the Food Lion coupon.

      • jef

Bilo in Simpsonville–Hwy 14 will take these coupons

      • Mandy

Publix at Woodruff and Butler, Five Forks, and I'm pretty sure Mauldin and The Parkway all take Food Lion coupons. I haven't asked at Bi-Lo specifically, but I would think the one on Pelham Road and the Simpsonville locations would take them since they are close to the Food Lions.

      • Anonymous

I think all the Greenville Publixes will take Food Lion coupons. I hope I get a mailer too!

    • Lanierlori

I do not know of any Bilo's that take other store coupons. Does anyone else know?? I live in Sburg SC area. also the e coupons says manufacturer coupons, so how could you stack with another man coupon?

      • Wwhit

The one at Hearon Circle does and they couldn't be nicer.

      • Kdgaillard

Assistant store manager confirmed to me yesterday…..They will begin taking other store coupons in an effort to increase revenue for the store! Great, I know..

    • dweeb

I am loving Bilo's new coupon policy (taking more competitor coupons, starting e-coupons, and always doubling up to .60)….it seems better than the Publix policy, but when Bilo's sales aren't as good, it doesn't really matter :o)

    • Megan Mathers

Anyone know how to get the GoldStare Coupon Booklet?

      • Kari

They were at the front of my store a few weeks ago. I dont think they have them any more.

      • Wwhit

The store has them. Go to C/S desk and ask.

      • Godsgifts12

My store had some at the front and also displayed on the shelf above meat in the meat department.

      • LC

In Vidalia, GA they are located at the front of the store as you walk inside.

    • Ncausey

Where are the Gatorade ecoupons at bi-lo?

      • Wwhit

Sign in and go to e-coupons in the greenish-blue area and it will come up.

        • Aliceneasley

I have all of the e-coupons clicked, but don't have the Gatorade???? Is there a certain zip code I should enter?

    • Wwhit

I can't get this to work? Will someone please help me?
“$1/2 Healthy Choice frozen meals printable”

    • scmommyof3

For the Fruity Pebbles cereal, where is the store coupon that is mentioned? I couldn't find it on e-coupons or my bi-lo coupon booklet. Thanks!

    • knc

don't forget about competitor's coupons.  Harveys has an angel soft coupon.  Could use it instead of Publix if Publix is not in your area to be named a competitor.

    • lorib0704

Has anyone else been told that Bi-Lo will no longer double internet coupons?  The policy states no doubling of e-coupons or coupons that specifically say “do not double”. But my local Bi-Lo manager and 2 cashiers have told me internet coupons will not double.

      • Stephaniecelie

I just used a kikoman soy sauce coupon for .55 cents that doubled. Hope this helps- I live in Statesboro Ga

      • Crissyk01

They double my internet coupons i'm in Union,SC

      • Sweetie3989

they must have the policy confused. I work for bi-lo and our policy says “e-coupons will not double” which mean the ones you upload to your card.  They must be confusing e-coupons with coupons printed off the internet.

        • lorib0704

They are confusing e-coupons with internet coupons. Now that I think about it she did point out e-coupons don't double and I told her e-coupons were loaded to a card. That's when I lost her. She had no idea coupons could be loaded onto the bonuscard.

    • Ummguilty

I know bi-lo now takes competitors coupons. I am wondering if I can use my 5.00 manf coupon 5.00 enfamil check and a 2 doll walgreens coupon? for the enfamil on sale this week

      • Anonymous

As long as they take Walgreens, yes. The check is not considered a coupon.

    • Lafaye247

Does Bi-Lo take Walgreen's Register Rewards?

      • Amy Y

I'm in Tennessee and our Bi-Lo takes them.  The only time I have any issue is if it's 5.00 or more they have to get approval and it's never an issue it's just that I have to wait for a manager.

      • Godsgifts12

Bi-lo in Statesboro, Ga takes the Walgreens rewards :D

    • Thetiller3

When you say that Bi-lo will take a manufactors coupon and a store coupon, are you talking about the catalina coupons or coupons that have Bi-lo on them?

      • Sweetie3989

THe coupon has to say Store Coupon. There are mnfcr coupons that print from the catalinas that say bi-lo but they are actually mnfcr. Just pay attention to whether they say mnfcr or store

        • Thetiller3

Thanks. I see now. Just wasn't paying attention.

      • Thetiller3

do the coupons in the gold star coupon book count as a store coupon? Some of them have Bi-lo written on them?

        • Sweetie3989

Some of those in that booklet are store coupons.. but the majority are manufacturer. It doesn't matter if it says bi-lo or not, just focus on whether it says manufacturer or store =)  Another indicator is, the store coupons don't have as many barcodes as the mf

    • Julierichbourg

Will the Riteaid video value coupons work? The UPC # starts RC49…
I thought it had to be a 5 or 9 to start. Also, will it double?

      • Teeters123

The Video Values coupon will be used as a competitor coupon and they'll eneter it in as a grocery or merchandise coupon depending on what the coupon is for.

    • brenda from Cross Hill, SC

Does anyone on here shop at the Bi-Lo in Clinton SC, and know which stores they are going to consider competitor, because everything is pretty far from there.  Just wanted to see if anyone had a chance to deal with the new policy yet.

      • couponsforme

they comp ALL stoes as long as they sell the same size and kind that the coupon is for.

    • Momacouponer

I shop at Bi-Lo in Georgia and I loaded the ecoupon for $0.50 off of betty crocker fruit snacks to my card  and also used a manufactured coupon for $0.50 off. On my reciept it olny shows like my manufactured coupon is the only that doubled. Just wanted to see if that was right or not.

      • Vtkelly

I think that is right, the ecoupons don't double.

      • Ucmba97

It's true ecoupons do not double.  Also ecoupons show on your receipt beginning with the letters ZVR and then the product name.  Ecoupons are also only one tim euse, unless the ecoupons web site states otherwise.  Hope this helps.

    • susan

Went to Bi-Lo in Chattanooga today.  They took a $4 off $20 CVS coupon, a $3.00 off Nescafe Publix coupon, a $2 off tomatoes wyb $5 Earth Fare coupon, and $1 off 3 Coffemate Target coupon.  I spent $5.65 and saved $24.80 (had manufactor coupons too).  Bi-Lo is starting to win me back.  :)

      • Kat4autigers

        which bi lo was it??

      • Mjclark1977

I recently went to the super Bi Lo in Hixson and they doubled all of my coupons up to .99 cents. Wasn't sure if that is all the time or just specific to last week. I didn't notice until I got home, but I hope they do it all the time :)

        • Maltoo2

is that the one out near Publix because the one in Rivermont told me they only double up to 65 cents that was the week before the new cards, might have changed since we got new cards now….hope so

          • Maltoo2

just called BiLo they said that was a one time deal and I was wrong it is only 60 cents here which really bites!

            • Kit

I think doubling to 60 cents is pretty great, actually.  Takes care of a lot of those 55 cent coupons that Publix won't double.

        • Cashedwards

I live in Forest City NC, and the Bi-LO here doubles up to .99 everyday:)

        • Lori P. :)

I've never had that happen there lol…that's awesome!!

      • Maltoo2

        which BiLo?

    • mommyonabudget

Question: I just came from Wal-Mart and purchased the Air Wick Fresh Matic Kit for $4.98…If I used a $4.00 coupon, should the 8.5% tax be taxed on the $4.98 or the 0.98 and why? I was taxed on the $4.98 and not the 0.98.  The assistant manager at the Wal-Mart in Mt. Pleasant advised me that the tax should be on the 0.98…..But of course, when I presented her with my receipt, she recanted the statement and said she has nothing to do with how the system taxes the customer.  I have never expereinced this with groceries..For instance: When I shop at Bi-Lo, I may have $80.00 worth of coupons and savings; however I am not taxed on the items if I did not receive the discount; I am taxed  on the bottom line (subtotal)….Someone please explain if I am wrong….and if I am my apologies to Wal-mart, if not…shame on Wal-mart for the additional charge!

      • freedomspradley1

Coupons are deducted from your total as a currency (not store discount) so you typically pay tax on the total (before coupons).  I've found a couple CVS stores that only tax on the cash sale (after coupons).  Uncle Sam does not let you get away that easy!  :-)

      • Missy

It depends on the coupon.  Many coupons state that the consumer is responsible for sales tax.  In that case you would be responsible for the tax on the sales price not the after coupon amount.  The tax is calculated based on the municipality, county, or state where your purchase is made.  In the state of SC there is no state sales tax on food, so if you are using coupons on food items when you shop at Bi-lo there is no state tax on food items before or after coupons.  I'm not sure what rate Charleston County or Mt. Pleasant may impose)
        HTH

      • Lairkeeper

There's no sales tax on food items in SC so that may be why you are seeing a difference.

        • Brad Lipe

when did this start????  i've been paying tax on food for years.  whether i lived in charleston, or now in the upstate of sc.  always paid taxes on food items.

          • Ucmba97

SC passed in 2007 an “unprepared food exemption” to the state sales tax.  Some counties, which have a 1% county sales tax, also passed the same exmpetion and some did not.  This rule is sometimes hard to apply.  Basically all food purchased at a large grocery store which is intended to be taken home and consumed at home is exempt from state level sales tax. The county may or may not exmept their 1% sales tax. (Richmond & Calhoun counties do not exmept the 1% but Lexington does).
Any food prepared (assembled or heated) in the store, is meant to be eaten immediately, is subject to the full tax.
Also toiletry (non-food) items sold at any store is subject to the full tax.  So paper good, soaps, make-up, toothpaste, etc purchased at the store is taxable.
Now, think about the deli; rotisserie chicken and fried chicken are prepared, and thus fully taxbale.  Single serve 20 oz bottles of soda sold at the grocery store are probably exempt.  That same bottle sold at a conveience store is fully taxable.  Many things sold at conveinence stores are (by the nature of the business) considered offered for immediate consumption, so they are fully taxable.  Yet if the same item was purchased at a grocery store would be exempt.
No where in SC is an air wick product considered food, so it is taxable on the full amount before the coupon.  you can read more at http://www.sctax.org  I do this for a living, and it’s never a simple answer to a simple question.  Good Luck

            • Ryoku_chan413

I have been a cashier at Ingles for four years and this is how the taxes go.  Any unprepared food item is not taxed, unless you live in a county that has an extra tax, such as Cherokee or Union.  Spartanburg County does not have this tax.  Any items from the deli or from the bakery, unless they are cold, have the 8% food tax on them.  Buying prepared foods from the deli is like buying your lunch at Wendy's or Chick-Fil-A.  On items, such as deodorant, tp, batteries, shampoo, dog food, and other like items, there is a 6% tax on each item.

              Hope this helps.

          • Some counties have an extra sales tax amount above the state-wide 6%. In those counties, you probably pay the “extra” tax amount. I buy most of my groceries in Spartanburg county and pay no tax on food items. However, if I buy a food item in Laurens or Newberry county, I will pay 1%, because those counties each have an extra 1% tax. Tax in Charleston is 7 1/2 percent, which means that shoppers there pay 1 1/2 percent sales tax on food. Some SC counties have sales tax at 8%.

            • Brian Y.

york county sc has a 1% food tax

          • Ashleyscoupons73

I live in Simpsonville SC and we do not pay tax on unprepared food.

    • Blessedw4

I was told at my Bilo that they were not taking competitor's coupons.  I told the cashier that it was on the Bilo website on their coupon policy and she would not answer me.  She totally ignored me but would not take my coupons.  This was in Pickens, SC.

      • Pamela

print out the policy and bring it with you. they can not say no then

      • lj

I'm in Pickens too and I just talked with Sherlene at the cust. service desk wed. eve.  And I asked her about this and she said we definitely can use them.  I even showed her the Publix coupon with the LU# on it and she said yes.  I told her I had trouble with it last wk, they didn't want to take them.  So, I'm going to try again this morning and see what happens.

      • lj

Just got back, and they did accept my publix coupons, after I told them that I had asked Sherlene.  The store director was there bagging, and he said he's not quite sure why Bilo is doing this, because they won't get reimbursed for those.  I mentioned that Publix does this and maybe they're trying to compete with Publix.  He was very nice about it and said he's going to check on what they meant by “competitor coupons”.

    • Moogie1005

Target doesn't have the Tidy Cat coupon anymore, but they do have one for $1 off the Beneful dry dog food.

    • Bmlm1968

Hi Everyone. I hardly ever had a question since reading all your posts usually answer my questions already. But I have one that I haven't seen address yet. I received in the mail a $5 off $30 coupon from Publix. There is no barcode on this coupon. I was told last week that as long as the coupon scans that there's no problem. Has anyone else used any competitors coupons at Bi-Lo that did not have barcodes on them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

      • kp

Supposedly I don't think they take $/$ coupons anymore.  I did use a Target coupon that did not scan and the manager keyed in the amount off.  This was Mauldin area.  Not sure if that really helps you :)

        • Miss_afb

when i was in bi-lo summerville sc last night a nice lady gave me a $2 off 25 foodlion Q so i asked at the reg if i could use it the manager said sure its a compet q it paid for the ice i forgot to bring with me. the staff on bacons bridge is raelly nice and i run into a lot of friendly couponers that tips and advice.

Thanks. I'm in Charleston and shop the Bee's Ferry store. I'm really looking to answer the question of whether or not they will take a coupon that does not have a barcode on it?

            • ab

I was wondering about that, too. I have the booklet from Publix that has lots of good Q in it, but they don't have barcodes. Does anyone know if Bilo will take them?

      • Klbrown621

I was told (now this is from the Statesboro, GA Bi-lo Store manager), they would accept Publix coupons there only if they looked like Manufacturers coupons. If they had to key it in they would have to determine on a coupon by coupon basis. Publix is not listed as a competitors store in Statesboro, but there is a Publix closer to the Statesboro bi-lo then there is a Target. They were getting lots of questions about why they would automatically take Target and not Publix. They will not accept a $ off of $$ coupon, no matter where it comes from. Hope that may help!

      • Bmlm1968

I went this weekend and tested several things. My BiLo (Charleston, SC, Bees Ferry): 1. My ecoupons worked. 2. They excepted by competitors coupons (I didn't use any that did not have barcodes). The manager wasn't sure about the publix coupons that didn't have barcodes so she's calling corporate today and then calling me back. 3. They excepted by $10 coupon from CVS and she said she would have also excepted my $5 off $30 from Publix but I had already used it at Harris Teeter. She called corp and they told her is was the managers decision as to which coupons they take. I love my Bi-Lo!!!!!

There are Carolina Pride lunchmeat and hot dog coupons on Smartsource this morning. Use zip 30187 if needed.

Look for bacon and smoked sausage ones too.  Hope we get a BOGO bacon sale soon!

I just got back from Bilo in Greenwood SC and I dont think the E coupons worked. Can anyone say that it has worked for them and say how it should show up on the receipt?

      • Thetiller3

I used the ecoupons yesterday. My ecoupons worked. They have the intials zvr in front of them. I hope you can get it to work.

        • Miss_afb

mine worked zvr in front also had a section at the bottom that had total amount saved I noticed cause i forgot about the huney nut cheerios ecoupon and did not take it into account when i used a rain check from the other week

        • Brad Lipe

my e-coupons worked at the york, sc store last night.

      • Manda5599

I went to bilo in Honea Path and they didn't work either..didn't notice till i got home

      • Ucmba97

Mine also did not work.  I called the bonus card update number on the bi-lo website, and they had to do something to my card account.  They also told me to take the recipt and write down the entire bor code form the rpoducts I purchased that corresponded to the ecoupons and go back to customer service at the store.  She said there was a form customer serivce would fill out wiht the bar codes, and they would refund the coupon amounts to me.  Then CS would submit the form and the coupons would be inactiviated on my account (since they are good for one use only).  Good Luck!

    • Allie in SC

.75 cents off any Nature's Own product on coupons.com! Used zip code 92111 :)

      • Tduncan6

Super Dollar store in Inman, SC has the nature bread all the time for a $1.00.
Vendors pull off store's shelves and sell in the Super Dollar. 864 472 2980
They honor coupons, so bread will be a quarter !
It is fine. I use & it freezes well. They also have Bunny brand, hotdog, hamburger buns, white and wheat.
The truck comes in on Tues. and Th.

      • Brian Y.

        Allie, Good Looking out!

    • Thetiller3

FYI. Bi-LO has Bic Soliel razors for $3.99. Use 3.00 coupon in recent smartsource making it 99 cents. Pretty Good buy!

    • Allison in SC

Will Bi-Lo take a $5 dollar off $25 dollar CVS coupon? The CVS is right beside them so i would think it would take a competitors?

      • Dawn

no they dont take $ off $ coupons from others …only for items

        • Brian Y.

They took my $10 off $50 from HT in Rock Hill Sc

      • Diane S.

They just took my $5/$25 CVS coupon in Lake Wylie, SC.

    • Momsdumplin

I printed off Chore Boy coupons a few weeks ago on the Coupons.com site and used them this week. Bi-Lo actually doubled the .55 coupon even though that made them free and then some. I got 4 boxes for a final price of .16 profit on each one. Worked out well since the cashier didn't scan one of my cheese doodle coupons.

    • Rhonda

Can't find e-coupons that show up in the Weekly Ad under the e-coupons to download.  For example, the Tropicana OJ.  Any suggestions?

      • Sharon

        I can't find them either. :-(
I just emailed online support about it. Hopefully they will honor what they advertised.

      • paula

        the e-coupons are available now

    • Becky Dukes

Does anyone know which stores the Bi-Lo stores in Orangeburg, SC will consider as competitors since neither Publix or Target have stores nearby.

    • Tduncan6

Bi Lo in Boiling Springs SC only takes competitor coupons that has an address on it to send in & retrieve their money. This will mostly be the catalinas. Those are coupons that print out from another machine beside the register.
They do not accept the $/$$ from anybody.

      • Brian Y.

Rock Hill SC took my HT $10/$50 coupons…

      • Pamela

yes they do. I shop at that bi lo all the time and they have taken every competitors coupons that i have given them since they started excepting competitors coupons. like eight different competitors. they are very sweet and i have no problems with them.

    • Brian Y.

So has anyone had an issue with Bi-Lo doubling printed internet coupons this week?  My 'secondary' Bi-Lo said that their coupon policy states that they will not double them… I just checked it, and NO WHERE does it state the internet coupons will not be doubled… it says electronic, but not printed…  I call BS!

      • lorib0704

I posted about this same thing below. What Bi-Lo told you that? I shop at the one on Hwy. 253 off White Horse Rd. in Greenville, SC.

        • Brian Y.

it was the Heckle Blvd Bi-lo in rock hill sc… I am going to my primary Bi-Lo here now.. Cherry Rd… gonna run a test coupon, and arm myself with a print out of the coupon policy…

    • Diane S.

Just got back from my Bi-Lo in Lake Wylie, SC.  I checked before shopping and they take all competitor coupons. Walgreens (from the book), CVS ($5/$25) ,etc.  I didn't have a big shopping trip, but used a $ Walgreens (store) coupon and a $5 mfg coupon to buy Enfamil that was already on sale for 22.99.  Also used a $3/2 Carefree Walgreens coupon to buy 2 – $1.50 pantyliners (FREE). They also took my $5/$25 coupon from CVS.  Hurrah for Bi-Lo's.  I also made a point of telling the customer service rep that I regularly shop at Target/Walgreen because of the coupons but now that I can use them at Bi-Lo's, I would be shopping there as much as possible.

I do not know of any Bilo that takes other store coupons, I know the ones in Spartanburg do not.

      • Pamela

the one in boiling springs. sc does. I have used competitors coupons there since they started excepting them. they are awesome. i haven't had a problem at all there. they are very sweet.

      • Lanierlori, Bi-Lo's coupon policy, as a company, recently changed.  My Bi-Lo did not take competitors coups at one point but do now….find and print their policy, take it with you to the store…….

I went to Bi-Lo this afternoon. I had loaded all the eCoupons on my Bonus card and got a printout so I know they were there. When I checked out, I had a manufacturer's coupon for .60/2 Gushers and also had a .50/2 Gushers ecoupon. The paper one doubled but the eCoupon did not show up. My eCoupon for paper towels did show up. Has anyone else used paper and eCoupon for same item and had it work? I was in a hurry so I didn't question it at the time but I will go back to Customer Service and ask next time I am there.

      • Pamela

yes i did the other day and it worked for me. I did it with two different items. the ecoupons does not double but i was able to use both the ecoupon and manufacturer coupon for the same item. i checked my receipt and they were both on there. hope this helps

    • Cezen

This isn't a sale item but I have a deal Idea.  Tampax Pearls have BOGO from the Manufacturer that expires 8/31/11.  Stack it with a Competitor Store Coupon from Family Dollar for 1.00 Off that expires 8/27/11.  I don't know what the final price is, you have to call your Bi-Lo to find out.

    • Cezen

Non sale coupon idea. BUY ONE GILLETTE FUSION ProGlide CARTRIDGE, GET A FREE GILLETTE FUSION PROGLIDE SHAVE PREPEX 8/31/11  Stack with 2.00 off Gillette Venus or fusion cartidges 4 ct from Family Dollar and maybe it's a good deal?

does anyone know of any bi-lo around greenville sc doubles to 99 cents.
      thanks

      • amberleigh

I live in Greenville and all of them I have ever been to only double up to 60 cents, they print it on the weekly circular down at the bottom under their statement saying they double coupons.

      • I believe that they only double to 99¢ in the Charlotte/Rock Hill area.

    • Lisab408

Went to Bilo in Boiling Springs today and they told me they would not
accept the Target Web Coupons ( the ones Jenny has a link to on the
list), because they can not send them to get reimbursed.  Is this true,
or do they still need to be educated?

    • Julierichbourg

Are CVS ECB's usable as coupons at Bi-lo? I have used the CVS email coupon for $5 off a $25 purchase at Bi-lo with no problem.
