so disappointed! They went backwards not forward! They needed to have a good week again!

    • susan

bertolli dinners print says no longer available sad =(

    • ugh back to another bad week at bi-lo. corporate should look at comments like these and undo this whole price lock thing. it's really disappointing! Thank you for doing all the coupon matchups though!

    • momto2boys

Not liking this sale this week either, hating this whole price lock thing. Maybe we should start an email campaign :)

      • christen

I actually did send them an email from their website tonight. Maybe if enough of us do that, they will decide this isn't such a great idea.

      • amyc1234

My email has been sent. Very disappointed in Bi-Lo.

        • momto2boys

I sent an email as well and got a response…..

“Thank you so much for contacting us. We sincerely appreciate your
feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisifed with
the Price Lock program. I have shared your feedback with our Pricing team
so that they are aware of your report. Again, we apologize that you are
not completely happy with the program, but thank you so much for shopping
with us. We truly appreciate it!”

I don't know if it means anything, but at least someone actually read it!

          • Trish

The Price Lock actually just replaced the monthly deals that they used to do. The thought process was that they would only have to change out prices every two months instead of once PLUS they would not be printing a whole separate flyer each month. I'm ok with that but I think the comments should be to stop including the Price Lock stuff in every weekly flyer…maybe just add them once a month and keep the B1G1 and other sales coming.

            • tzchaika

But, if we know there are things that are going to be on sale for 8 weeks, it gives us the chance to trade coupons with friends and family to take advantage of the sales. I jsut wish they had more of the name brand products on price lock instead of the generic ones… or that Bi-Lo had more coupns for those items.

    • heurhe

      i had a trip to bi-lo today…the worst costumer service ever :(

      • Erie

You weren't the only one! It took me and my sister (total of about 10 items) over 15 minutes to check out…the people in line behind us were furious, the computer was locked down, “BiLo had to cut some employees” so they “couldn't” open a new register. AND, while all of that was going on, the store manager was 2 registers away breaking down boxes-acting oblivious. The cust serv woman (another blue shirt) finally came over, after she finished wiht her customers, and saved the day.
Thanks for letting me get that out. Next time just has to be better, right?

    • DuncanMomof2

The only thing on my bi lo list this week is Suave deo & the V8 splash. What a shame!

    • DonnaTN

Yeah def. not thrilled about this week but def need a break!

    • RebeccaFer

Yeah, I'm not liking the deals this week much either. :( I did want to add that there was a coupon for McKenzie Chub Corn in the store last time I went. It was for $.75 and my store doubles that so it would be $.31 for the Charlotte stores. It was in a dispenser but not the blinking light ones but the kind that come out straight and you just slide out what you'd like. HTH! :D

    • Jenn

Thank you Jenny! I am so glad for a break from Bi-lo. Had a great trip today though!!!!

    • Paige

This past week made up for the terrible last few weeks and it looks like this next week too. So thankful for all the work you do Jenny and making couponing so much easier. Thank you!

    • DonnaTN

Theres a peelie for free bananas wyb 2 wafers

      • chele17

My peelie is for free banana's up to .55cents wyb 1 box.

    • Suemh

There is a coupon for $1 off 4 VC Pork & Beans in the Conagra Booklet. Makes them 25¢ each.

    • homeisthebeachnow

I got a coupon thingy yesterday at check out saying if I buy 3 suave products between 3/17-3/24 I'll get $3.00 off next shopping trip. I plan on buying the bogo suave deo w/ coupons and scoring the $3.00 off!

      • Rose

hey i bought 4 suave deod.. and used two 3$ off coupons, which had an overage, at the end i didnt get a catalina, mentioned to the cashier, she just shrugged her shoulders said she didnt know anything about it, so i let it go since there was almost a 2$ overage. oh well

    • nolandi

looks like I will be giving Bi-lo a pass this week!!!!

    • mingle411

Has anyone else heard that Bi-lo will no longer be taking printed out coupons? I was at the Boiling Springs SC bi-lo and the clerk said that he would take my computer generated coupons this time but they that would no longer honor them. If they stop taking them, I will def. have to find another place to shop. Hate giving up the fuelperks though.

      • ToriPinSC

Have not had that problem (yet) – but in Orangeburg, Bi-Lo will now only double 10 coupons per transaction, even if they are all for a different item. I don't mind doing multiple transactions in CVS [check-out, go to back of line, check-out, etc] but it is just too irritating at the grocery store.

      • donna

i talk to the manager at that store and he said only two a purchase, hope this helps

      • Suemh

When I went to BiLo on Monday, I used 12 printed coupons, 6 of which were for the same thing. They all doubled and none of them beeped. They did have to manually enter some of my insert coupons (?). I used a total of 31 coupons, including 2 from the Bi-Lo website. I really do not see how they can stop honoring them when theyhave a “coupon library” link on their website which features SmartSource printable coupons.

      • toya

fairview rd bilo the clerk said i couldnt stack coupons had store coupon for 1.00 off almond milk plus manufacturer coupon for .55c off would not take both very disappointed

        • ItsACouponThing

What? Unbelievable! I probably would have said, “Really? Are you sure? They always have in the past! Is this a new policy?” I would have refused the milk, and after I was done I would have asked a Head Cashier about that.

    • KAWilson

I emailed Bertollini and told them take my info off their site since they didn't let me get a coupon. Everyone should do that – I am tired of having to register just to get a screen that says no coupons are available.

    • chrystal

I just bought the suave 24 hour deoderant and used the coupons from the deoderant special from cvs. I got a cool overage. Suave at bilo is b1g1 at $2.20. The coupon was to save $3.00 on 2 suave 24 hour deoderants.

      • Lisa

I did too! I was so excited to get free deodorant plus overage. I wasn't able to take advantage of the CVS deal last week, but this one was even better.

        • Rose

hey ya'll i also bought 4 deod.. and an overage, but didnt receive any catalina did ya'll?? maybe the catalina wasnt for the deoderant..

    • caroline803

Tried to print the Bertolli coupon – not available

      • japan92254

        Happened to me as well

    • deniseCLT

there are tags on the domino sugar products in the store that say, $1 off your order automatically if you purchase 3 domino products.

      • DonnaTN

I just did this deal a couple days ago and did (3) .40 coupons on top of that and got 3 2lb bags of brown sugar for 3.77

      • ItsACouponThing

Thanks so much about this. I need to buy more sugar. I prefer to make our own drinks as opposed to spending $1/drink and more!

    • DonnaTN

Bilo has this promo going on if you buy 3 suave products you get a coupon at register for any free suave product.

      • Rose

hmm gonna try that, i printed 2 of the 3dollar on 2 coupons last week, thinking i was gonna use em at cvs, but didnt. thanks for the post

    • Rose

ok hoping its a good deal, or should i save the coupon for later???
RoldGold pretzels are 2for5 we have .55c Q which will double to 1.10, will make the pretz.. 1.40, which will be the cheapest i have paid for so far, sooo its not posted sooo just wondering, the Q expires 4-10 this is at Bi-Lo

    • elisa

Heads up on the Jonathan apples: there are instant coupons on some of the bags for $2 off, making them $0.50 for a 3lb bag of apples! Just look for the green sticker.
I also got a $3 off my next purchase for buying 3 suave products. Definitely not a great week at Bi-Lo overall, but the apples and the suave deal made it worth the trip for me!

    • Ashcat

On Bilo's BOGO for Suave Deodorant, 2.6-2.7 oz, $2.45 ($1.22)
I used (2) $1.25/1 Suave deodorant (Don't Fret the Sweat)
      =Free

They wouldn't take our $3/2 Suave coupons though.
Used (4) -.50/1 Suave deodorant SS 3/14 (makes it 22¢)

Came out with 6 Suave deodorants for $1.01 after tax.

    • knittershannon

Suave Deodorant was the best deal. I got 9 Suave Deodorant for only .84! I used 3 @ .50 off (which doubled to 1.00) and the rest where online coupons that they just adjusted down. yay!!!!

    • Dawn M

I bought 3 Suave shampoos at Bi-Lo today and didn't get a coupon for a free one. Should I go back to the store and ask? Any suggestions? Is there a way to find out which catalina promos are going on?

      • ErinLisa

Yes, I also bought the reqired Sauve items and the Catalina didn't print. I went to customer service and was told they have been having that problem all day and she gave me a $2.00 rain check for any Suave product She was very nice about it!

    • CT

I didn't find the tear pads for nilla wafers or green giant vegetables in Bi-Lo today. I'm going to another Bi-Lo to see if they have any tear pads on these items. So frustrating that the vendors don't do their jobs fully!

      • momto2boys

The tearpads that she refers to aren't always in the store that has the item on sale. They can be found at other places and most of the time the are on a card board display somewhere. I don't have much luck finding tearpads either :(

    • Jen Barnes

In SE Columbia, they had Tom's potato chips on sale for $1.79 with a .55 coupon attached to each bag. Great deal when the coupon doubles!

    • Trish

I mentioned this in response to someone's comments really early this morning but wanted to make sure everyone sees it. I know there is lots of disappointment around the Price Lock campaign (I don't much like it either) but in reality the Price Lock replaced the monthly deals that would come out in a separate flyer. Remember that thick sales flyer that almost no one looked at….The thought process was that they would only have to change prices every two months instead of once a month PLUS they would not be printing a whole separate flyer each month (which no one looked at anyway). I'm ok with that but I think the comments should be to stop including the Price Lock stuff in EVERY weekly flyer…maybe just include them once a month as a reminder and keep the B1G1 and other sales coming in the other three weeks.

      • momto2boys

The thing about it is that the number of BOGO's has decreased and they are using this price-lock thing to make up most of their sale.

    • ItsACouponThing

Is anyone else having a problem finding coupons you can double? It's getting harder to find. Most of mine say “cannot double.” I hate that…

some of the Nilla Wafer boxes that are BOGOF have a coupon for free bananas up to .55, I bought 2 bananas that came up to .49 and the coupon scanned for .55 and took another .27 off as an additional coupon

I shop @ a Bi Lo here in Charleston-anyone else get crappy looks from some of the employees on how many coupons are used? I really upset the applecart today with by $1.25 Suave Deo coupon that happened to be on sale BOGO. And then the other Suave Deo coupon for $3 off of 2. I guess they don't like me not spending an arm & a leg in there anymore :(

    • There is a tearpad coupon good until 4/5 for .75/2 on the McKenzies packages.
