    • Jenni P

Hmmm. Between the carrots and onions sale in the last ad, and the potatoes in this one… I'm thinking pot roast time!

    • How do I get the Stouffer's coupon from Facebook? I keep looking, but I don't see it :(

      • Facendagirl

I am trying to get it as well and I do not see it either…

    • jb30520

I couldn't get the facebook coupon either also I tried to print the Lean cusine coupon and it didn't show, does someon have a zip code to where they got it?
      thanks!

    • Aimeemohler

No Kellogg's Fuel Perks deal at my store:(

    • Michelle

I can't find the coupon for Stouffers on Facebook…Anybody have any suggestions?

    • Tashia3378

I have a coupon for Hormel Natural Choice deli sandwich meat or chicken strips .50 cents off. Is this included in the Hormel Deli meat that is on sale for $1.24? If it is it will make it .24 cents.

      • Paige

At my store the Hormel meat that is B1G1 is in the deli section. It is just pepperoni and salami in those super sealed flat packs. It was not actually in the refrigerated deli meat section.

      • Morgan

No, the Natural Choice are on price lock at $2.50.

    • SKMsMom

With the Fuel Perks Bonus Promotion, can I buy 6 participating items and get 40 cents off per gallon of gas, or is the deal limited to one only?

      • Angie

One promotion per transaction. They will let you do multiple transactions.

    • Chrissydowning

anyone that shops at the goose creek bilo on st james…..the store manager says he will take competetor coupons!!!

      • KAW

When did this change—-I only buy the meal deal there because they are so hard to deal with…..this would be great.

      • KW

I just called the store and talked to the manager and he said they will take them—only Goose Creek location — but you cannot stack with manufacturer coupon. This is progress though…… :-)

    • Couponlori

For the 10 for $10 promos, can you mix and match different products? And when the add says B1G1 how do you know what the price is for the one without going to the store?

      • Paige

You can mix and match the products, and, Usually the price for the item is in the ad. It will say, save 4.58 when you buy 2 (or something like that). Then you can divide the price in half and that is the price. Usually the only thing that doesn't have a price marked for the B1G1 is the shrimp.

    • meme

Are there any suggestions for good coffee prices this week? I would rather buy small packages and use several coupons than to buy a big container. We are partial to Maxwell House also. Thanks for any suggestions.

      • Susanne

If you have a Harris Teeter in your area, they are running a good deal on Maxwell House this week. You can buy 5 of the 10.5 – 11.5 oz for $8 and use $1/2 coupons. HOpe this helps.

      • esturm1

Walgreens had Folgers on sale 2/$5, and there was a printable $1 on coupons dot com that I used. Not sure if it's still available.

    • Ktraif

still learning… are there any “nut” items this week? (stock ups?) thanks for the advice on these!!

      • Paige

There is one for the Gain dish detergent (it is in small font for some reason)

    • Klynn

on the tide and charmin ($4 in Savings) is that $4 off at reg. or $4 off next visit?

      • Paige

I think it means that if you then use those fuel perks (20 cents) and buy gasoline and get 20 gallons, you will save $4 off of your gas.

    • Nolachan

Where on Stouffer's facebook page is the $2.00 off coupon? Can't find it.

      • Sorry about that but it looks like it has been pulled. Have a great day though and thanks for supporting Southern Savers!

    • guest

Is this the closest grocery store to Kiawah Island, SC? We are renting a house there this summer, and I'm trying to figure out where things are now to avoid driving in circles!! Please help, thanks!!!

      • guest

We own a house there and the piggy wiggy is the closest store.

      • Beth

There is a market area called Freshfield's (its towards the back of the shopping area) which is pretty much the last stop before you get to the resort. Not the most economical place to shop for grocery though. Piggly Wiggly is the next closest store, at the corner of Maybank Hwy (700) and Main Road. There is also a Foodlion on the corner of Maybank Hwy and River Road. I would however head straight for Publix, which is on the corner of Main Road and Savanah Highway (17) Its approximatly 18? miles from the Kiawah resort, but imho well worth your time because of the savings and the exceptional service.

        • guest

Thank you! Glad to hear Publix is near by!!!

      • Acook

Freshfields is actually a Piggly Wiggly. They have all the same deals and you can use your pig card for savings there. When we go down – we usually take most of our basic things with us and buy fresh meat, fruits and veggies while there. There is also an awesome open air market called Rosebank Farms right before you get to the roundabout. Enjoy! We've been going to Kiawah long before it was ever a resort!

        • Marianjim

Rosebank Farms, the open air market Acook is referring to, is no longer there. They lost their lease and tore down the farmstand in early January. But you can still hit Newton Farms (aka Piggly Wiggly), but they are pretty pricy. If you stop by the Piggly Wiggly right at the intersection of Maybank/Main/Bohicket on your way out to Kiawah, you will save some $$, and it's the exact same stuff.

Is there a list of the pricelocked items for Bi-lo…I know at my local store they are locked until 3/29..but a list would be more convient then having to search the store..Thanks!

      • Morgan

I have been looking for a price lock list for months. I have scoured the Bi-Lo website and even asked my favorite manager… no luck. I will keep looking at let you know if I find one!

        • Tinar

Thank You!. They seem to be all over the store…but I just wish I had a list to go off of.

        • I have found books @ the Bi-Lo store, next to the stack of circulars, listing the items on price lock. HTH Thinking…obviously…U don't have those at your store….sorry

      • According to a post by a Bi-Lo employee a few months ago, Price lock items change in a rotation. For example, right now they may have 40 items on price-lock for 6 weeks. In 2 weeks, 10 of those things may go off price-lock and 10 different ones added. Everything stays on for the same length of time, it's just that they may have several different rotation dates. I hope this makes sense. Right now I'm thing of the song we sang in rotation as a child. Row, row, row your boat…

Maybe that is why we have no master list.

I am wondering if I am saving any money by printing coupons. I seem to use ink cartridges very fast. Any ideas on saving in this area? I have a Lexmark 7600.

      • Christy

I'm no expert, but that's why I chose to go with a Brother HL2140 laser printer–black ink only. I'm not sure how many coupons you print, but I print roughly 10-20 a week. I've been using the same toner for over a year and gone through 1 & 1/3 packs of paper. (Granted, my toner will cost a lot more to replace once I run out!) I always try hard to print coupons on both sides of my paper as well. (Have you tried that?) Also, do you know how to program your printer to print in “grayscale” only so you don't have to use your colored ink on your coupons? I hope some others will give you better suggestions than mine, but maybe this will be a start.

        • Grwrn

I just repleced my toner cartridge on my Brother HL2140 and only paid $30 for it on Amazon.

      • SusanBusby219

Thanks Christy for replying. It sounds like good suggestions to me. I haven't tried “grayscale” but maybe I can find out how.

        • Christy

You will need to locate the control panel on your computer, choose “printers,” right click on your printer, select “printing preferences,” and from there you should be able to locate something about color preferences. You can select grayscale at that point. You might have to reset it from time to time depending on how many people use your printer and want to set it back to color. Hope that helps!

      • couponingtolive

i often wonder the same thing, but i saved more than what my cartridge costs in a month… i live in SC and i use a local refurbishing ink coupon that refills for 70% off so you may look for somewhere like that. Also lazer printers are better use of ink!!! (coming from a comercial printers opinion- they man that supplied the office i used to work for) Black only is defiantly the way to go also and try a little lighter or fast setting(also called draft on some computers). i spend about 17 a month on a refurbished ink cartridge and feed a family of 8 on a $400 budget. i dont buy papers because i was getting more non food than food coupons and save close to 1000 a month on printable coupons(with a free tear pads blinkies and coupon booklets). about 250 pages a month. Hope this helps you!!!

      • Hillboys3

I invested in one of the new Kodak printers. It only cost $10 for the black ink cartridge & $20 for the color cartridge. Totally worth it, plus it lasts a while 2!

      • Idewhearts

I also have a Lexmark. I started refilling my cartridges myself. Lexmark claims that using refilled cartridges or generic cartridges can hurt your printer. I have been doing this for years and have not experienced any printer problems. Although, I do get a message asking me if I am using an original cartridge(I click “yes”) or I get told my ink is low & I have to replace the cartridge soon(I just hit continue). I highly suggest going to EBay, and looking for sellers who sell ink or ink refilling kits. Make sure they include the directions for refilling your own specific type of cartridges. I was scared at 1st., sounded too difficult… Then after I finally did 1, I thought…what was I so afraid of?…messing up a cartidge that I couldn't use anymore anyways! There r many things in life that seem too difficult to tackle…THIS IS NOT 1 OF THOSE! …was/IS SUPER EZ! They also offer generic cartridges filled w/ink or new, empty, generic, cartridges, electric drills to make the holes in the cartridge(U can also make the holes just using a screw w/a “c” shaped head for gripping…usually it is sent along with the directions). The only worry…is to not overfill. Wags quite frequently, has coupons in their circulars for cheap/or 1/2 price cartridge filling. When I have a problem filling a cartridge at home, sometimes I will take it to Wags. They check the cartridge, on a puter, to see if they can fill it or if the cartridge is bad. Sometimes I have to get a new cartridge because those little metallic strips wear out, or ink dries out or clogs…basic wear & tear. Good Luck! U can do this!

New to the site. What does .55/1 Pepperidge Farm 3-layer cake, SS 2/27 mean and where is the coupon

      • Yanteks

It means in the smart source coupon insert that came out February 27 – there is a .55 off coupon!

    • Parkerparks30

No luck getting Airheads for free. Mgr said it says do not double. Which it does. However I got some for free last week there with no problems. The coupon actually doubles just fine.

      • Meholbrooks

I used my coupon and it doubled and worked fine. I'm in Anderson

    • Nonki Na

FYI If your doing the Pop-Tarts deal (buy 4 Kellogg s items get 2.00 off at register) watch for the boxes with the coupons on the back. 1 is for fresh fruit! and don't expire for a year totally worth it. I even had a coupon for 1 free box so it was a sweeter deal for me.

    • Christy

Our BiLo only doubles coupons to 60 cents….we are in Newberry, not sure why the policy is different here…anyone know?

      • jb30520

mine only doubles to 60 cents too :( I am in Royston

        • marlene

Charlotte NC area stores double to 99cents

      • Champ61

Ours in Spartanburg does the same; only up to $.60 Some store here does triple once in while…Bi Lo? Or Ingle's? Can't recall which.

    • nail gal

i don't understand how the cereal comes to 1.49. does someone understand something i don't? can you use more than one coupon when it says$1/2 or 1/3

      • Paige

No, you are right for the B1G1 cereal it would be 1.99. Maybe she quickly looked at the first thing, $1 off fresh fruit WYB 2 cereals and used that.

    • Mhaubrey

Does anybody know if the Dannon yogurt includes the “dannimals” smoothies? we go through those like water…

    • Brendabonners14

where do you get the books they talk about with the coupons.procter and gamble

      • Tania

You can send away for it at the end of the year when you buy $25 in participating items. Look for it around October/ November time frame for the following year.

      • Leigh

You can also get a P&G coupon book with Pampers points. Even if you don't have a child there are always lots of free codes posted :)

    • deanna

I found SunKist 2 liter drinks on sale for $1.00 each. Many of them had .55 cent hang tags which doubled to make free drinks.

    • guest

do you have to spend 10 dollars for the coupons to doble like ingles?

      • momof4boys

        No.

    • jb30520

this is probably a stupid question, can i still use the peppredige farm coupon even though I am supposedly getting it for free w/ the meal deal?

      • Guest

The only stupid question is the one not asked. To answer your question, yes you can Unfortunately, I didn’t have in my local paper the pepperidge farm coupon; maybe they’ll have one on a product. II went to http://www.stouffers.com ; logged in and everything. Couldn’t find the $1 off coupon anywhere. Happy shopping.

      • Not a stupid question, BTW. :)

      • Yes. They ring everything up like normal, and then take the discount off (like they do with any BonusCard prices.) The coupons apply at the end and take further savings off. I use coupons all the time with the meal deals, especially when they include minute rice or salad dressing. Good luck!

        • jb30520

          THANKS!!

      • Ineed2sav

yes, if you have the clerk ring up all your items, then use your coupons then give them your frequent shopper card, then you can use the coupon. if you give your frequent shopper card first, then it won't ring the coupon.

        • Saviorbucks

Our Bi-lo stores computers have a bit of trouble with giving your bonus card after coupons, the coupons won't double. Not all stores may be that way, but just watch the screen to make sure they double for you.

      • Tiffybaby_77

My store is very difficult when it comes to couponing. they refuse coupons for the free items w/ a meal deal. most of the employees & one manager are very rude when we use coupons anyway. maybe i should go to the self check out lane & try it. lol!

    • Mrscouponsaver

What is the Pit Stop savings book? Where do I get one?

    • Kathy

I am unable to make a printable shopping list (with the boxes to check off the items that I want). I was able to do this until a few days ago. Do I need to change a setting on my computer or on this page? Thanks for any help you can offer.

    • Clipcouponmissy

Can someone explain the fuel perks?

      • laura

I am new to this, but I think you get 10 cent off per gallon on gas at certain gas stations for every $ 50 you spend (sometimes there is a 20 cent a gallon special). This is for up to 20 gallons. The 10 cents add up as you buy more. They expire, but I am not sure when. It is a long time I believe. I hope this is right & it helps some.

      • You get 5¢ in fuel perks for every $50 that you spend plus special promos. They can accumulate, buy expire after 3 months. For instance, if I earn 20¢ in fuel perks in March, those 20¢ will expire at the end of June. There are certain stations in each town (where there is a Bi-Lo), that honor them.

        • Idewhearts

I just saved $1.00 per gallon. I also used a BP rewards card to save $10.00 more. Our BP station is our BI-LO gas station. The BP has a rewards program. When u fill-up (20 gals), they give u a card with a code. U go to their web site, and add the codes. When U have 5 codes, they send U a $10.00 rewards card. So, I fill-up using my BI-LO card for $/20 gals, Get my reward code, and after I do that 5 times, I get the extra $10.00 off! Also, if U pay with cash, they give U an additional $.05/gallon off!

          • Wow, that sounds like a great program. But my car only holds 16 gallons. LOL!

    • guest

Just to let everyone know…I noticed when I walked into my bilo, they had the 12 oz cheese nips 10 for 10. There are coupons in the kraft coupon book for .75 off of 1 box any Nabisco crackers. THEY ARE .25 A BOX!!! My girls loooove cheese crackers.

    • jb30520

So just got back from my Bi-lo, bought the SeaPak popcorn fish for $1.99! I had rec'd a $2.00 off coupon a few weeks ago at the register. Also I purhcased 1 pack of the Hormel deli meat for $1.24 used the 50 cent coupon and actually got it for 24 cents. Maybe I am learing.

    • jb30520

does anyone have a zip code that will bring up the coupon for the lean cuisine?

      • Idewhearts

Try 90210…usually gets us more Q's on average….GL

    • Bmlm1968

I had a great trip to Bi-Lo today. Thank you all so much for posting comments on here and to Jenny for taking the time to do this. I buy groceries for 2 households and once a month for an A&D recovery center. I don't usually post any comments or my totals but just wanted to share today's haul. My sub-total before savings $361.92 minus coupons/sales of $194.75 oop = $171.61. Most of this was meat, frozen seafood and diapers. Thanks again for the help. :)

    • Ceden

The fuelperks from my Statesboro Bi-Lo are an added bonus to shopping there, but the Shell station accepting fuelperks cards is pulling out of the program as of Tuesday (3/15). Am very sad!!!

      • Ceden

Should have mentioned it was the Shell station in Statesboro (the only station in town that accepts fuelperks card) that is pulling out of the program. Sure hope they find another to replace it, but as of right now, there are no takers. :(

    • Cdrop0011

Went to Bi-Lo on Lee Hwy in Chattanooga and they had Gain Fabric Softner for $2.99. With the $3/1 coupon it will be free!! I stocked up..

    • Charlestonchic

I went to Bi-lo and got two bags of Lay's for $1.78. The Sunday paper I got had .55 cents off a bag of lays ( I got two papers) and of course Bi-lo doubles coupons up to .60 cents so I got 1 bag half off (1.99) then $1.10 off that so .89 a bag. Just thought I would share this great deal.

    • The Kellogg’s Cereals $2.50, How does it make it $1.50… Isn't it $2.16 per box…

    • Sharon

I see Publix will have their Lays chips BOGO but if you grab that deal at Bi Lo now, Bi Lo will double that 55 cent coupon where Publix will not!

      • bev 37

i just give them 2 coupons

    • Brandyreyesrn

I have been saving coupons for a month or so and had planned this week to be my first trip out. When I went to get my coupons, several were not in the inserts where they were supposed to be. Are the inserts different or am I doing something wrong? I am very frustrated!

      • Brandy- I'm answering your question 6 days late but just wanted to let you know that coupons vary per region. :( It happens to all of us unfortunately. Search for 'coupon variations' or click on the link somewhere on the site. From there, there is a link to the paper you bought them from. For me it's The Greenville News. Then is shows in red which ones I didn't get, in blue which one I got but is a different price or item and black is what I did get perfect. Hope you read this and hope it helps.
