looks like all my money is going to bi-lo this week! thanks, jenny

    • Sondy

There was also a 1/1 q in the may issue of All You for the Cottonelle. That will make 12 double rolls 3.88 ea. Stock Up!

    • Those of us who do not have a Publix in our town .Can’t get the coupons
from there. Wish you would not use them in your ads. thanks

    • Tara

      Linda,

I am sorry that you don’t have a Publix in your area, but for those of us that do,we appreciate Jenny letting us know about them. Jenny, you do a great job!

    • how do you get the Conagra home mailer

    • Jenny (also)

      Linda,

Jenny just added a coupon trade portion to her site. Get some of your good coupons together that you don’t need, and you might be able to swap someone for the Publix coupons that you need. They are manufacturers coupons, so you can still use them at your Bi-lo even if you don’t have a publix nearby.

    • Angela W

Looks like Bi-lo will get my business again this week too! Nice list!

    • Melissa

I have a B1G1 coupon for the Zone Perfect bars. Can I use these since they are B1G1 this week at Bi-lo, and they’ll both be free?

    • Wendy

I love me some Bi-Lo! Thanks Jenny for your site and all you do. I like to see all of the coupons we could possibly use. I personally don’t have a Publix in my area, but have found a good friend that does and she send me a booklet through mail if she can get one. Linda I would try that route. Hope it helps.

This type of comment is not appreciated by anyone here. ALL the coupons you can choose from are listed. If you can’t get a Publix one, feel free to choose a different one. Just because YOU can’t use it, doesn’t mean the thousands of other people that read this post can’t.

      Well said, Amy!

      Linda,
In addition to the other suggestions from loyal Southern Savers Fans, I suggest you check out Ebay. You may have to pay a little for the coupons you need, but you will still probably end up saving in the end. Just a thought…

Another thought…why not call Publix Corporate and ASK for one in your area? If enough people from a certain area request a store, the company is SURE to build one!

Instead of complaining to a wonderful woman who works tirelessly to help others save, why not devote that time and energy into getting a Publix built in your area? Get the other couponers in your community to rally with you and make some calls!

Turn that negative energy into something positive, Linda…I think you’ll find that you’ll feel much better about yourself in the end.

Until then, however, please refrain from making negative comments. As Amy B. said, they really aren’t appreciated by anyone here. Jenny works INCREDIBLY hard to provide us all with this unbelievably helpful website…being negative is really “biting the hand that feeds you.” And hey, if you’re not getting any savings, no one said you HAD to follow the site. Just keep that in mind…

    • Heather

Is this a good deal on Cottonelle? I haven’t bought a lot of tp with my coupons yet, so I wanted to check with you more experienced couponers first! Thanks everyone!

    • Mal

I would also like to know about the Cottonelle deal? Is it a best deal?
      Thanks for your help.

    • Heather M.

Just came from my BiLo… Mentos gum on sale for $.99. The $.55 coupon does double on the computer and adjusts as well to make it….FREE!

    • Lana

I am long time couponer and I have a target price of 3.99 or less for 12 dbl rolls of TP. This is a good deal as a cheaper price than this is rare, (at least in my area).

    • Kristin

Can I use the Betty Crocker printable coupon for the fruit snacks that are on sale even though the coupon is for the fruit by the foot, etc. and not for the fruit snacks?
And I also wanted to thank you, Jenny, so much for this site! I love it!

    • Jenny (also)

I agree…my target price for “good” tp is 3.99 for 12 dbl rolls. Sure, you can actually get tp for cheaper, but it is definitely a cheaper quality as well.

    • Vicki :)

Anyone know the prices of any of the buy theirs get ours products?
Also, is the meal deal of the week a good deal? I think I can print a Coke IP from Coke Rewards for the 6pk which would make it sweeter.

    • Dena

Above, it states that a store coupon can be stacked with a manuf. coupon….
What store coupons can be used here? Does Bi-Lo have printables or accept competitors coupons?

    • Cheri

      Question:

I bought 4 boxes of Cheerios today at my Bilo. (They were $1.57 ea) I used my $.55 / 1 Qs. I got a print out for $2 off of any 5 GM cereals. Can I use this Q with my $1 / 2 Q’s? I’ve got 5 of those. So, can I buy 6 boxes of GM cereal, use 3 $1 off of 2,and the $2 off of 5? I’m thinking the answer is no, but thought it was worth asking.

    • Wendy

      Dena,
Go to http://www.my.bilo.com and get the store coupons from there. A lot of times Bi-lo will even have them in a booklet in the store for you to pick where the weekly flyer is. If you can’t find it just go to the customer service desk and ask. They will be more than happy to give you one. My suggestion to you is to register your bonus card online so you can get more offers. I will say that most of their coupons are for the Southern Home brands, but every little bit helps.

What a great way of saying it!!!!

      AMEN AMEN AMEN

      Thanks JENNY!!!!!!

    • Annie

Bi-Lo has a promotion going on where if you buy 8 (all in one transaction) of certain Kellogg’s products, a form prints out that you send in for a $10.00 rebate. It is a different P.O. box than the Fuel for School rebate and the Bi-Lo rebate requires no receipts or UPC codes. I bought 10 of the $1.99 cereals, used 10 $1.00 off coupons. I used the receipt and the UPC codes for the Fuel for School rebate and mailed in the Bi-Lo form as well. I am normally a lurker on websites, but I thought others might be interested in the Bi-Lo promotion as well.

    • Kristie

thanks Annie for the info! Did your form indicate what other products would work for this rebate?

    • Tiffany

We are all very protective of Jenny.

    • Annie

      Hi,

I am copying the ad verbatim onto here for the Bi-Lo Back to School promotion. Bi-Lo’s rebate only requires you to buy 8 items, but the Kellogg’s one requires 10. I went ahead and bought 10 items to see if I could “kill two birds with one stone” so to speak and it worked! I was thrilled.

      Get $10.00 in Back-to-School Cash

Save on your Back-to-School needs with this offer from BI-LO and Kellogg’s.

Kellogg’s Fuel for School™ program encourages everyone in the family to be on top of their nutritional needs. Starting the day with a great breakfast, eating a healthy lunch and adding nutritious snacks in between meals are ways to a well balanced diet. And with Kellogg’s you’ll find tasty and healty products for very member of the family.

And now when you buy eight (8) Kellogg’s®, Keebler®, Eggo® and/or Sunshine® products with your BONUSCARD® you will receive a mail-in offer form for $10.00 in Back-to-School Cash!*

To receive this fantastic offer all eight (8) participating products must be purchased in the same transaction. Products can be 4 oz. or larger, mix or match and any combination. Mail-in offer form prints at register upon checkout. Offer valid from July 22 until August 18, 2009.

    • Amy

Anyone know the prices of the Con Agra items? Wondering how long this promo will last .. should I wait for a sale on those items to make the deal sweeter?? :)

    • Jennifer

I love that deal where you get to of there store brand self riseing pizzas and you get a 6 pack of coke, cole bread sticks and mayfield icecream all three for free!

    • Susan

I just got back from Bilo, they would not stack my Bilo and manufactor’s coupon for cereal. I would like to know if anyone else has had this happen. I am going to return my cereal, and take my other Bilo coupon and manufactor’s coupon with me to Publix tomorrow. I hate surprises at the check out.

    • JEB

I know Aldi and Piggly Wiggly are not stores on this site, but if you are in their area, Piggly Wiggly brand canned corn and grean beans are 4 for $1 and 2 liter cokes are $1 thru Tues.. At Aldi, their prices on produce and meat seem like Southernsaver prices. We love their Ranch dressing for .99

Kraft Easy Mac 6 pack boxes were $2.29. Better price than Walmart, but maybe not as good as Publix BOGO?

    • Ali

Hey! I’m new at this (about a month in) and can’t begin to tell you how much money this has saved my family!

If you requested the free Viva paper towel samples from Wal-mart in those you should’ve gotten a $1.00 coupon. I plan to use it at Bi-Lo this week! :) Thanks!

    • Lee

This is my first time visiting this website and I thought Linda’s request was made very nicely and not at all in a demanding way.
Some responded well, in a kind way, to explain to Linda why the Publix coupons are listed or how to get them. On the other hand, some turned her simple request/comment into a bashing session. Those of you who did the bashing of Linda ought to be ashamed of yourself.

    • Cori

      here we go…

    • Lori

      Linda-

wow that was really rude I hope u did not mean it that way, especially after all the time and hard work Jenny puts into this site to help EVERYONE save $$$! Furthermore, every region gets different q’s in there Sunday papers would u like her to not include those as well! I’m really disappointed to see that type of comment on here :(

    • Courtney

The smart water Liters are on sale for $1 and w/ the $1 off coupon off 2 it made them 0.50.

    • I am loving this weeks list jenny. Thank you for all your hard work!!

    • Alicia

      Jenny,

Just wanted to say that you are awesome. Just got back from a 10 day whirlwind vacation (thanks to all the savings on groceries since May). I was amazed to find LOTS of coupons in the convenience stores in the mid-west. Then, went from Panama City to Charleston on Sunday and picked up 5 different Sunday papers along the way. WOO HOO, got some great coupons, and am ready to get back on the wagon this week (the super couponing wagon that is).

    • Jennifer

I dont know if anyone or everyone knows this already, but I found out today that BiLo will now be accepting competitors coupons and doubling coupons up to .50. Very good news for those of us who dont live near a Publix!!!

    • Kelly

I live in Greer, SC and our bilo will no longer take publix coupons. Sad.

    • Nette

Just stopped at the Bi-Lo on 14 in Simpsonville,SC and was told they no longer accept competitor’s coupons!!!!

    • Many Bi-Lo’s do accept competitor coupons, but not all. The official corporate policy does not include competitor coupons, however regional and district managers can decide to have the stores in their areas accept them. For any of you Chattanooga-area couponers, there is a list on ChattanoogaCheapskate of all the ones in our area that accept them.

    • Leigh Anne

The Super Bi-Lo in Hixson, TN would NOT accept my Cole’s breadsticks coupon. The cashier said since the item was free with the meal deal, that the computer would not take it! Did anyone else run into this problem?

    • Rena

      Cheri,
I know this answer comes kinda late but for future reference the answer to your question is YES YOU CAN use that coupon that printed out at the store along with your other coupons . I do it all the time . Just today I bought 5 boxes of the bogo free cereals and I used my manufacturer coupons along with the $2 off 5 boxes and I only paid 2.73 for all 5 boxes and then the register printed out another $2 off 5 boxes. SO here we go again. LOL

    • Nette

Jamie- I know it varies by store… but this store has ALWAYS accepted competitor’s coupons but apparently just stopped!

    • Denise

Earth grain bread is 2 for 5 with .55q doubled, makes $1.40 for both loaves.

    • M Rose

I was told this week at Bi-Lo that the company policy is 10 same items with coupons allowed-no more. Also, no more overage at my store:(, the Q doubles up to the actual price of the item only!! BooHoo!

    • Nette

Denise– you can sweeten the Earthgrain deal. If you sign up for an account at the Bi-lo website, there is a coupon for Buy Theirs, Get Ours free. Buy a loaf of Earthgrain and get a free loaf of Southern Home bread. :)

    • Emily

I work at the Super Bi-lo in Hixson and just thought that I would warn you….you CANNOT use a coupon on the items that you get for FREE with the meal deal.
