Ok, I don’t think I can every pay for a movie again. I can barely stomach paying to go to the theatre.  My husband and I have been getting a free movie every weekend thanks to you!!

I’m having some trouble with the codes above.  I have never used the Blockbuster kiosk before and am attempted to reserve my movie online; however, I entered all the codes listed and it states that they are all not valid.  Any ideas?

      • Myrtlepat

they are only available at the kiosks’s not online

        • Lorijburn

I reserved 2 online (different codes) and then picked them up no problem.

    • Meganjohnson04

We’ve had at least 4 movies in the last month that were so badly scratched they wouldn’t even play…anyone else experience this?

      • Anonymous

just call the number for customer service or send them an email and they will give you another movie code or credit your account

    • These codes are not valid any longer. The kiosks states they are not valid.

      • Kantornado

I had no problem with the codes. I let people inline use them and they seem to have no problem either. Check your typing.

        • Tara Maple

No, my kiosk would not take them, either.  I typed them in twice and carefully checked for accuracy.  Just for kicks, I tried the one that had ended the day previously, and it did say “code expired”, but the rest of them said “code invalid”.  And it was for a $1 movie, so it’s not the price.  Maybe the codes only work in certain cities??

      • Tara Maple

Rick – O.K., I had the same problem, but then tonight I started fiddling with it online and once I actually opened an account (or profile, or whatever they call it) with Blockbuster, it let me choose my kiosk, reserve a movie, and use the promo code.  I still had to put in a c/c number, but the amount charged was 0.00.  Hope that helps.
