The double coupon Tues is for sure next Tues. the 28th & not today the 21st? Also the big breeze deal, do you need a coupon for that? Thanks!

      • This is list is for next week, but they are doubling today too!

    • Ang

I've never shopped here but the super doubles intrigues me.  When do they do this??

      • Marycansave

They have been doing it every tuesday for the past few weeks.

      • anthena

every Tuesday til the middle of July, i hear but Harris Teeter does it every two or three months or so and they also do a triple coupons up to .99  too, not too much later than the super double which is currently is available

        • anthena

every Tuesday til the middle of July, i hear but Harris Teeter does it every two or three months or so and they also do a triple coupons up to .99  too, not too much later than the super double which is currently  available

    • Harkerts

What does super double mean? Does the Big Breeze Deal apply to all store items or just sale items or just select items? Thanks!

    • Ang

How does the super doubles work?  I'm a little leary of going in and not knowing exactly what's going on.    Is there a certain number of products you have to purchase like the big deal at food lion?  or do they double up to a certain “cents” off?  thanks!

      • Super doubles at Bloom only happens on Tuesdays, in Virginia and Maryland. They double coupons up to $1.98 and have a limit of 20. Enjoy!

        • anthena

at my location in Williamsburg Va they let you sep. orders, i used 58 coupons in 3 orders in one trip, (mostly $1 offs) and i spent $31 n change on $166 n change worth of groceries.  Too bad its gonna end soon..

      • anthena

super double just means up to 1.98 or 1.99 off rather than the normal double which is .99 if you live in NC or Va you can super double on Tuesdays and all this week only at Harris Teeter. the whole idea i guess is to accumulate enough til the next sale cycle which i hear is every 3 mos so clip enough to last, if its not perishable. Boxed n canned last forev n easy to stock up and  the best deal is usually accomplished through best coupon AND sale match up. Avoid stores who don't double, if they don't you can still save greatly, you can save more w/ super double, if its available to you.

    • Monica Duckett

In NC they double coupons (up to .99) everyday. The one in Harrisburg is in the process of turning back into a Food Lion….I wish they would double.

    • I was wondering if someone could help me out on this. I have 3 coupon sheets from publix, from donating money to a children's hospital. The coupons say manufacturer's coupon, but they have the publix name at the bottom right. Can I only use these Publix or places that accept competitor's coupons, or should I be able to use the Cheez-It ones I have at bloom as well?

      • anthena

if it says use in that location only then yeah you can only use it at Publix and at walmart because they take competitors coupons but wont double, Bloom does, but if it says available at a certain location, im thinking they are just hoping you  r going to use it there, but not required.

    • hscalum

I went to Bloom today and they only had one register open and it did not even have a customer facing screen that worked so that I could see what was being rung up. I had bought the 30 big deal items for $15 off my order, but only got credit for twenty. I had to argue with customer service to get it corrected and then I get home only to discover that the paper towels that were supposed to have been 10 for $10 had rung up as 2 for $3. I calked the store to inquire about their policy on misplaced items and was told that anything that did not ring up as marked would be free. So I hop in my car to go get my refund for the 8 rolls of paper towels and the manager says sorry, that's only for one item when you buy more than one! I explain that it was not what I was told when I called to ask about the policy and she says, “Well you didn't say you had 8 of them.” To this I return, “It really shouldn't matter. They all rung up incorrectly. Besides, you didn't tell me therebwas a different policy for multiple items when I called.”

So now I get to male another trip to Bloom tomorrow to talk to the store manager. No wonder the Blooms in SC are changing to Food Lion.

      • Jes

I thought that the whole bloom//food lion// bottom dollar had to do with the socioeconomic standing of the community that it was in?? But that would make sense. I have a bloom and a bottom dollar that are about equidistant from me, so if it were true that they put bottom dollars in poor neighborhoods and blooms in rich ones… wtf does that make me??

      • Ja

You are the dumb ass that followed Jenny's list. This list for bloom is never correct how about you look at the tag on the shelf in front of the product. The towels clearly said it ended last Tuesday.

        • CB

          Is profanity really necessary?

        • hscalum

Au contraire, my simple-minded vulgar friend! Since you obviously do not shop at the Bloom on Route 14 in Greer, then how could you know that the shelf tags were clearly marked as 10 for $10? Did I hit a nerve because you work for Food Lion or Bloom? No matter, the general manager agreed with me and verified the shelf price when I went back today and refunded my $12.72! The lesson in this is to keep your facts straight, know their store policy and stand your ground.

Oh, and by the way, last time I checked, my towels couldn't speak. Ja must have some of those magic towels from Whole Foods!

      • Queenlee55

I don't like Food Lion/Bloom/Bottom Dollar.  The main reason being that they never have enough registers open! They are worse than WalMart!  I'm glad they refunded your money for the paper towels!  I think I'll stick with Harris Teeter.
