      Thanks,
Went yesterday our store is being remolding (GRRR). No ice cream, frozen breakfast cases were empty. Was told about 1 week. 13 months done another 18 months to go. What a mess thanks to Publix we will make it.

      • Cafraley2000

I just went last weekend and caught the case sale…I just started coupons a month ago and I dont see how I every did it without coupons :)

        • janjess

Can  you double at the commissary?  I'm so new at this. We're barely making it. I'm trying to get into this, not any luckyet

          • Cafraley2000

No janjess at least at camp lejeune they dont let you double….

            • Anita06msl

You can't stack coupons at the commissary. At least at Robins AFB you can't. But you can use Walgreens rewards there.

          • April

No none of them double, it's DECA so you are already getting the murchandise at cost.

      • Danielle

        Are you at Moody?

        • Tara

          Hey Danielle,

I'm at Moody…take it you are also!  The remodel is horrible!  Can't ever find anything!!

        • Lynda

moody is so hard to use coupons at…. i finally gave up.. how do you deal with them???

    • Ashley

      The
Kraft Philadelphia Cooking Creme is on sale for 1.50 so you can get it for free.

      • Thrisa

I went yesterday at hunter and they were 1.12 for the flavored ones, so I actually made a profit! :-)

    • Mel Jolley

My commissary had Nivea body wash and lotion on sale….the Nivea body was was under $3 and the lotion was under $4……that would make for a great deal, unfortunately I use all of my $3 Nivea body wash coupons already.
      Ft. Campbell, KY

    • Anyone in the Fort Gordon area (Augusta, GA) they are having the case lot sale this weekend!! Good place to stock up on everyday things! Starts 13 May – 15 May

      • Abbielou02

I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS! I'm going this afternoon! They also take coupons!!

    • Lilymm04

this might be a stupid question but i was wondering how you go about using this commissary list since they dont have prices or do go and buy stuff that is a certain percentage off like only buy stuff that is at least 50%???????

      • You can sign on to the commissary website to see the actual prices. She is not allowed to post prices.

        • Lilymm04

          thanks

        • Abbielou02

I find that the Commissary is already 25-50% cheaper then most grocery stores around me. So when there is anything 25% off or more on SS, Its usually a GREAT deal!

        • Sharonkilcrease

I'm at Ft Huachuca and going to the case lot sale tomorrow.  How do you sign onto the site to get the prices.  I can only find percentage off.

    • Annie Grey

Jenny — do you ever post a “stock up nut” by anything from the Commissary, or is it just understood to stock up on it if you've got it listed? Thanks!

      • I recommend stocking up on it if it is listed!

        • Annie Grey

Thanks, Jenny!  Not only for the response, but for all you do to make shopping with coupons so much easier!  I daresay, even fun!!  Bless you!

    • Lori

Do you get overage at commissaries?

      • Beth

I had a coupon for boxes of pasta for $1 and the commissary (West Point) was selling the pasta for .83 so I made .17 per box and bought 40 boxes, 20 to keep and 20 to donate!

      • April

I think so, I had a lot of save $1 on cat treats and they were only 99c. When I looked at the recipt they did indeed take off a whole $1 so they must apply the rest to the rest of the order!

      • Debra

Not at our commissary here on Guam.

      • Yes.  As long as the coupon doesn't state no cash back.  The extreme couponers in my area actually get paid to walk out of the store.  There is a lady here that buys KY Jelly by the case every time those high value coupons come out. I think it is section 7.4 of the policy that covers this.

    • Janine

I picked up buy 10 powerade (32oz), get 5 free coupons at Camp Lejeune a few days ago… it makes them about .66 a piece after coupon since they were selling for buck each.

    • CHI

The 8 o clock coffee original was $3.00 at ft benning,ga.  The family Voila was $5, use the 3 off Q from facebook (i don't think it's available anymore).  They also had oxyclean treatment products for about $2 each.

    • Ally

NAS Jacksonville is having a case lot sale this weekend also! just thought I would pass it on! I sent my hubby with a list of things to look for!!  hehehe

      • guest

a commissary employee told me once that the case lot prices are the same as inside the store… just in higher quantities….in case some one misses the case lot sale… don't worry!

      • Cadaalen

Do you know what site tells us what is on sale at jax?

    • Owensmommy

Does anyone know if the Whiteman AFB Commissary accepts expired coupons?

      • Beth

Only the overseas bases will take expired coupons, up to 6 months past the date.

      • Klkl0829

Type your comment here.Yes they do!

    • Carolinagirl_9

NAS Corpus Christi is having a case lot sale this weekend. I plan on hitting it up tomorrow!

    • Savingwithemmons

Where/How do you log into the commissary site? Thanks. New/Shop at Langley a lot, but it's a drive for me. Appreciate your help.

      • Jenni

Go to http://www.commisssaries.com  Click on ‘what’s on sale’ and you can log in to see actual sales prices.

        • Bea

I went to http://www.commissaries.com and it didn't have anything to do w/the commissary or a place to log in??????

          • nonissued_item

The spelling in the first link has three “s” and takes you to a spam page. Bea's link works.

    • Pkpbaby

does this apply for overseas commissaries?

    • Charley

      Thanks this is great!

    • Jenni

You can also use catalinas from Kroger… got a bunch of stuff free at the commissary today, thanks to that!
And overseas commissaries don't have that yet… you can't check sales prices on their website!  Hated that when we were in Germany!
      Fort Campbell…

    • Loretta

At Ft Campbell the Oscar Meyer hotdogs are on sale for $1.25 and we had printable and insert coupons that were $1/2 making them $.75 a pack…not bad.  Guess my kid will be happy eating cold hotdogs for quite some time =)

      • Loretta

And I forgot…I mentioned it on the wall but the PX (starting the 20th) has Comet powder on sale 2/$1 and you can print the $1/2 coupons online making them FREE.  I don't normally use the powder but I figure if I want spray then I'll just mix it with water in a spray bottle!

    • Mel Jolley

HELP!! Tried to use RR from walgreens today at Ft. Campbell…..I called ahead to verfiy that I could use them. Checked online at the DeCA facebook page. Everything checked out….when I get to the store and try to use them, they tell me that the coupon says “in store only” I told the lady that means that I cant use them online…..my RR clearly say redeemable at Walgreens…..not at walgreens only (on the right side) any comments/ insight is greatly appreciated.

      • Rossjulie

You should have been able to use the RRs.  They're accepted at Cherry Pt, Camp LeJeune, and New River here in NC.  I have family in San Diego and they can use them there too.  Ask management next time.

      • Jenni

I use them at Ft. Cambell all the time.  Almost every time I go in, actually.  Always ask for management.  :)

      • Miss Walgreens

If you want to ruin Walgreen's program of having those RR then sure, go ahead and use them there. But pretty soon Walgreens will stop doing this program because of stupid people like some, because they do not get that money back. Thats the reason for this program, to get that money back. I work at a Walgreens and the Commissary has called plenty of times asking if it is only for our store.  They do not get that money back because it is a Walgreens only thing.  Your cashier is just dumb.  So go ahead and ruin this program.  It won't be here very long…

        • Mel Jolley

No need for attitude. I was just doing what the commissary policy says that I can do….If Walgreens is taking a loss then maybe they should be made Store cpns instead of P&G. I am just trying to save money for my family. Also, no need to call me stupid, I am far from that. I dont think there are many people that use this site that appreciate anyone having an attitude….these post are supposed to be informative and supportive.

    • Mel Jolley

Also, at Ft. Campbell the KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce is on sale for $1.19 use the coupon from Sunday to make it $0.19!!! awesome deal!

    • leann1129

i had the worse shopping experience toda at my  commissary on Eglin. is it true that i can only use one coupon per item? i was told that i cannot stack a military store q with a manufactures q. how can i save? someone please help me understand how this works. Is this a true commissary coupon policy?

      • Heather

That's true – You used to be able to stack mil Qs with Manu Qs, but you cannot anymore.

      • Lovelola007

        I am at Hurlburt :)

    • Sandy

Husband is stationed near Red Stone Arsenal, havent been to the commissary out there. I saw someone post that you can use expired coupons, now is this only for overseas?

      • Jenni

Yes, you can only use expired coupons overseas.

    • Jenni

Something interesting was told to me yesterday at the ft. campbell commissary, and I thought I'd share with you guys.  The cashier told me (after a hooplah about my RR) that two women were arrested last week for making xerox copies of internet coupons, and now CID is pulling the coupons from all the registers.  Apparently, cashiers can lose their jobs over accepting suspicious coupons.
      She blamed “that coupon show”.
So, if you are getting some crap at the commissary, remember what's to blame.

      • I have been accused of using xeroxed coupons!!!  I was infuriated and so embarrassed because the cashier was so loud about it.  I've never had an issue with my IP coupons scanning but that day I had one that just would not scan and my ink was low when I had printed so it was kinda grey. I love the comm and was just about to walk away and leave my goods, but I had already put my coupons in the box (self checkout) and I didn't want them to think that I was using fake coupons.  I have noticed that they are more and more stern about the coupons we are using and even checking to make sure we have the right amount.  I have a friend who will use a coupon for the wrong item (ie 18 or 24 pack Tide Stain Release) and she will buy the 10 count.  This right here is another reason we are looked down at.  I have said something to my friend many many times about this and now refuse to shop with her.

        • Jenni

Depressing, isn't it?  I've used coupons at the commissary for years, and all the BS we are all getting lately stinks.  Really makes me miss being overseas, where TLC didn't affect the general population much.  :)
I have accidentally gotten the wrong product with a coupon, and it's terrible that people do it on purpose.  You would think that with all this craziness going on, the cashiers would be getting better training.  I went through the other day, and the girl didn't check ANYTHING.  It actually bummed me out because I would have gotten a better deal had I gotten the RIGHT product.
Ah, well.  I just hope that all this nonsense will end soon.  I have come to HATE that show, because people think clearing the shelves is a great idea.  Do military families that move nonstop really need cases and cases of free sports drinks??

    • militarywife4life

      • Lovelola007

Thanks so much for the info! You certainly helped me :)

        • militarywife4life

          Glad to have helped xoxo

      • Jenni

My favorite thing about the the commissary is that they match national sales during their sales.  Love, love, love it.  One trip instead of ten!

      • Ceara96

        Thanks for sharing!!!!

      • Couponbag1

thank you so much for sharing.

    • militarywife4life

i did just notice some of the things i mentioned are on here..i just got carried away lol :-) xoxo

    • Emily

Does any anyone know if Fort Bragg accepts RR?

      • kb

Yes, all commissaries do accept the Walgreens Register rewards.  It states on their website that they will treat it as a manufactures coupon for whatever the dollar value listed.  You may have to ask for a manager to verify if the cashier is not familiar with the process, but the answer is yes, they accept RR.
