Will Kroger accept if they say “Redeem at Publix”?

      • Shintalmo

It's a man. coupon, so Kroger should take it.

      • Jbillinger7367

I juist talked with Foi0d Lion, they will not!! This is totally unfair of Kraft and I told them so!!!

        • kjmiller

Come on.. this isn't an issue of fairness. Obviously these are offered as a joint promotion by Publix and Kraft. It's not Kraft's fault if they're being paid to make this an exclusive offer and not Food Lion's fault for not honoring them.

    • meme

Will these coupons have a limit by Kraft? I want to put off printing if they do not get gone fast.

    • emj

Oscar Mayer Carving Board is on sale. Stack this $2/2 Publix coupon with the $2/1 from their Facebook page or $1/1 from SS 1/23.

    • Jenni P

Sad to say that this say “Retailer Coupon” not “Manufacturer Coupon” in the black bar a the top.

      • Godlymom71

Retailer coupon is better, now we can stack them with manf. The Philadelphia cooking cream is on sale for $2 @Publix with this Q and Manf would make it free plus profit.

    • Tessasmom2

Can you use them at the Commisary. I have heard yes but I don't want to expect to use them and get to the register and not be able too.

    • Sissy Powell1978

Are these really “Store” coupons or actually just Manufacturer's coupons??

    • LadySiren

I saw something today that said HT won't be accepting coupons with competitor names on them. Too bad because these would be awesome with the super-doubles that are just around the corner. :(

    • Jan

OK, just discovered these can only be used at Publix…after I printed them of course, and there's no Publix in my state. Anyone that has a Publix in their area, email me your address and I'll mail them to you. May as well not let them go to waste! pianoplunker1988@aol.com

      • Amy B.

They are all manufacturer coupons that start with a 5. Should be able to use at any store.

    • Bianca

      What stores take competitor coupons?

    • millie

my coupons start with a 5 so they are manufacturer coupons…

    • bagger in md

Walmart may take the coupons. I used a Food Lion coupon at Walmark last week.
This is the Walmart coupon policy (cut and pasted from SS website)

Walmart accepts the following types of coupons (see guidelines below):

      •Manufacturers' coupons
      •Print-at-home internet coupons
?Must be legible, have “Manufacturer Coupon” printed on them, have a valid remit address for the manufacturer, valid expiration date, and have a scannable bar code.
•Competitors' coupons that feature a specific item for a specified price

      ?for example, $2.99
      •Soft drink container caps
      •Checkout coupons
?(also called “Catalinas”) that are printed at our competitors' registers, have “Manufacturer Coupon” with specific requirements printed on them, a valid remit address for the manufacturer, valid expiration date, and a scannable bar code.

      • Luci

Our Walmart will at least try to scan any printable coupon. It's been hit or miss whether their scanners can read them, so I've had better results at Kroger and the drugstores. Only other local option is Target. Would love to have more big name supermarkets. Just sayin' :)

    • Elaucht

the coupons say retailer coupon, so that is a NO GO for WALMART

    • kjmiller

I think I've figured out that only the ones that say “mfr coupon” are the ones for Publix items (i.e. $1 off Publix produce …, and $1 off Publix bakery bread …). So, even though they are mfr coupons, you couldn't them redeem elsewhere anyway. All the others say “retailer coupon”.

    • kjmiller

Come on.. this isn't an issue of fairness. Obviously these are offered as a joint promotion by Publix and Kraft. It's not Kraft's fault if they're being paid to make this an exclusive offer and not Food Lion's fault for not honoring them.

    • FreedomSpradley1

I realize these coupons have barcodes starting with 5 which is typical for a manufacturers coupon but I have been able to use the Cooking with Kraft coupons that say “Retailer Coupon” in conjunction with manufacturer coupons in the past and the register has never beeped or anything.

    • WLC

stores do have to make a profit,,they aren't charity's…so don't fault them for trying to protect their bottom line. Know the system, work the system and if it doesn't work the way we wish…well put on your big girl panties and deal with it.

    • AG

I went to Kroger today to do my weekly shopping and stopped at customer service BEFORE putting anything in my cart to ask them if they would take the coupons. The woman said she would, so I used quite a few items to hit the 10 for $5 off deal. When I was checking out (over an hour later) the manager told me they don't take them. Way to communicate with your customer service people!!

    • Cdtollett

Is there anyone who HAS been able to use the Kraft coupons at a store other than Publix? Just don't want to waste the time making a grocery list using them if noone has been able to use them elsewhere. Thanks
