are there limited number of prints available for each coupon or are members guaranteed a print?  I do not have immediate access to see & print coupons.

    • Jade

where is the milky way bar bogo

    • Grocerys4us

If the membership is 1/2 off, does this mean my account will be drafted $1.50 per month?

Also, what is the usual expiration date for the coupons?

I would also like to know the same thing as a previous poster, Is each member guaranteed a coupon or are there only a certain number offered?

Thanks for all your help, Jenny. I visit this site so many times a day, my computer runs hot half the time.

Was anyone able to activate the free 30 day trial without having to make a commitment to one of the paid memberships and entering your credit card info?  Does not seem like much of a free trial to me.

      • I did the FREE 30 day trial.  You have to put in your CC info.  They don’t charge you anything until after the 30 days are up.  If you don’t want a yearly membership, just cancel on day 29.

        • Allen

I hate to be a cynic, but I how are you going to cancel on day 29?  Coupons.com is not easy to communicate with.  I know, I have tried to work out issues with them earlier this year.  I emailed them 24 hours ago about the problems I mentioned in my post and have not even received an automated reply, much less a reply from a real human.  Just saying…

          • bj

You sign up through TrialPay.com so that is who you cancel with.  They should be able to stop the subscription. I’ll find out for sure on Day 29 (I just started!).

To add to the previous comment, the discount code did not work and I got a confirmation email saying I had paid the full $30.  Unfortunately, this is my second unpleasant experience with coupons.com this year.  I am NOT HAPPY.

I cannot figure out how to “gift” it to myself in order to use to code.  I can only get to the page that asks for my credit card information and when I try to apply the code it says “The code you have entered requires the purchase of additional products that have not been added to your order”.  If anyone has a solution, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks

      • Allen

I had a similar problem.  I could not get the 30 day free trial activated without entering my credit card info.  (This seems deceptive on the part of Coupons.com).  After entering my credit card info, the website would not accept the code, so I was charged the full $30 for a “free trial.”  Maybe they have some design issues with their website, but it is not working and is causing problems for their users.

        • HeatherM221

This is exactly what happened to me.  I went ahead and started my free trial so I could get a few of the coupons.  I plan on cancelling later today and trying to do the discounted membership again! GRRRR so frustrating!

        Heather,
I used 2 email addresses. Hope this helps!

        • HeatherM221

I tried to do that too and all it did was connect me to the FREE coupons after I clicked submit or whatever it was.  I never got an email inviting me to the site.

    • SarahinSC

I decided to gift myself a membership. Got the confirmation email and clicked the “Redeem Gift” button and it just takes me to the free coupons. Can’t find the premium coupons anywhere. what the heck?

      • frogin

Same here! Not sure how to find the premium coupons.

      • I’ve never had a problem, but today I couldn’t find the coupons on my Firefox browser.  On my Google Chrome browser, however, they popped right up.  Not sure what the problem is but hope they fix it soon!

        • HeatherM221

Funny because I can’t get chrome to pick them up so I tried IE and it worked like a charm……must be some issues on their end!

    • Boop_30240

i also cannot get the premium coupons what a sham!!

    • uthorns1976

There are so many FREE coupon sources out there, I print way more coupons than I could ever use.  Personally, I don’t see paying for coupons but that’s just my opinion.  If I paid, I would want to be guaranteed at least one print of each coupon.

    • Debbie

I signed up for a 1 year membership using the promo code save50, got my confirmation and billing details showing I paid $15.00.  I tried to log in and was told I was a member, but my password was incorrect, so I signed in with email address and asked them to send me my password via email.  I got the password and then edited my profile and changed passwordb to something I would remember, but when Iogin and go to access the coupons, it directs me to a screen to sign up for the free trial membership and wants me to give them my credit card info again.  I emailed coupons.com and am waiting for a reply.  I have already paid for my membership and all I want to do is print the “Members Only” coupons.

I just signed up as well. I am unable to click on any of the premium coupons. I am so upset. It keeps sending me to the sign up page.
