First, but it looks like a slow Bi-Lo week for me.

    • Raynesmw

I agree, skipping Bi Lo this week. I enjoyed the tuna fuel perks this week though. I stocked up.

    • jenalr

The Fresh Express coupon says restricted coupon when I print it.  Has anyone been able to get that one to print?

      • Mingoleger

I haven’t been able to. I go to the site where it says you can print, but when I print, a blank sheet comes out.

    • Rdlanier98

Did anyone find the Red Baron coupon on Target’s website?

      • Crl_fell

No I sure didn’t looked and looked and no coupon ;0(…I couldn’t find the target waffle coupon either…did you find the waffle coupon?

    • Jplessrivera

the oscar mayer coupons are no longer valid! And my computer caught a virus from the common kindness website for coupons!

    • Styles2fine

Its getting where Bilo only put items on sale after our coupons expire.I’m gonna stop shopping there because I have had a problem with them doubling my coupons too..I had to go back in the store last week because they short me 12 dollars in coupons-They acted as if I was the problem..Very rude people!.

      • Jplessrivera

I have had the same problems with my coupons. Also, my ecoupons hardly ever work :(

      • Christie

Yeah, Mine have been doubling weird too.. Like not giving me the full amount when Doubled… And the item didn’t end u being free either

    • Nicole2k

Red Baron coupon  is no longer on target.com

Does anyone in Greenville, SC have a Bi-Lo that will actually accept Target coupons ?

      • Ledbetterlerleen

Yes, the one on North Plesantburg below Cherrydale does. At least they did 2 wks ago.

      • Cher6476

The one on Woodruff Rd in FIve Forks will basically take anything. I have used Target there as well as many others.

      • Blaire

The one on Hudson Rd. in Greenville/Taylors/Greer takes just about anything.

      • Leapyeargirl229

Both the ones in Greer on 29 will take them!

      • alwaysashley03

Thanks for asking this question! I am always wondering! I shop at the Publix on the Parkway (off of Pelham Rd) and I don’t think they do. I haven’t asked but they had a flyer out at Customer Service that listed their competitors and Target wasn’t listed.

        • Crl_fell

I wonder if they accept competitors as long as they are within a certain radius..My Bilo does accept target coupons..I don’t for sure how far between Bilo and Target is but I have seen Target…I think it’s closer to Myrtle Beach area

      • alwaysashley03

don’t live in Greenville, I go to the Bilo in Myrtle beach and they do accept them…If you have a target in that area then they should take them..This is in their policy…I would suggest that if you do have a target in the area and if your bilo gives you a hard time..then just tell them that you’ll go to target…Any store that is serious about the compitition would not think twice to take them if it means a sale.

      • esturm1

The Bi-Lo on the corner of East North and Pleasantburg does as well as the one in Travelers Rest.

    • Q-Savvy

Yesterday, (Tuesday) I got a Pepsi Next on sale for .99 cents and I used a coupon for .55 cent off.  I thought the coupon would double and the pepsi would be free, but the coupon did not double.. Can anyone tell me if it said on the coupon “Do not double”.  It was in the moments to save insert.  I want to get my money, but I don’tknow if it was a no double coupon. Thanks

      • guest

It does say do not double & the bar code on it starts with a 9. Hth.

        • Q-Savvy

Thank you.  I will not complain, since it was my fault for not reading my coupon.  I noticed that some of those coupons said “do not double”. Thank you.

          • Jacketfan24

I was disappointed about that also, but then .44 for a soft drink is still pretty good, so I got over it quickly.  I didn’t look first either.

            • Q-Savvy

Yes, .44 is a great deal too.  I think there is a coupon in the Publex flyer, for 1.00 and that would’ve made it free, but I didn’t pick up a publex flyer yet. I am guessing the pepsi next is not on sale this week.

    • Ledbetterlerleen

In the Publix Yellow Advantage flyer there is a B2G1 Smart Water coupon

      • Anothertiredmom

use the whole foods coupon from their website (no print limit) It is .50 off per bottle. makes them .38 ea. This is cheaper than using the Publix coupon.

    • joette

Does anyone has extra Oscar Mayer Bacon coupons $.55  in SS 4/15  that they would be wiling to trade?  My large family  uses quite a bit of bacon each week. My email is sos333sos111@gmail.com

      • Susanlebeau24

you can go to ebay and type in oscar myer coupon .55 and enter…you can see what thy have. I order on wednesday and always get them in time before sale ends

        • joette

Thanks for the suggestion. Since I get 7 papers every Sunday, I have loads of coupons I end up throwing away. I was just hoping to find someone else I could help also. Ths bacon one just didnt come in my region!

          • Crl_fell

            Joette, you could also try
            wholecouponinserts,com
Here you can buy just the inserts and not the whole paper….sometimes it’s cheaper..what I like is if you know what date/insert a certain coupon came in. you can only buy that insert…They are whole inserts so you get all the coupons…pretty cheap too.

          • Jtdjagos

On Southern Savers, go to the forum section and post what you are loking for there. A lot of people read those posts and will send you some.

If your BL double up to .99, you can get smart balance cooking spray for $1 per can.

      • Kaoscasa

Bummer.  Upstate SC is just up to .60

    • joette

Just a Tip. There are double fuelperks when you buy most gift cards. I think the offer goes on for a few weeks. Visa , Amer Ex, Mastercard, and Bilo cards are excluded though. Still great idea for Mothers Day

      • jenalr

How can I find more info about this?  Thanks!

        • joette

It was advertised in the weekly flyer this week in the Columbia area….. it was on the front page top right corner…. offer good thru 6/19   Thats about all I know about it

        • Wowformisty

I did this last Christmas. If you buy a $25 giftcard, you will get .05 fuelperk, when you usually have to purchase $50 first. This is how the giftcard promo works. As another example, if you bought a $100 dollar gc, you would earn .20 fuelperk.
I had thought it would double up the fuelperks Iwas earning with groceries that transaction. When it did not do that a manager explained this to me.

    • Christie

The little Debbie cake deal doesn’t work, #1 cause my BL doesn’t carry the Muffins and #2 the Coco Creams were not included. Wish I knew that before I ordered Coupons 8(

      • Jtdjagos

My Bilo doesn’t have the muffins on sale-they are not listed i the ad and were tagged at $2.59 a box. Oh well I guess I’ll hang onto the coupons I printed.

    • kayalex

Went to the bi-lo on devine in columbia sc they don’t even have the muffins 5 in a box. They only had 6 in a box

    • sondra newton

Just throwing this out there but if anyone has an excess of extra chips or hotdogs please consider donating them to a fundraiser we are having for a family member battling brain cancer. Man, it’s a boring week at Bi-Lo. Bummer. I’m just now getting back into couponing (I used to do it a lot in 2009) and is it just me or does it seem like the deals aren’t nearly as good as what they used to be? Not only at Bi-Lo, but everywhere. I remember getting tons of stuff for free or pennies on the dollar… not now (or at least not the past two months that I’ve started back). Not whining… just wondering if it’s my imagination.

      • No, it’s not your imagination. Food costs have gone up, and coupons have changed.  I’ve been couponing since 2009, and gone are the days of the lovely $.50 off 1 coupon!

      • Amanda Leach

Ive been couponing for almost 2 years and i’ve noticed in the past 3 or 4 months, it’s gotten worse, at least for me. The last really good shopping trip I had was the Mega Event at Kroger right after the New Year…Its sad.

        • Crl_fell

I just started back in Dec…and since then we’ve been eating better then ever…I’ve learned a lot from Jenny and other folk…We used to eat pay check to pay check and by the end we were not wondering what we wanted for supper but what we had to make supper. Hubby has noticed and for once he’s proud of me…

      • Lindsey

It’s because people have been abusing couponing. Like that stupid show they have now. With the crazy women with hoards of food and products in their stock piles at home. They have made it so they are much stricter and not as good. Hurts the people that actually need to coupon and get things they catually need rather than hoard!

    • alwaysashley03

Last week I went to Bilo and purchased a $10 hanging plant. The coupon printer gave me a ton of great coupons!

$1 off ANY paper napkins, plates or cups (no min)
$1 off ANY garbage or storage bags purchase of $4 or more
$1.50 off ANY pet product purchase of $7 or more
$1.50 off ANY pain relief and allergy remedy (no min)
$1 off ANY paper towel purchase (no min)

They are all marked STORE COUPON. Does Bilo let you combine a store with manufacturer coupon? If so, I should be able to get some good deals and freebies! Maybe the trick was to buy something non-grocery??

      • Yes! I’ve been able to stack store and mfg coupons at BiLo.  If you have a Publix, they will take the BiLo store coupons and stack them as well.

      • Crl_fell

yes they do….or at least some do..check their policy..

      • Jtdjagos

        what is a coupon printer??

        • Mcleodsc

          the catalina machine

      • Mcleodsc

to maximize those coupons take them to Publix where you can stack a manu cpn with them.

        • Helen B

Actually at my Bi-Lo in Goose Creek, SC, I can stack them with a manu – I’ve gotten some great deals on cereal that way!

      wholecouponinserts,com..and they only had the .75/2….NOT .75/1

    • Lindsey

Does anybody know which Bilo’s have the little debbie muffins and coco creams have them BOGO?? I live in Greenville SC and i bought i bunch of the coupons since this ad said they were BOGO..

      • Christie

They don’t carry the Muffins and the Coco creams are not on sale

    • Juliea

Has anyone tried to put together a scenario for the $10 P&G rebate at Bi-Lo this week?

    • kelhuff

I went to bi-lo yesterday in statesville, nc and there was deals not listed here. Pet milk…2.99  Land O’ Lake lunchmeat….1.99 (had a 1.00/2 q)  Merita bread 1.29   Hostess snack 2/$5.00 (had a .50q but for some reason it didn’t double…not sure why I didn’t catch it til later)   Weber seasonings 1.44 ( had a.75q)…….my total was 81.37 before saving and i paid 41.09 but i had other things that i didn’t have a coupon for.  Also i was able to use the pepsi next, diet pepsi, and pepsi max qs on regular pepsi and mountain dew.

      • kelhuff

oh yeah the Little Debbie qs worked on any of them. I got the zebra cakes.

        • Christie

Which on did you use on Zebra Cakes, The one for the Muffins or the one on the Coco Creams? by the way either one would have caused you to commit Fraud. Good Job….

          • Sstew373

Christie wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning? Grow up!

            • Christie

No I didn’t, Thank you for your concern. People doing this sort of thing #1 is fraud and is the reason Coupons have gone down and prices have gone up. Would you like me to send you the news report about it. #2 It teaches New couponers the wrong thing to do. And when they try this at their stores and it doesn’t go through, they get embarrassed and then frustrated, then quit…

            • kelhuff

Why did you ask which coupon I used on the Zebra cakes? Sounds as if you are gonna try it yourself otherwise you wouldn’t be concerned with it. So don’t be giving the “holier than thou” lecture.

            • Christie

              LOL…. Yup, that’s what I was up to… You got me…

            • judi

Just wondering which one you was able to use.  Did you know it was a coupon for the wrong product and used it any way, or was it just an oversight as we all have done at some point. Just clear the air and end these comments.

            • kelhuff

I used the muffin q. My Bi-lo doesn’t carry the muffins so I was told that I could try to use them on whatever I wanted to buy, they may or may not work. I know how to read the barcodes so  I knew it would work but I asked first.

            • kelhuff

Why did you ask which coupon I used on the Zebra cakes? Sounds as if you are gonna try it yourself otherwise you wouldn’t be concerned with it. So don’t be giving the “holier than thou” lecture.

            • Sstew373

Good grief, nobody needs you to inform anyone of anything cause you obviously have got such a sad attitude.  There’s no problem in informing newbies or anyone of the correct procedure.  But you can do it and respond to people in a manner that is not condescending and just out right rude. It’s coupons for goodness sake not a life threatening situation.

          • Lowes91

I am sure some time or another some of us have used a coupon for something a little bit different, lets go go and accuse people of fraud like the man you saw on tv, that was completely different, his intentions were to purposely fraud, i am sure kellhuff wasn’t, if you will look sometimes jenny also states to use a coupon on things that may be a little different, for example..the dawn dish detergent..so lets not be so quick to judge people because I am sure you have done it as well!!..sorry just had to reply..

            • Lowes91

err..meant lets NOT go and accuse people

    • Lurrlane

What a disappointing week – glad I got some good deals last week.

    • DebbieL

I find it amazing that you folks will stick up for someone that is doing something wrong and bash the the person that calls them out on it. Really? She knew what she was doing. Isn’t that why everyone in the world was flipping out on the J’aime Chick that was on TLC. Coupon fraud! And I agree with Christie, this very thing is the reason our coupons are all lower and the sales stink now. And I would like to add to that. Now a lot of people get treated badly at the register because the cashiers think we are criminals.

      • Lowes91

In some way or the other we all have done it..she was the one that asked what coupon she used to get that deal..ever thought that maybe just maybe the coupons are lower because the economy is so bad?..I am NOT condoning fraud at all..that isn’t what I was saying If you look on some of Jenny’s lists she pairs with a coupon that is different than the product listed..i.e..the dawn dish detergent, so is Jenny doing the same?..don’t get me wrong..I appreciate everything Jenny does for this site, I am just saying don’t judge others when in some way or another we all have..I see it on here everyday!!

        • DebbieL

I get what your saying, and your right we probably all have done it one time or another. When she asked what coupon it was I read it as she was pointing out that they were for different products. Being sarcastic!!! Idk That is just how I read it.
I asked a long time ago about why all the non-match coupons  when a product is listed. They told me it was because when they enter a product all the coupons that have that name come up and it was My responsibility to sort through the correct ones… And lets just say the 10 people who told me that were not nice about it at all. I learned my lesson not to ask questions on here or you will get “hung” Haha!!!
Why can’t we just all get along………. hahha…

    • Jodisue1

To those of you bickering about couponing: Jenny busts her hump putting this stuff together, so please don’t put any additional stress on her by fighting in the comments section. It’s silly and immature. The comments section is meant for posting helpful advice etc….not negative nonsense.

    • Mingoleger

I may have missed this from a previous week, but has BiLo stopped doubling coupons that say “do not double” and if so, is this a recent change? I swear I’ve used coupons that say “do not double” at BiLo in the past and they doubled anyway, but today, they did not. When I questioned the cashier he told me that has always been the policy. But I’ve been couponing over a year, and I am 99% sure my BiLo has always doubled coupons up to 60 cents even if they say “do not double”. I shop at the one in West Columbia SC (Emmanuel Church).

      • cmb

Same thing happened to me.I always thought that Bilo was paying 4 the double on the coupon anyway.I was told the same thing.

        • Mingoleger

Exactly. BiLo paid for the “double” just like they pay for competitor’s coupons. The register used to double everything automatically, but today it didn’t double any that said “do not double” which is why I wondered if that was something new.

      • Judi

Yes, I have had most of mine double too, even if it said no double.  But last week I used a pepsi next .55 coupon that said “don’t double” but I expected it too, based on the past, but It did not double.  There was no reason for me to complain because it clearly said do not double.  I think the coupons out of the moments insert won’t double but my others will or have in the past.

      • Mcleodsc

Sumter, SC store does not double the DND cpns. Cashier sets them aside as she scan the cpns and enters them last by hand so they do not double. Very time consuming. Go to Publix where they DO DOUBLE up to .50 cpns.

        • Mingoleger

I shop Publix too, but BiLo was my “go to” store to use all those 0.55 coupons. Now there’s not much point, because I don’t have extra time to put in trying to figure out if the coupons I have will double or not. Doubling or not doubling a 0.55 coupon can be a big different between just an OK sale and a stock up price.

    • Kaoscasa

Check your BiLo for clearance on the shelf items. At one BiLo they had Tampax marked way down. (forget the price) but the other BiLo I stopped at did not.  That first BiLo had several items in health and beauty on clearance.

    • Keyboardhound2

There was a dollar coupon in our smartsource today for sundrop (two liter) and it was only .99 at bilo. I used six coupons and paid tax. Thought someone might like sundrop!

    • guest

how do u read the bar codes ?

    • calleyconrad

Not sure if this was posted already and not sure how closeouts work…but, my BiLo in Huntersville, NC has a closeout on Pampers Cruisers (size 3) – a 72 pack is 50% off.  That means it’s only $10.49 instead of $20.99.  I grabbed two yesterday.  So, if you need diapers and you’re in BiLo, check for a closeout.  You may get lucky. :)

      • Sandi

I picked up Size 4 on clearance at my store in SE TN last week. Awesome deal!

      • Kaoscasa

Thanks for posting!!  Mine had closeouts on Tampax and Playtex tampons at one store but not another location.  But check your store just in case.
