hi. I understand that starting Aug. 8th will be super doubles. I feel like this is a good source.

      • MariaClipsCoupons

        Here we go again… ;-)

        • Mtmkjr

Makes sense: in 2009, 2010, and 2011, HT has held a coupon event beginning the 2nd Wed. in Aug.

          • Bowslayer2

            smart mom

        • Photognurse

I have a family member who works for HT and was told SDs would be next week…

      • ajsmom618

actually super doubles is starting in raleigh/ wake forest nc on Aug 15, my mom works there, just got her schedule for August. :)

        • Bumbling Beluga

Oooh, yay! I was hoping for it to happen before I leave for college (no HT there). I need to stock up on personals…

I work at HT too and I never know about coupon events until they start :(

        • Mtmkjr

How does her schedule indicate super doubles?

          • Jmgregory_99

Maybe they have more cashiers scheduled than normal.  That might indicate something other than a normal week.  Anyone who has worked there for some time might easily deduce when coupon events are coming based on scheduling.  Now whether it’s doubles or triples who knows.

I also work there. They write on the schedule… Happy Super Doubles…same with triples.

        • I just got word that stores had upped hour/labor pay for next week- corp emails go out today so we should know 100% by then!

      • LuvCpns

Let’s NOT start the rumor mill again like what went on for the phantom Triples event. Wait for validation from Jenny or one of the other reliable bloggers.

        • Barjmpr

There was triples last week but only at select stores

      • guest

I work at a Harris Teeter. There will be super doubles starting August 8th, I am also a coupon person and I asked my manager. She confirmed this because I am moving and hoped it would hit the same week that way I could get plenty of groceries cheap for my new place.

    • Bc

Just look at the end caps in your stores. They all have been packed to the max,and more displays have been added. I noticed when they do this, they will have a  coupon event. It makes sense, because the vendors have to increase their products, to have the number needed during a big sale.

    • Ashleysaves

Am I missing something?  Please break down for me how you are coming up with Angel Soft to be $1.49.  I would like to get some if this is the case, but my calculations don’t come up with that number.  Thanks

Hoping for some e-vic specials. I do love the Teeter, but this is the second week in a row that I don’t need anything they have in the sale ad. The e-vic organics paid off last week. Two half gallons of Horizon chocolate milk for $2.98. Guess, I’ll have to wait for the e-mail.

    • ItaRay

If anyone would like to swap q’s with me, email me at evitab@live.com with subject:coupons

    • Did anyone else not get their HT eVic email today?  I’ve checked my inbox and spam and nothing’s there…this has never happened before.

      • ashley

        i didn’t either

        • thanks ashley…hoping it will show up later today

        • Nik

I got my email very early this morning, keep checking it!!

I didn’t either, emailed corporate, it showed up at 10am.

      • luv2sav

I just got mine, all late.

    • Sn_51

HT is having the P&G promotion again, buy $35, $40 or $50, get $7, $10 or $15, prices toward your total is the sale price of the products, not retail price.  Does anyone know how the Coke and Nabisco deal works?  I saw something in my store talking about spend $25 get back $5, is that on the sale price or retail price and is it a coupon that you get or does it come off your total?  Would work FABULOUSLY with Coke/Nabisco  sales this week!!

      • Buy (5) of the B2g3 6 pks and pay just $1.08 it is $4 instnat savings wyb 4 at Harris Teeter!

      • Lynn

Is the P&G promotion on any P&G products or is there a list of specific products?

    • There is a HOT deal on Coke 6 pks- I paid just $1.08 for each one with NO coupons!  PLus there is a P&G Promo that overlaps an oral B catalina offer- I ended up spending $46 on 5 pks chicken, 5 6 pks of coke, and over 20 P&G items and got $17 back!

      • LuvCpns

Glad the coke promo worked on the six packs like I thought it would. I’ll be going later today to pick mine up.

      • Sn_51

That is awesome, I love Diet Coke!!  What is the Oral B catalina offer?  Thanks for the info!

        • I believe it’s $2 wyb 3 toothbrushes- the oral b stage  toothbrushes is part of the P&G promo- and there are 50¢ coupons from Sunday

    • Ycole96815

My Cashier just told me that there is a coupon event next week. She didn’t say what, but she says she’s sure.  I’m in Raleigh.

    • LuvCpns

There is a new $10 off $50 recyclebank coupon with an expiration date of 10/2/12. Just ordered my 4!

      • Coupinval430

    • MISTYM1223

I hope they offer super doubles next week. I don’t have a Harris Teeter where I live but I will be on vacation next week and there will be one near me. It will be so exciting.

      • guest

They will be having super doubles doubling to 2.00 dollars. I work at a Harris Teeter :) I’m excited also, because I am moving and this will put many groceries in my new place

    • mightymousemom

This was one of my favorite Harris Teeter shopping weeks ever.  The P & G and Coke/Kelloggs deals are awesome.  Used a $10 off $50 Recyclebank Q plus came home with Dunkin Donuts coffee.  So Happy!

      • Dani

What is the coke/Kellogg’s deal? Somehow I am missing something.

        • Mightmousemom

The deal is buy 4 specialty marked coke, Kellogg’s or Keebler/sunshine products, get $4 off your shopping order. Look for the signs in the store & ask your customer service desk. The buy 2 get 3 coke 6 packs works for 2 items in the deal. HTH

    • Mtmkjr

Here’s the Coke deal that came in my email.  By the wording, I would think it only includes the multi-pks.  But the picture shows a 2 liter! So the 2 liters are on sale for $1.19.  Anyone think you could get them for $.19 after the OYNO?Save $4 when you purchase

      • Dani

That is so weird. I didn’t get anything like that in my email. Is it regional?

        • Klbarnes28

I didn’t either, I hope we can get an answer because this is a great deal!

          • Dani

I just went and did the deal and it worked! $6.01 for 5 six packs!

          • Brooke

I didn’t get this deal in my email either but my store had the signs ALL over the kellogg’s and coke products. It is also ONCE per transaction because I did it once getting 4 keebler cookies for .40 (.10/ pack woo hoo! I had 4 .70/1 prints from keebler email for the new cinnamon ones). Then I went through and did the coke deal getting 5 6 packs for 6.01!

      • LuvCpns

Don’t know if it works on the 2 liter’s as the promo states 6-packs, multipacks or larger. It does work on the 6-packs that are B2G3 so if you buy 5  pay $4.69 each for 2 the $4 will credit and you end up getting the 6-packs for $1.08 each. Can’t beat that. The promo didn’t come in the weekly email itself there is a banner that it is displayed at the top of the GROCERY section when you look at the weekly specials via the link from your email. Click on the banner to get details.

      • Herndonquad

Hi. Can anyone get the coke deal or is it something special on your e coupons?

    • guest

Does anyone know if e-coupons stack with other e-coupons? I notice several of the H-T evic coupons are the same as SAVINGSTAR.

      • guest

I work at a Harris Teeter. If you have saved e-vic coupons on your vic card and you also have a internet coupon or a manufacture coupon you can use both. Example: evic for Cheerios that is 50 cent and you have a coupon for cheerios out of a paper that is 1.00 you can use both and get 1.50 off that product. Hope this helps. E-vic coupons do not double and on a daily basis coupons will double up to  98 cents

      • LuvCpns

It depends on the ecoupon whether they stack. You will get credit for both HT e-vic(ZVR)’s and Savingstar. the HT ZVR will come off at checkout and the Savingstar will get credited to your account and when you reach $5 in your savingstar account you can cash out. HT ZVR’s and P&G esaver ecoupons DO NOT Stack. You will only get credit for one or the other.

    • guest

I work at a Harris Teeter and I am also a coupon person. I was informed that Harris Teeter will be having super double coupons doubling up to $2.00 NEXT WEEK so starting August 8th.

    • Pashley29

Harris Teeter in Hendersonville, NC says its super doubles next week up to 2.00!!!

    • Snoopy

I spoke to snoopy who said Santa was told bt Rudolph who heard the Elf talking to the toothe fairy that Super Doubles was in September. That is just a rumor but Snoopy never lies.

    • Brooke

I was also told by my store manager that HT told them today that SD is next week and they will be doubling up to 2 again! :)

I have a question about the recyclebank HT coupon $10/50. I see people on this post asking for the zip code.  My understanding is that you have to earn the points on the website and then for every 100 points earned, you get this coupon.  Is there another method of getting this coupon without earning the points.  It takes time to earn them and it seems as if people are able to get the coupon under a zip code without earning the points.  can someone clarify for me? thanks

      • Carolinagirl

No you have to earn the points, they are asking for the zip code because the coupon only shows up under certain zip codes. So they still have to have the points to redeem it. It just doens’t show up under every zip code. Hope that makes sense.

        • Benavon

          thanks!

      • I use the Recyclebank coupons to buy $50 HT gift cards. This way I have spent $40 on $50 worth of groceries, but I dont have to do it all in one visit!

I did have to go to Customer Service because my Always pads rang up at regular price $8.99 not the sale price so I actually ended up getting back $8.99 for pads since they rang up incorrectly making my net $5.90.

I also in a separate transaction did the Coke deal/promo again plus purchased a $50 HT gift card. Used another $10 off $50 recyclebank coupon. Total for Coke and gift card was $45.38.

Great Trip and I’m stocked on Crest Pro Health Rinse after getting 4 bottles with the CVS ECB deal this week and now the 4 from HT :)

I just started couponing and I have a question about HT. If I load evic, which does not double, will I still be able to use paper coupons? If I have a paper coupon for the same item that is loaded in evic will it give me the bigger discount? AND do they double coupons EVERYDAY?

      • LuvCpns

Yes you can stack a paper coupon and an evic, on checkout both will be credited and the paper coupon will double. Paper Coupons double every day up to $.99, max 20 doubled per day per VIC card. HT also has SuperDouble events where they double up to $2 (the $2 limit is new it had been $1.98) or Triple events where they Triple coupons up to $.99. Hope this helps. Have fun couponing.

      • Court

Yes and don’t forget to load your VIC card to Savingstar which can ALSO be used along with a paper coupon and evic. It just comes in a rebate instead of instantly. Good luck!

they double coupons everyday and you can use evic with paper coupons. evic don’t double but the paper coupons do on top of the evic.there is a max of 20 coupons doubled a day but no limit on coupons that aren’t doubled.there is a maximum of three of the same item for using coupons if i worded that right

    • Court

Hi Jenny just want to say thanks so much for all your hard work, especially last week when you did all that extra for nothing!

    • guest

I was just at HT and the $4 coke/kelloggs promo worked on all flavors of the B2G3 free coke bottle 6-packs.  It also worked on the B3G2 free 2 liters on all flavors also.  If you buy (5) 2-liters it ends up being around $2.35.  I think they are both great deals.

      • Lynn

Is that for Dr pepper too?

        • Tammy

Yes, it works with Dr Pepper if they are included in the Coke product line at your HT. Some stores include Dr Pepper with all their Coke products and other stores have Dr Pepper listed with their Pepsi products. If Dr Pepper is on the same sale as the Coke, it will work. My husband went this morning and bought 5 six packs of Dr Pepper for $6.08 and then went back and bought 4 – 2 liter bottles of Dr Pepper for $1.19.

          • Lynn

            thanks

          • guest

I don’t understand how 4 bottles are $1.19 and five bottles are $2.35.  What does your receipt for the 4 bottles look like?  How did the bottles ring up?  I’m just curious.  Thanks!

            • AB

I think there may be a couple of deals for the 2 liters – some have B3G2 at regular price ($1.99) and others have $1.19 ea?  The B3G2 would end up at $1.97 + tax (for 5), the $1.19 at $0.76 + tax (for 4)

Did anyone notice the deal on Kellogg’s fruit snacks for 25cents a box? In the red plum this week there will be coupons for 75 cents off 2 Kellogg’s fruit snacks.

      Buy 4 fruit snacks – $8.00
      Use 2coupons – $5.00
Take an additional $4 off with the Kellogg’s/Coke deal – $1 for all 4!

We get Red Plum in the mail here in Raleigh. I already did the deal with my coupon and one from a friend so I know it works!

      • Brooke

Thanks for sharing! I hope to get the .75/2 coupon!

      • guest1

How are 2 coupons $5 off?  Isn’t $.75 doubled $1.50 and if you use 2 then it will be $3 off?  But then it is still $1 for all 4.  Great deal!  Thanks for the heads up.  I got my redplum on Wednesday also and I didn’t look too in depth at it.  I did notice that the redplum has $1 off 2 eggo waffles.  The eggose are still on sale next week, so if it’s SD then it will be a better deal next week at $1 a box.

        • Amy

          This is what she meant….

          Buy 4 boxes at $2.00 = $8.00

For anyone that uses the Always Infinity Pads, you can get 1 box free at HT right now.  They are on sale for $3.99 and there is a ZVR for $2 off and a P&G manufacturer coupon for $2 off.  Good deal!

They were going fast and Wednesday when I went they were sold out so get a raincheck. If they have SuperDoubles next week the $2 mfg. cpns will double and you can get more than 1 free if you have more than 1 mfg. coupon.

I think (not sure since they were out) that the ones for $3.99 are the ones without “wings”.

Finally got the evic electronic coupons to work. I took the advise of one of the supervisors to print out the page just in case there was a question. It also helped me to make sure I picked up the right deals.

I also confirmed that the electronic coupon is only good for one use then it disappears from your list. Also need to make sure you go in and activate the coupon before shopping.

Wow! I think I will try this again with the in-laws card to get them some Tide this week.

Used $2 CVS ECB from Crest Pro Health deal this week – $2.00

Total OOP $29.89 plus $15 PG Catalina = $14.89 net

My Always Pads rang up wrong at $8.99 so went to customer service and they gave me $8.99 back beacuse of the error so ended up spending $20.90 oop with $15 catalina so net was $5.90. I love HT and between HT and CVS have enough Crest Pro Health Rinse for probably a year!

      • LuvCpns

I also did the Coke promo deal a second time in a separate transaction to get another $4 off and purchased a $50 HT gift card. Used a $10 off $50 recyclebank coupon. Paid $45.38 for a $50 gift card and 5 6-packs of Coke. So now I have $50 gift card to use during Superdoubles without having to worry about reaching $50 after coupons since during events I usually don’t end up spending much oop.

        • Awgraham12

Thanks for idea about gift card!

          • Walkingonwebs

recycle bank coupon will only work on a harris teeter gift card purchase.  i made the mistake trying to buy a barnes and noble one and it wouldn’t work.

      • Sallycoupon

I went on line and tied to sign up for the P & G rebate but the dates say April to June. How did you do it?  What is P and G Catalina. thanks, your layout was helpful.

        • LuvCpns

It’s not a rebate that you send in. It’s a PG and HT vic promo. There was a link to the details of this promo in the Wed. weekly HT sale email. You have to spend the required amount on PG products in a single transaction and it’s valid 81/ – 8/7. You get a coupon on checkout for an amount off your next purchase. Coupons that print out at checkout are called Catalinas. You get a $7 coupon if you spend $35 on PG products, $10 if you spend $40 and $15 if you spend $50. Hope this helps clarify.

    • Leenie

Is HT indeed having super doubles next week???????  If so Jenny will you be putting up a list later today?   By the way thanks Jenny for all your hard work and thanks to all of you that add your input.  Got 10 of the cokes Wednesday and got the $4 off.  Then realized that I should do my 10 in 2 transactions to save more, so whet and did that today……….

      • Jiffiner2002

Yes, I would like to know this too!! Is it super doubles up to $1.99??

    • Claudinejc

Does anyone know what it means to get “cash back” up to $200? I came across this program shown on the harris teeter website……

      • Kleckie

I beleive this is their prescription program it’s WONDERFUL if you are new to harris teeter and transfer or fill a new prescrpition they will give you a $20 credit per prescription that will come off your next bill of $20. Will only go in $20 incriments for 10 =$200. Hope that helps

        • guest

It also works for any refill of a new prescription that you have transferres.  It’s only good until October, but I am cash pay, and my prescription is cheaper at HT than at Walmart, so I as so happy to get my $20 back!

    • guest

An employee of Harris Teeter in Winston Salem told me they are having triples next week, not super doubles.

      •  It is Super Doubles $2 and under- I have seen the ad with my own eyes- several B2G3 and B1G1 deals too

    • Sallycoupon

reading a lot about recycle bank. I am signed up but have a question. Is it on the honor system or is there a way of tracking what you buy. I can’t figure it out.  If I should know the answer that is fine. Where do I look? Please no lectures.

      • Vrgreene

I don’t ever buy anything I just do the little things to learn about recycling to earn points and then when I earn 100 points I order my
HT 10 off 50. There are usually lots of things to earn points .

      • LuvCpns

Just go under EARN POINTs and if your new you should be able to do quite a few to rack up enough points to get the $10 off $50 coupon for HT if that’s what you want, it take 100 points to get one HT coupon. Right now you should be able to do the Johnson and Johnson Green Choice Challenge for 60 points (there a 2 hidden 10 points, click on the sprinkler near the bird and click on the air conditioner on the upper floor). You can also get at least 30 points if you do the Win The Everyday from Blue Diamond Almonds, and then there’s the GE Freshpediton, I don’t remember the number of points that gives you. There is also a LIVE GREEN PLEDGE for 5 points that you can do once a day. It’s pretty easy to rack up points. Plus just keep doing anything anything that earns points without having to buy anything. Hope this helps.

        • Ginger

I dont ever see the Harris Teeter reward on Recycle Bank. I’ve looked through all of them many times. Do you think this is just an “area” thing? I have a HT in my town. Odd.

          • ginger

ok, nevermind. I see more info below. Thanks!

          • ginger

ok, nevermind. I see more info below. Thanks!

          • Pamgam1

The Harris Teeter rewards are under the Food category.  One place you usually can find it under a Charlotte area zip code. (28202, 28277 etc)

            •  I just ordered one for the first time and I was wondering how long it takes to get it in the mail.

            • LuvCpns

              Takes about week or two.

            • Bowslayer2

i usually get mine in 2 weeks but i haven’t got mine yet and it was 2 weeks this past Friday. has anyone ever not gotten their’s?

            • Brian22155

Yes, email them and they will send another. They say 10 business days and that’s usually about right.

    • Lynn

The Coke deal didn’t work for me.  I got 4 2Ls and my bill was $5.xx.  Had to talk to like 3 ppl to get the deal.  They acted like they didn’t know anything about it.  The manager did let me get it with the $4 off after discussions.  Just wanted to let ppl know the store in chapel hill is not including 2L as part of the deal

      • Vrgreene

The 2 Liters are buy 3 get 2 you should have gotten 5 instead of 4
I got the 6 pack bottles and it worked fine for me. 5 6-packs for 5.38

        •  The 2 liters are actually ringing up at $1.19 or so so you only need to buy 4.

      • LuvCpns

The managers aren’t always aware of all the promos. I was talking the manager in my HT and didn’t know about the Coke/Kellogg promo. I showed him that it took the $4 off when I purchased the 5 6- packs, he thought it would take actually paying for 4 6-packs. He said now I understand why they have been flying off the shelfs and that he needed to buy some himself. LOL. He’s a nice guy and always try to do what he can for his customers.

        • Guest1

Seriously, if the managers of the store are NOT aware of the promotions, then they shouldn’t keep their jobs. HELLO. It is their job to stay updated what the current promotions are instead of having buyers TELL them what they are???

          • LuvCpns

I don’t know what your store is like but the people that work my HT are always flat out busy. This Coke/Kellogg promotion was buried under the grocery section of the online weekly specials, even all the bloggers missed it initially, not obvious real obvious and not called out anywhere in the weekly specials email. HT corporate doesn’t exactly communicate to the stores effectively and I was talking to this manager Wednesday morning right after the new weeks sale started. Cut them some slack, it’s only groceries, GEEZ.

          • JPBMC

Most of the time when an employee doesn’t know about promotions it is because corporate didn’t bother to tell them.  I run into that all the time – corporate doesn’t tell stores when what they official coupon policy is, or when a promotion comes out, or when a store coupon is issued, etc.

      • Guest

I did the coke deal today 3 times and the transactions worked fine. I did 3 separate transactions with (5) 2-liters and every time the $4 savings came off. Total was $2.38 with taxes.

    • Sallycoupon

That was helpful. I now have 175 points. But can’t find the HT rebate. Do the rewards change every so often? Can I hold my points and wait for a HT rebate. Thanks

      • lbrader

        are you talking about recyclebank?

I just got back from the Harris Teeter in Wake Forest, NC and the Coke deal on the 6 packs worked perfectly (although they did not have any signs hanging by the cokes, but they did by the cookies).  I did several transactions but the best ones were the ones I did 5 – 6 packs of coke and 5 1 pound packs of Smithfield Bacon and my total for those orders were $15.25 (I did have 3 $1.00 Smithfield coupons I used also) and my savings were $39.02!!!  I didn’t pay close attention to when the Coke/Kellogs rewards ends, does anybody know?  Also, I asked one of the customer service Managers there if it was Super Doubles next week and she did confirm that it is, she didn’t seem to know though if it was including $2.00 coupons or just up to $1.98 but either way I am super excited – happy shopping everyone :)

      • LuvCpns

Where did you get the Smithfield Bacon coupons?

        • Guest

They were a printable a while ago on FB.

        • Paula

Yep, they were printables some time ago and I had some left, I hope they do it again soon.

How do you change your zip code in recyclebank?

      • Brian22155

If you’re doing the $10.00 off $50.00 HT coupon near the top it will say distance from with your zip with change next to it. Click and change your zip to 28601 click long haul same column at the bottom and you should see the HT coupon.

New Bern is my store too and they confirmed to me as well.  I will be there bright and early Wed. before work!

    • SnowDog2Mom

I don’t think this has been mentioned yet in all the good deals everyone has been getting with the Coke Promo. My HT considers Dr. Pepper a Coke product so after doing 2 transactions for B2G3 Diet Coke 6 packs and getting the $4 off promo for both I knew there was a limit of 10 on the B2G3 six packs. So I was cleaning out my coupon holder and found I had 3 $1 coupons for Dr. Pepper Ten from SS 6/24. The coupon said it could be used on any Dr. Pepper flavor (Diet/Regular/Ten). So today I went and did 2 transactions getting 10 2 liters that were B3G2. Here’s how it worked out.

      5 2L Diet Dr, Pepper $5.95 – (2) $1/2 cpns – $4 promo = $.05 credit applied to eggs I also purchased.
      5 2L Diet Dr. Pepper $5.95 – (1) $1/2 cpn – $4 promo = $.95 no tax

Each 2L rang up at $1.19.

Love HT. Can’t beat getting 10 2 liters for $.90

      • guest

Thanks for the tip!  I totally forgot about that coupon, but I had 2 and I did that transaction today!  Thanks again!

        • SnowDog2Mom

Glad someone found it useful. That’s why I posted it. I had forgot about the coupon too.

Where is the store you shop at located?  My HT shows a price of $1.79 online.   Thanks.

        • SnowDog2Mom

Charlotte NC. I checked and online for the Charlotte stores it says $1.19 which is what I was charged.

      • Cheryl

I was thinking the same thing… if they are having SD’s, when is Jenny going to make the first list?

I am new at couponing what is the recylebank coupons and how does it work

    • red

How many times can you do the coke/kellogg’s deal?
I did it twice yesterday – bought 4 2L diet cokes – in separate transactions.

Tried it a third time and it didn’t work.

Is is two times per day or two times total?

      • Guest

I did four transactions the other day and each time it worked.

        • red

Thank you… will try it today :)

          • red

            Tried it again…
I was able to do two deals for the coke/kellogg’s $4 off deal.
Tried to do it a third time (with a cashier who wanted to see if it would work another time like me)… it was a no go…

            • nancync

I have bought 6 deals of the 6 pack coke products, but only one per transaction.  Fortunately for me I’m close to several HT’s and everytime I go near one, I pop in and get another deal.

        • i also been doing 2 transacitons last few days.

    • Ctrinkle

Can someone please tell me what the coke/kellogg deal is?  I deleted my e-mail and cannot find it on the website anywhere.  I am in the Charlotte area.

      • nancync

Here is a copy (found it online in checking “all specials” area under beverages.

Buy 4 coke/ kebbler/Kellogg’s products and get $4 off your purchase. I printed the coupons and used on from the paper to get 4 Kellogg’s fiber granola bars for 40 cents. 4@2.50 use .75 and 3 .70 that doubled and then got the 4 off. Did again with eggo waffles 4@ 2 then two $1 off 2 eggos then $4 off got 4 for $2.
Did with cereal and Keebler cookies and got 4 sets for 40 cents and did one transaction with Kellogg’s fruit snacks and got 4 for $1. Will donate some to our churches pantry pack ministry. It’s limit one per transaction so I jut did separate transactions over multiple days. A couple times it didn’t take off $4 but the manager overrode it to.!

        • guest

So does the $4 come off when you buy ANY kelloggs product? If so, you can do the following deal:

          buy 4 kellogg’s fiber plus bars @ 2.50 each= 10
          use 4 .70/1 coupons (only 3 will double)= 5.10
          minus $4 promo= 1.10 for 4 boxes or .28 each!!

          • The reason why the $4 didn’t come off is because the waffles are not part of the deal.  These are the SELECT products that are for the dealSelect items include any Coca-Cola product, 6 pack multi-pack or larger, any Kellogg’s® cereals 8-24 oz, Kellogg’s ® Pop-Tarts ® 8ct, Special K® Crackers/Chips, Kellogg’s® Nutri-GrainR Bars, Kellogg’s ® Fruit Snacks, Keebler® Chips Deluxe® & Fudge Shoppe ® cookies, Keebler® Sandwhich Crackers, Keebler® Wheatables® & Toasted® crackers, and Keebler® or Cheez-It® 12ct multipacks.

            • Cschelb

That makes sense. I never saw the official offer but when I asked the store clerk, they said any Kellogg’s so that is what I thought. I feel bad now.

          • Serenawej

actually, you would pay $1.80 for 4 boxes and NOT $1.10.

      • Ctrinkle

Thank you!  Love this website.  I don’t know how I totally missed this deal.  I really appreciate the heads up from my fellow southern savers!

    • Joanneleaney

does anyone know if the HT register will automatically stop doubling the FORTH identical coupon??

      • Sarahnet0

NO, they don’t automatically stop it! We were doubling four coupons up until last month in Greensboro… No one ever caught it, and we didn’t know there was a rule on it.

      • Brian22155

         It’s not automatic, I’ve used 10 before.

      • Sam

No, but PLEASE don’t exploit this. It’s unethical and then sometimes they blame the cashiers for failing to follow store policy (at least they have at the store where I work). Which isn’t fair because the only way to stop the auto-doubling is to punch in the coupons manually, which requires an override and is incredibly time-consuming.

I have a rain check for Smithfield bacon…BOGO…can I use and still get the deal (buy 2, get 3 free)?  How would that work?  Thanks for your help!

      • Sam

They are B2G3 this next week and you are using a B1G1 raincheck.  So for the current sale you get 5, paying for two.  Using the raincheck you would get one of those two for free.  So basically you would buy 1 and get 4 more for free.

You will definitely have to explain this to the cashier though, since there is no protocol for this type of transaction.  The cashier will ring up one at full price and then 4 more at 0 running the raincheck through the machine for each one.

        • Sam

I am a HT cashier, and actually, the cashier CANNOT run the raincheck through at $0 four times–the raincheck must go through BOGO. The computer is what will take off the B2G3 later, once the order is totaled. However, the discounts should still come off, I’ve seen it done before. It should take off 3/5 of the price you actually paid for the bacon (I think I have the fraction right).
