    • Britta

Could someone tell me the defining factor between regular and salon hair products?

      • Rachel Williams Gordy

Salon hair products use higher quality ingredients, many of them natural. For example if you use a salon gel or hairspray you do not get the build up or flakes from those products on your hair the way you would from regular hair products. Also if you buy the regular shampoo and a salon shampoo you can compare the concentration of the salon shampoo to the regular. With a salon shampoo you use much less than you would the regular shampoo. The salon shampoo is more concentrated and you use less of it therefore, in the long run you save money! and your hair is healthier also. Stylist of 19 years.

        • kari

Very true. Very often I have to switch over because I get a build up which causes dandruff. :/

      • instantphoebe

Or are you looking for specific brands found at CVS?

      • ireneY

As far as a CVS coupon definition, it’s the stuff all on one shelf area that never goes on sale (Biolage, Rusk, etc.)! The items are normally $14.99 or more.

      • Elle

Regular is like the suave, tresemme, etc while the Salon Hair Care Products are the more expensive brands such as Biolage, Joice, Rusk, etc. I work at CVS pharmacy and won’t even buy those products. They are too expensive!

      • sharon

everyone had good suggestions but in most places the salon products will be in a different place than the regular shampoo.

    • Malaika Szabo

I was actually wondering that myself, Britta, particularly since it does not specifically explicate a brand. Jenny? Words of wisdom from the Master?

    • Amanda

I bought 2 Snickers and used the .75/2 and the B1G1 that we printed before. They were $1.19 ea so I got 2 for $0.44

      • Elle

Most CVS stores have coupons attached to Snickers displays that read Buy 2, get 1 Free. The candy bars are usually on sale for Buy 1, get one 25 cents. The coupon will ring for full price so if you buy the two candy bars and use two coupons, you get money back to use towards something else :)

    • Anna

I also got a $3/12 bodywash coupon from the red machine that would match well with the Softsoap $6 ECB when you spend 12.

    • coco

Also, go to Dermasilk web site and print 10 off coupon. Go to CVS and buy on sale 19.99 less coupon and RR reward = free. I was thinking to use the CVS machine coupon for 5 off 25.00 purchase after adding a 5 dollar skin item. Im going to try this. Any thoughts?

      • Savingfor6

Did that exact thing this morning! Bought Noxzema wipes for $5.79 (not on sale) & used .75 Noxzema q. Paid .03 for wipes AND Dermasilk together!

      • The least expensive Dermasilk item that my CVS has is $29.99.

    • Hest

Why didn’t I get these? Just left the printer

    • Eden
