the cashier at my store said the item had to be $14 to get the 10 ECB. I’m gonna try the store in my in-laws town!

I think I may go ahead and buy that, because I am $13.xx away from my beauty bucks. But, I don’t need makeup at all! I was thinking I could just get some wax strips for my brows, but I’m not sure if they qualify for the beauty club.

I tried it today and it would not give me the ecb for the 13.99 purchase, it also did not even show up on my receipt that I was 1 cent away from reward. This was at a Reading PA store. Asked the manager, but she had nothing to say except sometimes it doesn’t work. Thought there were a few cents grace, does anyone know?
