Head out to CVS today or tomorrow (2/27-2/28) and snag a FREE Bounce Dryer Bar after a $5 mail in rebate.

The details:

Bounce Dryer Bar Refill 1 ct. $3.99
-$1 off Bounce dryer bar, PG 1/30 (exp 02/28)
-$1 off Bounce product, PG 2/27

So grab the bar, use a coupon and then submit your rebate for $5 back. The only catch is that the rebate purchase window ends Monday 2/28 so hurry if you want it! (Don’t miss all the other CVS deals this week).

You can also get a 6 month dryer bar at Target this week for $1.99 after the rebate.

(thanks CouponsonCaffiene!)

    • Lara

the rebate is for the REFILL not the original bar… that could be a hiccup.

      • Kristen

Sent mine in anway, just to see what happens. It can't hurt…I mean, if they don't send it, I didn't really lose anything.

    • CHI

The rebate is good only for a refill. I actually been looking for refills, but i live in a little town and none of the stores carry them.

      • Kristen

They are only offering the refill on Amazon currently, I contacted the company. But I sent the rebate in anway…we'll see what happens.

    • Amy F

my papers only had 50/1 coupons. still a good deal tho

    • Guest

Anyone ever had trouble with this product? I never had it stay in place for longer than a month and half.

      • Jamie

I have used this for over 6 months now and love it! I did clean my drier with 409 before attaching.

      • Kia

I have one and it did nothing for the static on my laundry – dryer sheets work so much better, even store brand dryer sheets.

        • Ckblandon

I didn't think it helped much with static, either.

      • Carman

I really enjoy mine. Just like the commercial says…. stick it and forget it. I got the 2 month bar….. 3 months ago. And just is running out. So I am SUPER excited about this deal!!!

      • Tammy Sanders

I love mine, It usually doesn't last as long as it say it will but I dry more clothes than the normal family.

      • Mamaberry

Yes, I had this product the first time I used it. I called the mfg and they sent me a q for a free one. Haven't had a problem since. It's been on there probably 8 months now. hth!!

    • Kristen

Just an FYI, that rebate is ONLY for the Refill, and currently they are only selling the “refill” on Amazon, but I sent mine in anyway, it can't hurt since I use the product anyway, if they give it to me then GREAT if the don't, whatever. I did contact the Bounce company regarding this and they told me that it DOES have to be the “Refill” not the kit with the holder…again, I still did it anyway.

    • Susanjfs

I'm in the Atlanta area and my coupons for this item are only .50 cents. CVS doesn't double coupons. Makes the deal ok, but not quite as good as a $1.00 coupon would.

      • Lorrose57

again, some CVS do double… Toccoa, GA…

    • Denise

The rebate is for the dryer bar refills. I ran to CVS and bought the bar and got home to print out my rebate form and it says refills

    • Guess that I will send mine in anyway also !

    • Cleo1976

The rebate is for the refills only!

    • mom26boys

I'm so bummed! It seems like for some reason the coupons that I gert in my inserts are always for less than what is posted on the couponing websites I frequent. For instance, my P&G insert today came with .75/1 bounce dryer bar and the P&G book that I just got in the mail also has .75 off Bounce product and not $1 off. Is it because of where I live? Anyone have any ideas???

      • jessica

mine were both .50 cents off so you made out in the middle lol :)

      • Rachel797

        I got a $1q in a Duracell pack.

    • Monicadawn76

when i looked at the rebate, it said for refill bar. so i am assuming that you can't use it for the actual “starter” bar. not good at this yet, such a newbie lol!! i think the one that cvs is advertising is for the “starter” bar. any tips would be greatly appreciated!! :)

      • Monicadawn76

so, should have read all the other comments lol!!!

        • Bradyfigueroa

          me too….now I have a dryer bar that I normally wouldn't have purchased…..

          • Bradyfigueroa

but hey….on the bright side….I always wanted to try one:-)

    • Jlaleonard

Just put a note in the rebate that You always refill with a new starter because it falls down after 3 months. Maybe they will honor the rebate! Anyone find where they sell the refills??? LOL

      • Mamaberry

Target sells them…They are on 'sale' this week.

    • Those were nice tips and I am already doing some of them. Another thing that I am doing is just to bring the money that I will prepare for the grocery. That way, I was able to stick on the budget!I just want to add that I think its better if its my husband who will go on the grocery store to shop, because he will just buy whatever I put on the list…no more no less…haha its better than when I am the one who do the shopping coz if its me, whenever I saw something that I feel like we need, I will definitely add it on the list…which is really bad of me. yay!

    • Brooke

Do you think they will send $5 even if you only pay $3 or $4, wonder if using ECBs might be a bad thing, since then it will look like you got it for free. Also the rebate says limit 2 per address, wonder if you can purchase them on the same receipt and just mail one form. Hoping my CVS has refills…

      • Andre

It says limit of two per envelope, so two forms mailed together with one receipt should be fine.

    • Auburnava

I tried t do this last week with the Target sale and called to ask a question about the rebate. I was told it was only for ONLNE purchases and only from specific online sites (amazon, drugstore, com, etc). You may want to call for details before you go purchase these….

      • concerned couponer

It doesn't state that anywhere on the rebate form….wonder how they can uphold that if it is not disclosed in the terms and conditions??

        • sarah

I was tod that the PDF rebate form original link came with more details, but that the link has just been passed around without the additional info sent with it. I was told it was definitely only on the refill bars and for online purchases only. I ended up taking my dryer bars back last week to Target because of the info I was given over the phone when I called the # on the rebate form. I have had rebtes not “go through” in the past due to not meeting the exact criteria and now am more cautious.

    • guest

I also just got off the phone with a P&G rep from the 800 number on the rebate form. She said that it *must* be purchased from a specific retailer- drugstore.com, Amazon.com, and I think P&G’s online store was the last one. Anyway, CVS is NOT part of the rebate.

Hopefully I don’t have a problem returning these because I paid with ECBs at CVS.

    • Melissa

You can actually go to Amazon.com and find the 2 pack for $11.16, but do the “Subscribe” method, and add the .50 coupon that is offered on amazon.com and the total comes to $8.99 for 2 bars (you don’t pay shipping). Then after rebate it will be $3.99. So not too shabby……not as good as MAKING money, but still an okay deal

    • Jameyh9479

just called to verify and was told that the rebate form states “if purchased at participating retailers” only the online retailers shown at http://www.bounceeverywhere.com/BounceBlog/ are included.. guess i’ll be making a target return tomorrow! should have read the comments first.

    • maggie

I called 800 no fro bounce dryer bar and they said it only valid if you purchase online you would not get rebate if you buy in stores .

    • amy

I called the hotline because I could not find the refills. They said it was a rebate for purchases on-line. The example they gave was amazon.com. I don’t think I will be doing this rebate.

    • Boldingc1

      Does cvs double coupons?

      • Madhatter31

        No they do not.

        • Lorrose57

at some stores they do… Toccoa GA stores doubles up to .50….go there all the time

    • confused

SO no rebate if you buy in stores??? Some say no and some say yes …. Im confused????

      • Danielle

I called the 800 # and you have to buy online AND shipping is $4 to $6. This rebate isn't worth the money if you ask me!

    • Joy

I called and they are not going to honor store purchases unless made from online purchase. Amazon has a 2 pack 3 month refill for 11.16 with free super saver shipping if you have Super Saver. Amazon and Drug store online count for rebate.

    • savingmama

Ok Im not sure about this rebate!! There isn't enough info for me to know for sure what to buy and from where!! Even though I would love to get in on this rebate I think it' a no-go for me!!!

    • Rags_to_bags

Just bought the Bounce Dryer bar bc of the rebate and I got home to fill out the rebate and its for the REFILL bar only! UGH!!! CVS did not have the refill bar only the dryer bar :( The 3.99 is for the actual dryer bar not the refill!

    • AnnieG.

I just received a letter from P & G regarding this rebate. I bought two bars (I didn't realize it is the entire thing, not just the refill) at CVS for $3.99 a few weeks ago and submitted all my forms. However, they are only accepting those that were purchased from online retailers — EVEN THOUGH it does not say that anywhere on the rebate form. I was also told that they can tell from the UPC or receipt that it was NOT the refill and so was invalid for the rebate. THAT STINKS!!! But I still used coupons and got some EBs — all was not lost with the purchase!!

    • Zrjsval

Not going to bother with this rebate. Sounds like it's not good for everyone. By the way, my PG coupons for 1/30 and 2/27 are for 50 cents off not $1.

    • TJ

crud, I should have read the comments first. I already cut the upc off of the package that ISN'T a refill. I'll mail it in anyways in hopes that the rebate office isn't paying too much attention… but it sounds like I'm out of luck on this one.

    • Heather_davis1125

Glad that I read all of these recent comments! I was out last night and decided to pick up a dryer bar refill at CVS. They had one left so I was excited. But now I'm not so sure I will mail this in. The rebate form does say “buy at any of the participating retailers”, but there are no retailers listed on the form. Does anybody know where the list can be found?

      • Bkcrdollar

I sent in my rebate forms a few wks ago & just got a letter back in the mail from them stating that the place of purchase (Target) was not eligible….I did not know this before mailing it in. Don't waist your stamp mailing in the form! What a joke! I'm pretty disappointed….

    • Rae

sending mine in – bought two-pack refill from amazon for $8.99 OOP. Form states “two per household.” So I am going to send in two forms since I am getting two UPC codes….even if they just refund one, it is worth it because I love the smell and I would totally pay $2 for three months of no dryer sheets!
