CVS Free Health Screenings – Get $5 Coupon & Free Tote

Did you know that you can get a free look at your health with a short screening at CVS?  The fun part to me… if you get a screening you’ll also get a $5 coupon towards anything in the store (except prescriptions) and a free tote bag.  They don’t have screenings in every area, but if they are in your city it’s worth it to stop in! Find an event in your area.

The health screening will test:

Blood Pressure
Body Mass Index (BMI)
Glucose
Total Cholesterol
Oral/Dental Care (select events)

Just the cholesterol test alone makes this a deal for us.  I already know it’s something we should be watching, but getting to the doctor for labs isn’t always easy with 4 kids.
