softsoapcvs

It is being reported in all areas that the limit on the Soft Soap serums is 5!  It is advertised as 1, so enjoy the extra 4 bottles.  Hurry though these will only print ECB through Tuesday 8/4.

$4 ECB wyb (1) Softsoap Nutri Serums 15oz, at $4.99 Limit 5
-$2 off Softsoap or Irish Spring Body Wash 15 oz + printable (use zip 45435)
-$1 off Softsoap or Irish Spring Bodywash, CVS Reinventing Beauty Magazine

Make $1 on each bottle when you use the $2 off coupon!

(a tip:  I do not recommend buying these all in the same transaction.  If you do, you will get a $20 ECB back and that can be very hard to use on your next trip)

    • Shay957

There is another softsoap deal, this one is on the handsoap. Softsoap is on sale for $1 and you can print a -1/1 coupon. Thanks everything.

    • David

My CVS was out but I was able to get a rain check and it includes the extra bucks.

    • Amanda

Yes, I purchased my second and third bottles today since I had three $2.00 coupons. I wish that I had two more coupons!

    • Could I ask why it would be hard to use if you got 20 ECB’S? I guess I’m not understanding it all yet.
      Would you explain this?
      Thanx!!

    • crystal

She means it will be a ECB for 20 dollars, if you break up the transactions you would have 5 separate ECB’s for 4 dollars each, it is alot easier to use several smaller ecb’s than one large ecb, hope that helps some…

    • Speaking of rain checks, I ask for one on Sunday for the little scissors that was on sale and she said they didn’t do rain checks for the 3 day sales. ???? Guess she just didn’t want to write me one or something?

    • Kim

I just got back from CVS and they only had one bottle of the Soft Soap left so I got that and a bottle of Irish Springs. The SS printed $4 ecb’s but the Irish Spring only printed a $2 ecb.

    • OH OK I see what she means now. Thank you!!!

    • Heather

Is everyone still getting the ECB even if your receipt says limit reached with just 1 purchase? Thanks in advance….

    • Adriane

Rose #6 – I’ve never had a problem getting rainchecks (expecially for teh 3-day deals). So you’re probably right that she just didn’t want to do it, or didn’t know it’s allowed. If there is another store near you, try going there. If not, you might call corporate and ask them to send the current policy to your store, so you won’t have this happen next time :)

    • print limit reached – any other zip code to try?

    • Jane

      Rose #6,
My CVS had rainchecks already made out for the little scissors, since so many people had been in looking for them. I had a wonderful cashier who offered rainchecks on any of the 3 day items that were sold out and told me about the limit change on the Soft Soap bodywash. She said she had learned a lot from couponers and was glad to help out. I have several CVSs nearby, but I will definitely go back to this one.

    • Jennifer

I found that since CVS will allow you to stack a store coupon and a manufacturer coupon that I was able to use the $2 off manu. q as well as the $1 off cvs q from the reinventing beauty magazine! So I made an extra dollar on that deal, woohoo! :)

    • Val

I took advantage of this deal. I had 4 Q’s but went ahead and bought the 5th one anyway because I loved the product. $25 worth of body wash and used $8 in coupons. Got $20 in ECB. Also I didn’t buy them all in one transaction, so I could roll over the ECB’s. I love CVS. CVS is my new favorite store. :)

    • Teri

Shay957, or anyone, where do you go to get the printable Softsoap q? Thanks!

Does anyone else think it is dishonest to put a false zip code in when it asks for “your zip code”?

    • Noel

Got two more softsoap body washes and $2!

    • Sheila

How do you get that many $2 coupons to print…I can only ever get 2…I would love to get these deals but can’t ever get enough coupons.

    • Stacy

I am in Atlanta, and my CVS doesn’t carry this Softsoap. :(

    • librarian

I bought 1 Softsoap hidden deal for $4.99. Had the $2 off coupon and $2 in ECBs. My OOP was $1.39. Not only did it print a $4 ECB, but a coupon for a free CVS toothbrush, $4 off $20, $1 off Kleenex Tissue, and a $5 coupon to get by mail when I update my email address. WOW!!! This was in Gaffney, SC.

    • Stacy,
The softsoap is available at both CVSs on Peachtree…the one right across from Piedmont Hospital and the new one right on the corner of Piedmont and Peachtree. They were in a separate display. Hope this helps.

    • Stephanie

      Julie

Try zip 45439 – it was just there.

    • Amy

I LOVE CVS!!!!! Got all 5 bottles =)

    • Got 5 bottles here in Tallahassee!!!I love Free money!!

    • Got one Softsoap Nutri serum today in Chattanooga, and afterwords my receipt said I can get only one more…maybe the limits are different in various regions? Anyway, I plan to go get one more at least!

    • Catrina

Does anyone know if you are allowed to let someone else use your ECB’s or is it connected to your card and only gives the ECB’s when its your card used in the transaction?

    • Christy

      Teri,
I agree it is dishonest to use another zip code. I don’t like missing out on a deal but I trust that God is in control and has my best interest at heart. I am tempted every time I see the zip code thing, but I feel convicted not to act on that temptation. God will provide all our needs, It’s a struggle, but I want to be content with what God gives me.
No one loves you more than God, He knows more than we know what’s best for us.

    • You have to have the card that goes with the ECBs to use them. So, I could give my hubby my ECBs but he would have to have my card too.

    • Joy

Well, I wish I had read this earlier in the day, I’d have gotten 2 when I went to CVS about 5:30 PM! But I’m still happy with the one bottle. I did ask about a raincheck since the normal shelf space for these nutri-serum bottles was emptly, but they had a display on an endcap. They have given me rainchecks on other 3-day sale items with no problem.

    • Heather

I also found a hidden deat at CVS. I bought benadryl sinus D I think that is what it is called and it was $1.57, it was supposed to be $5!! And I had a $1 coupon! so it was .57 cents!

    • Steve

My $2 off coupons say for any Softsoap brand body wash. Is this the coupon you use? The CVS ad shows a product called Nutri Serums. Is this body wash product?

    • Renee

There is another secret hidden deal at CVS this week. If you buy one 20 oz. bottle of Vitamin Water, you will get $3 in ECB’s back!!! The Vitamin Water is on sale for just $1.25, so that’s $1.75 in profit! You can only do this once per transaction. I think it is simply a glitch in the CVS system, and I believe you can do this deal an infinate amount of times, because I did it about 6 times and it STILL worked! Great way to stock up on ECB’s :)

    • Jennifer

Yes, Steve, the Softsoap Nutri Serums is a body wash. It works with the Softsoap body wash coupon!

    • Teri

Christy, My thoughts exactly. God Provides!

    • Heather

I wanted to clarify which benadryl is ringing up wrong, it is the the Benadryl Allergy and Sinus Headache that rings up $1.57. I tried to go back and get the benadryl d sinus and it was $5.00. This product is part of the buy $10 in products get $5 back so if you buy several benadryls with $1 coupons you will make a lot off of them!I wish i had known about it before I had already bought Mylanta and the other benadryl!

    • Alex

I work for CVS and there is DEFINATLY no bane against three day rain checks, there are some items that say on the ad specifically that there are no rainchecks available, however the softsoap ad is not one of them.

    • Katie

Another great deal is the Dove Beauty Bar. Right now it is on sale for 99 cents, and there is a coupon in this week’s inserts for $1 off Dove Beauty Bar, so it comes up free. It doesn’t generate bucks though.

I am tempted to do all the Soft Soap in one purchase because in addition to my $2 off coupons, I have a $4 off 20, and a $5 off 25, so it would be a pretty good money maker if I used one of those for the purchase, right?

    • Robin

I’m new to couponing and am really curious how you can print so many multiples of the same coupon. For instance this particular coupon for the body wash, the web site says that I’ve reached my print limit, but I only printed two. How do you get more than that? I tried clearing my cookies and history on my browser to see if that would help, but it didn’t. What do I do?

    • Mina

Robin, that’s correct. The coupon print limit on that is two. Some people use multiple computers or other go-arounds in order to print the limit from each.

    • Mina

Renee, the VitaminWater deal works for some unpredictable flavors at some stores, sometimes, but isn’t consistent from store to store.

    • Mina

Rose, smaller value ECB’s tend to be easier to use because they have more flexibility; you can use as many as you need toward the cost of the next purchase. Since it’s an all-or-nothing deal with ECB’s, you’d have to spend the $20 all at once, instead of being able to spread it over up to 5 transactions. HTH

    • stacy, i am in riverdale and i found 2 stores that did not carry the softsoap. the 2nd store said it was a new item and it would not be in until tuesday early morning.

today i got 4 more soft soaps, 2 jumbo pampers, 2 pamper wipes FREE only paying taxes. I LLOOVVEE CVS

    • Amy

Renee #31 .. what flavors did you buy?

Shay957, or anyone, where do you go to get the printable Softsoap q? Thanks!

Does anyone else think it is dishonest to put a false zip code in when it asks for “your zip code”?

NO, they are all paid the same when submitted.

    • Shannon in ATL

Vitamin Water deal did not work for me, only tried once.

    • I went to 2 CVS stores in Florence and both cashiers said they were told NOT to do rainchecks on 3 day sales?? Is this true- and if not- than who do I call?
      Thanks

    • Rebecca,

I have received rainchecks on their 3-day sales. However, I usuallly ask for the raincheck on Tuesday. Then if they are still out and have not been restocked, it seems fair.

For regular sales, one of the employees said to check back on Wednesday and if they didn’t have the product she could get me a raincheck.

    • Meagan

My ECB print out separately. Sometimes my receipt is 10 ft long, lol. For example, if I buy 2 pens at $ .99 and one bodywash at $4, I get an ECB for $1.98 and one for $4.

    • kelli

Just wanted to let everyone know that the hidden deal might be an issue in some stores… My fiance and I went back to our CVS today. I told him that he needed to get his extra 4 softsoaps and we both still needed the eye drops and folders that they didn’t have on Sunday or yesterday. They didn’t have either the eye drops or the folders still, but they did have plenty of softsoap. My fiance asked for them to be rung up individually because he didn’t want a big ECB and this is the convcersation that happened:

cashier: “it’s limit one, didn’t you read the ad?”
      fiance: “actually, it’s 5”
      cashier: “no, it’s 1”
fiance: “okay, please ring them up individually”
cashier: “I can’t do anything that the ad says I can’t”
fiance: “I’m not asking you to”
cashier: “do you still want them”
      fiance: “yes”
cashier: “I can’t give you ECBs”
      fiance: “okay”

So, the cashier rang them up individually and they printed out the ECBs, like we knew they would. Then my fiance showed him that the receipt says limited reached at 5, not 1. The cashier then told him that he was supposed to take them if it prints something out that the ad says is wrong.

We then asked for 2 rain checks for the items that they were out of. We wanted 1 of each, which ended up being an issue, even though we have 2 different addresses. There are a few people that work in the store that are always really rude to us when we’re in there, the store manager is one of them. It really annoys me that they assume that not only are we in a relationship (it’s not like we’re making out all over the store or anything) but they also assume that we live together. If I was in the store with my mom, they’d never assume that we live together, but my address is her house… if I had a girlfriend who I was in there with, even if I did live with her, they’d never assume that we were from the same household. It’s starting to get really annoying!

Okay, sorry for the rant, just wanted to let people know that if you get a jerky cashier, they might try to take your ECBs. Not sure if that is actually a policy or if the guy was just being a jerk but I was going to call and pitch a fit if he took them away from us.

    • kelli

Also, I know that this is about the hidden deal, but I wanted to mention this here too….

My fiance had a coupon for a free toothbrush, which was $1.99. The coupon said value up to $2.29 but he only saved the $1.99, the cashier had to type in the price. I read that some people were getting overage with these and I wanted to make sure that everyone knows that you might not get it.

    • Julie

Gee Kelli, do you live in Jax, FL, by chance? It sounds like the same one my mother lives near. She is afraid to even shop at her CVS (about 2 miles from her house) because they are so nasty to her. They seem to have personal issues with items being free after coupons especially, like you’re stealing from them. I shopped there once when visiting, and it was the WORST service I’ve ever rec’d. I’m really lucky — my metro Atlanta CVS has the nicest employees! I told her to call their corporate office and complain…and find another CVS!

    • Beth

In case you miss out on the deal, save your coupons. This will be a $2 money maker 8/16 at Walgreen’s.

    • kelli

I live in Blacksburg, VA. There are 2 CVSs in Blacksburg, one is a few blocks from me, the other is a few miles away… I mostly shop at the one that’s closest because it seems silly to drive across town and usually we have no problem at all but sometimes there are huge issues. I keep track or the shopping that my fiance and I do, because he’s not good with the whole couponing thing, but he’s got his own card registered to a different address then mine is.

If the store manager is there, she’s always so rude. If she’s at the register when I’m checking out, she won’t even talk to me. I’m not sure if it’s just me or if she’s just like that but it’s getting really ridiculous. There’s also one other cashier that’s usually a total dick too. He ran over one day and told his manager that I had 2 rain checks for the same item (one was mine, one was my fiances) and she said that she was going to take them both from me and only let me use one of them. I didn’t let her take it and I was ready to make a really big scene if she tried to. They’re so anti-coupon there, especially if it’s something that you ECBs back for. It’s like somehow they’re losing money by taking the coupons AND giving me the ECBs.

I’m about to report them to corporate somehow, not sure how to yet though. They are just so rude. I’m also about to start shopping at the other store all the time, even though it’s completely out of the way. The little old lady that’s almost always working at the other store is always so sweet and helpful and she’s always so amazed at the deals that I get. One day she told me that she wanted to go shopping with me so that I could teach her to do as well as I do.

    • kelli

a $2 money maker at walgreens! ahhh, I should’ve saved my coupons… oh well. :)

    • Deena

      Hey Kelli,

I think you should report them to corporate. Only because they are exhibiting extremely poor customer service. What if this was an elderly person in your community you were shopping for as opposed to your girlfriend – would they TAKE AWAY YOUR RAINCHECKS. I am just so appauled. I worked in customer service in some capacity for years. Actually when I was younger at Revco/CVS and I had horrible customers. Some where outright racists and didn’t want a person of color handling their money. I never treated them rudely and tried to always follow procedure (which means greeting every customer). That manager isn’t doing the job and promoting negative behavior among her staff.

    • Beth

      Kelli,

I’ve had similar experiences when I visit my mom in Myrtle Beach. There are seriously rude folks out there. I do think when you find a nice cashier/manager it’s important to let them know you appreciate them. I tell my store manager (Columbia, SC) all the time how great she is and really, the entire staff. They love that I save so much money and one male cashier actually cheers for me and announces to the other customers how much I’ve saved! So yeah, I’d say it’s worth it to seek out a friendlier store AND report the rude one to corporate.

    • Gail

I have gotten 4 of these Softsoap Nutriserum body washes, 3 Softsoap hand soaps, and 4 Dove bars – all free. Of course the body wash was a money maker. Used ECBs from Sunday’s school products to pay the difference on the body washes.

    • Alena

Just got back from CVS in Wodstock, GA and manager did not allow me to buy 5 Nutri Serums, only one per household! Also my receipt said limit reached at one ! Has anyone else had problems in GA buying 5 ?
      Thanks

    • Teri

Where can you print the following coupon:

      Shay957
      August 3rd, 2009 at 4:42 pm
There is another softsoap deal, this one is on the handsoap. Softsoap is on sale for $1 and you can print a -1/1 coupon. Thanks everything.

    • tonya

      Keli,
Report them, I did to my local store in Florida my service is somewhat better at times–but i do know (another employee) that corporate called the store about my incident and the manager did get warned about customer service.

    • Jenna

Kelli- I know what you mean about Myrtle Beach! I used to live there and I hated it! I moved back here to Tallahassee and have recently learned that the guy at my cvs also follows your website so he actually tells me about any hidden deals when I come in!! I have learned when he is working so I only have to deal with him anymore!

    • These weren’t even on the shelves at two of the CVS’s I went to. I finally asked and the cashier was kind enough to run to the back so that I could have the opportunity to get the great sale! It was my very first ECB experience! I can’t wait to do more! Unfortunately, they had run out of the school supplies and apparently don’t offer rain checks, which I didn’t know. But that’s ok! I still got the body wash!

    • Maria

I just did the Vitamin Water deal and it worked three times. I got the Multi-V Lemonade flavor (Vitamin Water 10) the first time so I stuck with the same flavor for the other two transactions (since someone commented that it only worked on certain flavors). On the first two transactions I only bought one bottle. Each time I got 3 EBC’s. On the third try I bought four bottles and only got 3 ECB’s total. I must have reached the limit. (although the receipt did not indicate that) However, the total on this purchase was $5.00 minus $4.00 in ECB’s from the Softsoap deal. So OOP was only $1.00 + tax. …….still a great deal!

    • Maria

I got 5 bottle of the Softsoap in Vero Beach. Only the last receipt stated “limit reached”.
I also got 2 of the Softsoap. With 2 Q’s for the body wash & 2 for the hand soap plus $15 left on a gift card from a Rx transfer my OOP was $6.

The cashier also told me that it would only work once. She was concerned that I might not know about their limits on deals. I told her that there must have been a print error in the ad because i knew that it had worked for others. She called over the manager so I thought I was sunk! He was actually very nice and said that we should just “try and see what happens”. The cashier said “if the ECB’s print out, they are yours”. Sure enough, they printed out! Later, while I was at the pharmacy, I saw the cashier buying 5 bottles herself and encouraging her co-workers to do the same!!! LOL;)

To top it off, I had just received a coupon in the mail from a drug company to get my Rx filled for FREE for the first time. I repeat FREE!!!!!! I had needed this medicine desperately but had been unable to fill it because 9 pills, (1 month’s worth),cost well over $200, my food budget for the month.

All in all, a FANTASTIC trip to CVS. And I’ve just started doing the CVS deals sporadically a couple of months ago! I just wish I would have had one of those Rx transfer coupons. (not that I’m not already gratefull.)
      Thanks Southern Savers!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Renee

I bought kiwi strawberry, lemonade 10, and dragonfruit, and it worked for each of those flavors on Sunday. But today, I went to a seperate CVS, and when I tried to but the orange flavor it did not work there. I also tried the Kiwi Strawberry flavor at that store, and it did not work either. It is sort of a random deal I guess

    • Maria

I think it might just be a 3 deal limit???

    • Carla

I cannot find the softsoap coupon to print. I go to coupons.com as a friend told me but it is not there. I am new to this couponing thing can anyone help me?

    • Sloa

I did this deal today. Bought 4 more soaps, used the $16 ECB to buy diapers. Paid a total of $5 OOP for the 4 soaps, 2 pks of diapers, 2 wipes, and 1 box of bandaids. (needed a filler and didnt bring my other coupons.)
Still curious about the tax thing. My total on the diaper transaction was $15.99 and I gave him my $16 ECB, he scanned it and it beeped because it made a negative balance. So he lowered the value of the ECB by one cent to $15.99 and then it came up $1.50 that I owed. I get that this is for the tax, but I have had a manager work it out so that it was zero. Unfortunately it took him about 8 re-rings and he can never remember how to do it. I know that I still got a great deal, but if there is a way to get it for free – that is obviously my preference!

    • Stacie

      KELLI~

I live just around the bend in Christiansburg (what a small world), but I use the C’burg store and they are always extremely pleasant in there! I know that alot of people do CVSing in there and they are quite often out of stock of supplies, they truly should order more, but they have never turned me down for a rain check and they have never complained about my coupons! There is one girl in there that is questionable, I cannot decide weather she is shy or snooty, but she’s never complained. I really hate to tell you to visit the C’burg store, because I know that will just make it that much harder for me to get my deals, but you really should. It is kind of out of the way, but it’s always better to have a pleasant experience. It seams that a trying customer service experience will wear you down more than the 15 minute trip will. Just save some for me! Some people will go around store to store gathering up all of the deals, but I usually just get what I’m able and get rain checks for the rest if I think I’m going to use it or donate it. Sometimes, I don’t even worry about the rain checks, because there will always be more deals and I’m running out of stockpile space! LOL! I hope this helps. This week, all I was able to get was the pens, pencils, folders, softsoap (I was only able to get one b/c my printer’s out of ink :(), penny highlighter and scissors, I will more than likely donate it all. I’ve stocked up on so many ink pens and pencils lately and I’ve got a huge stockpile and I’ve already shared some with family! Glad to see someone local on here! I’ve told so many about this site and I feel like Jenny should be proud!!

    • Tracie

      Kelli #52:

You need to call CVS, they take pride in treating their customers well and would like to hear about your experience. I started going to a new CVS that opened a few months back and the register never prints the ECB’s. I show the cashier the ad, she gets the Manager and the nothing. It has now happened to me 3 times, maybe a glitch since the store is so new. I asked the Manager if she could just print the ECB’s and she said “NO”. When I asked her why, she simply states “you must of reached your limit already”. I said, let’s look at the receipt and guess what? I had not bought any of that item. That’s the beauty of CVS, they receipt tells all, so you know the status of your ECB limits. So I said, you can print them manually right, maybe the computer is not programmed correctly? She said NO! If they don’t print you don’t get them. Then she said if you don’t like it, call the 800 # for CVS, which I did. I called Corporate and told them all of the items that I bought, they said of course you qualify for the ECB’s and they issued them to my card electronicaly. My point is that CVS wants your business and that want to know if anyone is giving you grief during your visit. You need to call Corporate!

    • Mina

Maria, it was a 9 deal limit. Totally weird deal. There wasn’t any way to tell what flavors would work at any given store at any given time. A flavor would work in one transaction at a store, but not in another.

It wouldn’t do any good to tell someone that a specific flavor would have worked at specific store, because it might not have worked for the second person. It was completely unpredictable, but interesting.

    • Katie

I was able to do four Soft Soaps. I may have been ablt to do more, but I ran out of coupons.

I was on a trip to FL when I did the deals, and I noticed that one store made you pay the taxes on your purchase, even if you had ECBs for everything. This is different than my store back home. ECBs somehow cover the tax, so “Free” really is free. Well, we stopped in a different CVS a few miles down the road in FL (for a few last min things), and that CVS did not require you to pay tax when you had enough ECBs for the entire transaction. So, I guess paying tax on free items is just on a store by store basis then, right?

    • megan c

I am not sure where to put this but i wanted to share it with all the southernsavers,I already did mine and I can assure you it is for real:
If you’re one of the first 500,000 people to participate in this offer starting on August 1, you can get $10 in free Schwan’s food. Unfortunately, you don’t qualify if you’ve made a purchase with Schwan in the past 14 weeks,I personally got pizza rolls for my husband and daughter but all I had to pay was .03 with debit card, but if you got something less expensive it would be free!!! \http://www.schwans.com/promos/freefood/freeFoodBegin.aspx

    • Mina

ECB’s that were issued earlier had the ability to cut into the tax portion because they were considered store coupons, which are a reduction in price and thus cut into taxes. It works the same way as paying sales tax on the sales price and not the regular price when buying items on sale for the week.

One state made a legal challenge over this. ECB’s now issued come off as manufacturers’ coupons. In most states, that type of q will not reduce or cover the amount of tax payable. It’s a bookkeeping game, and an issue that affects both how much the customer pays and how much the state can collect from the company in various taxes. We lose at the registers and the state coffers gain.

The above deal didn’t work for my coworkers and I. Has the 500,000 limit been reached?

I just got back from CVS and got my 4 softsoap (got one the other day) and I didn’t get any ECB’s…. What should I do????

      • Jenny

I would just return them then. They are pretty used to it.

Jenny- this was a 3 day only sale, no ECB issued after Tuesday.

I live in TN and stopped by two CVS stores on the way home from work yesterday. Most of the 3-day deals were out-of-stock, but both stores wrote rain checks for what I wanted, so that’s good to know for future sake. One mananger and I got to talking, as I asked why they are always so short on the deals. He said he’s getting slammed when a store sale matches up with manufacturer coupons. He knows ahead of time the CVS sales flyer but not the Sunday paper coupons, so he has a hard time knowing how much to stock up. He also mentioned that he would only write me a rain check for one card(he said it nicely). I said I only had one. He then told me that people get there first thing Sunday mornings with multiple cards and basically clean out his stock. He said what gets him is they aren’t even using it all, just donating it. He was very helpful and I will shop there again.

I don’t recall the specifics of the fine print on my CVS card when I applied. I’m assuming it’s suppose to be one card per individual, and maybe husband and wife can each get one to the same address, I don’t know. But it just seems tough on a store to keep enough stock for those of us with one card to then try and keep up with those with multiples. And if that’s being dishonest (this manager called it “lack of morals in this town”) what can even be done about it? I wondered if stores could limit transactions to one card or something. That wouldn’t stop them from running around to other stores though. I just felt bad for the guy. He said he had 4 cases of the body wash gone in one day.

Would love to hear some thoughts?

I can’t find the deal of the diapers you mentioned on the other CVS report…Will you please let me know? I was able to get almost all the other free stuff, but only 2 SS… it’s all good!!

    • Vanessa

Yeah, we don’t have B1G1 (buy one get one free, right?) here in Miami on the Stayfree either… bummer!

Stacie – I have shopped at the Christiansburg store before and never had a problem. They’re always super nice. I haven’t been there many times though, maybe 3-4. I usually shop at the CVS on UCB in Blacksburg. I’m probably going to start shopping at the one on South Main though. The people at the South Main store are so much nicer.

Tracie -I need to figure out how to make a complaint. I haven’t had time to look into it. Do I just call the 800 number?

I’m seriously so frustrated with CVS. I love their deals but 2-3 people at my store with bad attitudes make it miserable for me to go shopping.

Here is the info to contact CVS… make sure you have the store # or the location when you call (it is on your receipt).

      Toll-free: (800) SHOP-CVS (746-7287)
      E-mail: storecomments@cvs.com

My CVS would not give me a raincheck for more than one of the Softsoap deals. The CVS that is closest to me (Knightsville area in SC)don’t seem to know the deals or really like that we know about them. I’ve had to go to the CVS in Sangaree or on Main Street (which is open 24 hrs. and have the nicest employees) to fill my rainchecks and get questions answered. Although they have written all my rainchecks for me since I usually only make it on Monday or Tuesday and they are already out of items.
