      As temps get lower, your moisturizer should get thicker. While summer is all about light, water-based lotions, winter means thick, rich creams to help keep skin from getting dry and itchy. Be sure you’re applying regularly each day.

      I’ve heard that hot water isn’t good for the skin and that tip shocked me the most. It shouldn’t because I love hot showers, but my skin never seems to. I have to keep reminding myself that lukewarm showers with gentle soap is best and to always moisturize right after.
